Great place to buy a truck/car. I call my salesman Sean Carson on his cell phone or go down to the lot, tell him what we are looking for, and he finds it for us. My family has bought 3 trucks from him and we are more than happy. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, go see our buddy Sean at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet in Provo! Toyota Tacoma, Toyota Tundra, and Chevy Colorado over the last 5 years. They also have a great service department. Talk to Russell in the service department for all your service needs!!

They gave me an excellent trade in value compared to all the other dealerships I went to. The price of the truck was so good that I drove 500 miles from Denver to get it, and it was worth it. Disappointing Experience with Dealership's Lack of AccountabilityMy experience with this dealer has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a truck in January, with the expectation of receiving my permanent plates in due time. However, after my temporary tags expired in mid-February, I encountered numerous issues with obtaining the plates.Despite my proactive efforts to communicate with the sales representative, regarding the impending expiration of my temporary tags, the dealership failed to provide a timely resolution. Mr. Ibarra's response was delayed, and when he finally addressed the matter, I was informed that the emission paperwork was missing, preventing the release of my plates.What is most concerning is the dealership's lack of accountability for their mistakes. Rather than taking responsibility and rectifying the situation promptly, I was met with excuses and delays. Furthermore, upon discovering that the truck failed the emission test due to a pre-existing modification, the dealership's proposed solution was unsatisfactory and potentially risky for me as a customer.Despite my attempts to seek a refund due to my lack of awareness regarding the emission issue, the dealership has yet to provide a resolution. It is unacceptable that I am left in limbo, unable to legally drive the vehicle I purchased.Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service and professionalism exhibited by this dealership. I would caution others against conducting business with them, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.

Avoid service department here. Have had a service here and their multipoint inspection. They advised me I needed a new air filter and cabin filter. To which I agreed I get my truck head home and flipping through it s telling me my air filter is at 54% it s ten miles to my house. They told me they did a full multipoint inspection I asked does that include my wiper blades which I knew where bad see pics. They told me yes we check all of that thoroughly. Now I have to ask did they check anything at all? And what about my half used air filter which they did bill me for.

Sean Carson & Mark are both top tier individuals when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I'll be honest, I've never been a fan of purchasing vehicles at dealerships, there have been times I have been at a dealership purchasing a vehicle for 5-8 hours. It can be absolutely dreadful. BUT!! This wasn't the case when dealing with Sean. I arrived at the dealership at almost 11AM & was out of the dealership with everything finalized & completed by 12:10PM. That time included doing a test drive. Absolutely incredible.I was referred to Sean from a friend of mine & I sent him a text late in the evening when I found a vehicle I was wanting to purchase & he made the entire process a breeze. For never meeting or speaking with Sean prior to that text, he went above & beyond for me. I have owned over 10 cars & have never dealt with any salesmen who was as friendly, welcoming, understanding, & supportive as Sean was.Highly recommended across the board!!

Sean Carson made finding a vehicle a very nice experience. He's very personable and does not push you into any purchase, but he will help you find what you want and meet your needs. I recommend him for anyone searching to buy a new or used vehicle from LHM Provo. He's the only salesman to ever check in later on to make sure I'm still enjoying my purchase. He's also very helpful whenever I need to set up an appointment with the service center. He's a one of a kind sales person in my book. My recommendation if you go here looking for a vehicle, request Sean Carson.

The best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle! The inventory manager Howard and the rest of the crew were wonderful to work with! I placed an order on a new 23 Colorado and they helped me every step of the process. I got the vehicle at MSRP and they helped me get a good price on my trade. They didn t add any fake fees or try to sneak some extra charge in hoping I wouldn t see. This is the second vehicle I ve purchased from them and I plan on buying more! I also use their shop for service and have always been treated awesome. Highly recommend! Loving my new Colorado!

The service department has been good to take care of my car but they are not very good with calling and letting me know when the parts came in for my repair. I took my car in for an oil change in November. They diagnosed a problem with my car and told me they would call me when the part came in, but I called them in February because I had not heard from them. They said they had just got the part and were going to call me. They were able to get me in quick after that. They are nice and friendly but not very good at following up on service.

I had a great experience at this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, Alex, Mark, and Martin were all excellent. They were professional, honest, and helped answer all my questions. I m very happy with my vehicle purchase. The service department was efficient and also very helpful when I took my vehicle in due to the check engine light coming on. It was an easy fix and I was on my way.

My old beat up 08 Silverado decided it wanted to be more work than it s worth and I had to get a vehicle as soon as possible. As a particularly unlucky person, this week was my luck as the car I had my eye on for months had just arrived off the truck! This is the place to buy a new vehicle. The sales team are great and do not apply pressure unnecessarily. I've come in multiple times. They are amazing, I've usually dealt with mattice and he is quick response with emails. Today I went in for an oil change, I forgot the name of my advisor but he had some great tattoos, they got it quick and fast. And we're very kind the entire time. I've decided to not use another mechanic.

Was traveling from out of state and stopped in to see if I could get my wipers fixed prior to a winter storm warning as they stopped working. Since I was leaving the following day the gentlemen were eager to help as they assisted me in applying for credit, received the part from out of town, and through other unfortunate circumstances with the new part were able to fix my original part enough to get me through the snow and back on the road at no charge. A++

This is the worse place for getting oil change service done on your vehicle. I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 10:00 am. I got here at 9:45 am checked in and was told it would take an hour and half to 2 hour's to get the oil change done. What, why? If I make an appointment shouldn t that reserve a slot for my truck to have the service done in a timely matter of 30-45 minutes max. At 11:30 I inquired whats the status of my trucks oils change. The link they sent to track my vehicle said it was still in check in status from 9:45. The service tech went to check. He told me one of the techs had to leave so my truck was going to be another 45 minutes. They did just put my truck now on the lift, What??!!! There is nothing I can do at this point but wait. Why this process take so long? This is not the first time I have had to wait hours to get my oil changed. The other customers in the waiting room said they feel the same way. So frustrated with Larry Miller Chevrolet Service Department. It s 12:21 my oil change is finally done. It took 2 1/2 hours after came in to complete the process. Come on Larry Miller you can and need to do better.

From the minute I drove into the service garage I was treated with great respect. I left my car and was escorted to the waiting room. A gentleman came to me in the waiting room and told me what my estimated charges would be. I gave them to go ahead. I ask how long it would be. The gentleman said about an hour. It was much less than that. I went to the service department counter and paid my bill. The gentleman said I will walk you to your car. It was raining. The gentleman said you wait here and I will go get your car. He brought it inside the service bay. He helped me into my car, and I drove out of the service bay and was on my way home.

Because she always wants to put the customer s needs first, her goal is to provide quality service in securing the car you want. Everyone who helped was friendly and the repairs were completed quickly and done well. This was a repair to fix a problem created by a different auto repair place. Now our car drives so much better!
