Jones paint and glass has never let me down, always quality products in a timely manner! They ve helped me with doors, glass panels, mirrors and windows. Joshua has been my personal sales rep and always makes sure I m taken care of! I ve been ordering doors from Josh for years now, the process has always been smooth and simple!

I called in just for a quote to repair my garage door and they were able to come to my house only a couple hours later. They were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed in 20 minutes. Very impressed with the quick turnaround and work that was done.

Nick and Randi were wonderful to work with! Throughout our remodel, they were both extremely helpful especially in areas where we were a bit clueless. Our windows and doors look great and I can only imagine will look even better once I can get paint on them.

Excellent service! BethAnn and Mario replaced a sliding glass door panel for us today. They were very courteous, professional and got the job done FAST. BethAnn also went the extra mile to sweep up a pile of broken glass for us when she came out to measure, which was much appreciated. I recommend Jones P&G highly.

They do great work great quality work. If you don t get your project to them on time for the day it really won t be ready that day.Their deadline is 930 am no exceptions. I was in at 10am now I have to wait until tomorrow. Also it takes 15 minutes to get the work order in seams like they need some software updates. Just make sure you get there by 930 if you need something the same day.

I went in for two small pieces of glass on a Friday and needed them for the weekend for a small project I'm doing The lady at the front counter was very nice helping me. I asked her if I could get the glass today and she said she would need to ask the shop if they were able to she talked to one of the employees. Carlos and he was working on a project and said he could get to mine right after and it would be about a 15 minute wait after only waiting about 5 minutes he was done very great customer service at the counter and in the back Carlos walked the glass out to my car and put it in for me. I will definitely be back and recommend Jones painting glass.

I got a new windshield and Phil Harper did an amazing job, he was such a pleasure to work with. Such a nice guy. I will be going back there again whenever I need a window replaced or fixed!!! Thank you so much Phil.

Our window couldn't be closed properly, Mr. Rich Weinrauch came and looked into it, not only figured out what wrong with it, he also found out other hidden problems. He really did an excellent job for us and made our windows perfect. He is very skillful, and also patient to his customers.

Jeff and Jason just replaced my garage door opener after being out numerous times to evaluate and the service is impeccable and they are always so kind! I wouldn't use anyone else. I have always been very pleased with any service I get from Jones paint glass.

Buyer beware: We had used jones previously for a couple windows a few years ago and they did a great job. A year ago we ordered one for our kitchen. I gave someone the right measurements and the window was ordered incorrectly because the person input them backward. It certainly could have been my fault I will own that but It becomes a he said she said situation so not worth fighting but the biggest problem is that they weren t even willing to talk to us about the situation, no refund, no remake etc. I will not ever use jones paint and glass again and will make sure everyone I know knows of their poor customer service.

This is my second time as a customer of Jones Paint & Glass, overall very happy with them as a whole. I came in yesterday to verify changes on our window order and to pay, but it took a while to figure out which person I needed to talk to (I had three different names on the email from Jones) and it turned out that person I needed was out of the office that day. The lady helping me confirmed that the person I needed would be there the next day. So I came back today and tried to explain my situation, it took a while to find the papers for my order, but not as long as yesterday. Julie helped me today and was very patient and helpful. When she heard that I changed my mind about rain glass on a window, and was going to just do clear glass, she asked if it was for a bathroom. It was, and so then she showed me other privacy glass options and gave me plenty of time to look at the different options. I was able to find a privacy glass option that I was very happy with. She also explained to me the different types of windows on my order and what it meant and the reasoning for different windows in different areas of my house. She was very personable and concerned when I explained our situation, rebuilding after a house fire. Very happy with the service I got from Julie. Would've given 5 stars except communication and organization on their end could be a little clearer.

Adonis did a great job! I brought in some picture frames and he cut out mirror glass to fit them perfectly, and he did it so fast! Would definitely recommend!

We had a broken window that needed to be replaced. Jaden was very nice, fast, and did a great job! He even cleaned it after putting it in and it looks great! I would use Jones Paint & Glass again!

I had 2 bathroom windows installed with Jones Paint & Glass. The process was easy from getting a bid to ordering windows and install. My only complaint is that the guys who installed left dirty hand prints and marks on my freshly painted walls. They need to make sure walls are clean after they are done with install.

Was very pleased with the service I got today at the Provo store both Dawn and Catalina helped me with what I needed and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes also the young man that cut my glass was very helpful not sure what his name was but he had kinda long black hair and was Hispanic good job all thanks
