I am going to come back to Nico s auto time and time again. Had my first service at Nico s and I am very happy with the results. Had to get some parts replaced and Nico s did the best they could to give me a deal of a good estimate with quality parts. I really appreciated how they took my concerns into consideration with their work. They even went the extra mile to work with another shop to get the car aligned and checked. Great customer service and I appreciate the integrity of the owner, Gaston. Thanks!

Gaston fixed our 2016 Buick Enclave. He is good. I recommend him highly. He is into details. He is friendly.

He really helped us out! We didnt have the money to pay everything up front so we were able to pay the rest 2 weeks later on our next pay day. Especially with it being the Christmas season we where tight with money. He was very understanding! And was able to fix it the next day after it had happened. I will for sure refer him to anyone who needs their car fixed!!

I was highly impressed by how quick my emissions test was done here. It was the first time I went there and I think I sat down for 5 minutes before they were done. Part of that time was filing out the paperwork. They looked busy so I expected to wait, but I didnt end up wating. I felt prioritized and valued. Nice people to talk to as well.

We went to Nico s for an emissions test and it was the cheapest option (30$) and was so quick! We were in and out in about 10min! Super nice and helpful :) 10/10 recommend!

This place is great! Fast, good price, great service. He even comes to put the renewal sticker on your car. I come every year for my car emissions and plate renewals.

Nico s auto is awesome. The owner is great to work with and fun to talk to. He is honest and extremely fair with his price. I m glad I found Nico s Auto and will definitely be coming back. You can t beat his price combined with his quality service anywhere else. He is the definition of AAA service.

I've been coming to Nico's for years now to get my emissions testing done. This most recent time, I failed the test the first time, and the owner, Gaston, was able to identify the issue and point me in the right direction so I could pass. The emissions test itself is super fast, has the price is the best I've found in Provo, and the emissions portion of the renewal gets updated online automatically which is very convenient. Gaston is very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I'll be a repeat customer for as long as I'm in Provo.

Update: Been coming here for years now. I've moved to Salt Lake, but still drive here for any work I ever need. He's honest, helpful, and smart. In the years I've been coming here, I've never had a single bad experienceOriginal review: Awesome service. He found the problem with my car, offered me multiple options as far as fixes, and was honest through the entire repair process.

Best Mechanic I ve ever been to! Came here to do an Emission s test and didn t pass the first time, so he told me what to be able to do to pass the next time!!! On top of that he even registered my car right there for me that way I didn t have to go to the DMV. Super nice guy and felt that he wasn t just trying to take my money. I will definitely be coming here with all my car issues from here on out.

Hands down the best mechanic I ve ever worked with. I recommend this guy to all of my friends. Nico is honest and does great quality work. I ve had him work on multiple vehicles and only have positive things to say. Go here if you need an honest opinion or anything fixed. Nico is the best.

Nico s is literally the BEST shop in town. I ve been in Provo for 12 years and I have had waaayyyy to many experiences with car shops ripping me off. But once I found Nico s, I ve never gone anywhere else. He s upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done and always gives a great price.

I called them to get another opinion and Gaston was SO helpful in explaining the services that I would need. Once I went in, he showed me on my car what was needing to be fixed and was really flexible in getting it done. Trustworthy people here.

He is great! Quick emissions test and very nice and knowledgeable. Gets you in when you need it done. Also is open later than most other places! You can also get on the spot renewal here which is very convenient

Super friendly and worked me in today even though I didn't have an appointment and they were busy. GREAT price only $30 for emissions inspection and it was like 10 minutes or less. This was our first time in. Gaston is super nice, but was unclear about how much he would charge for a synthetic blend oil change. We brought 2 cars in and he ended up charging us $70 per car! I m pretty disappointed. I d recommend Honest-1 Auto Care or Les Schwab for affordable oil changes.

The workers were very kind and offered me two free retests within two weeks after my car failed emissions testing. I will definitely be going here again next time I need to do emissions testing

This place is the best! Every time I've gone there I've had such a great experience. Gaston is awesome. He takes such good care of his customers and goes the extra mile. Also being a girl its nice I can trust them that they won't scam me or trick me into things I don't need. They are so honest and friendly. I totally recommended it to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

I bought a car from Nico's a few months ago and had a great experience. My Dad and I were just out looking at cars around 9:30 at night when I got off of work. Long story short, we got in touch with the owner and he was willing to come out to talk with us that night!He was very friendly and honest about the car. He willingly explained about a small wreck that the car had been in, and then showed us the repairs that had been done. The price of the car was very fair and it has worked great for me. At some point the trunk stopped closing so I gave him a call on a Saturday and he got it fixed on Monday.This place is great, and I definitely recommend them.

I called in and asked about getting my car fixed on pretty short notice, needing my cars cooling system to be fixed for a long drive to see family. They were super helpful and not only got it fixed, but double checked with me every step of the way to make sure it was in my best interest to fix it and not to just buy a new car instead. He even double checked to make sure there were no other leaks elsewhere so I'd be safe on my trip. Offered me rides to and from the place each time. Amazing service!

Needed to get my renewal done but only wanted to go to one place to do everything. Originally wen to Lube Doc who said it'd be a 40 minute wait and said I could come back between 4:30-5:00 when it was slower if I wanted. Neither option was practical with a small energetic child. I looked on the dmv website for another place to do on the spot renewal and found Nico's. I called and asked how long the wait was and he said he could help me as soon as I got there.When I arrived I was greeted outside by Gaston, which was sooo nice. I didn't have to wonder where to park or who to talk to, it was just great service from the start. As one of the employees worked on my car, Gaston chatted with me and it was so obvious this man was happy to give good service and enjoyed helping others. I was there maybe a total of 20 minutes, which included time I stayed longer to finish our lovely conversation. I was able to meet his wonderful wife and chatted with them both for a moment. They were both so genuine and such a wonderful couple.Really couldn't beat this service, quick and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone!

Visited this shop once before and had no issues, but I went in for an oil change recently and was overcharged and maintenance I did not preapprove was performed which I was also charged for. With the oil change, wiper fluid fill, and air filter cleaning (only went for the oil change and they did the other stuff before asking me) the total was $78 which was way more than I expected to pay and way more than most shops.Service: Oil change

I trust this place. I've only gone here for emissions testing, but the owner has been friendly and honest. He always works fast, and the emissions cost is less than other shops in Provo!

Gaston was super nice. I came in right as they were about to close. I was feeling a little flustered since my car was leaking oil and I was about to go home for the weekend. Gaston took the time to see me and look at my car, talked me through options and sent me on my way feeling relieved. I'd trust him again with my car
