I was greeted as soon as I pulled into their lot. I was helped immediately and shown everything about the current status of my car, but did not feel pressured to buy extra services. I came in for a routine oil change, but left with 4 new tires, too!Very clean waiting room with a spotless restroom. I wish restaurants had restrooms as nice as this one.

Terry at this location is a gem. He remembered who I was (I had come before for an oil change) and never tried to scam me! He is so kind and works so quickly and efficiently. This is the place to come for oil changes and more!

Our problem was something that usually would probably usually be taken care of by a bigger shop, but it was a Saturday so we were thankful Jiffy Lube was open! The techs were very helpful, researched the part we needed and got it done in time for my husband to make it to a wedding reception! Very friendly, kind people!

These guys are great! They replaced my brakes previously and did a great job! The location is convenient for me and they are always kind and courteous. I love that I can get my car serviced and registered in the same spot. They also make good referrals if they aren't able to make the repair or perform the service. Thanks guys!!

I always change my oil here, always great service except for today. I had an oil filter in my car and the guys used it without my knowledge and still charged me for a new one. Luckily the manager gave me a refund but would have appreciated a heads up that they took my oil filter that I bought myself.

I asked for just the cheapest oil change and nothing else and then on my receipt they put other things including that they had vacuumed my floor, which they very obviously did not. My brother went to do get the same service with the same coupon at a neighboring jiffy lube and got charged 28.72$ and I got charged 68.

Thank you to the staff for the quick, efficient service. When they noticed it was loose, they even helped to tighten our windshield wiper nut. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be back.

The North Freedom Jiffy Lube guys are awesome. I was able to make it to my doctors appointment on time. The crew at North Freedom changed two tie rod ends, did an alignment, an oil change, and rock chip repair in an hour and a half.

Manager was super awesome! Went in to get low beams changed out because it was difficult on my car through the wheel well. He helped me find cheaper headlights on Amazon because my car required a specific headlight. He told me I could come in and they would put it in for me if I couldn t get it and they would just charge me labor ($130/hr) and it wouldn t take more than 15-20 mins. I come back he s not there and the assistant manager told me they were going to have to take my bumper off to replace the headlights and it would cost $85, I asked him why the price was so high and he said because they had to take the bumper off, which the manager said wasn t necessary a couple days before. Anyway, the bumper method ended up taking an hour instead of the 15-20 mins and when he came back he charged me $105 instead of the $85 lol so I m not really one to write reviews but be warned they might rob you a little. Manager was awesome but I should ve just done it myself

Terry was great to work with, walked me through the whole process and didn t jump into telling me I need to do stuff right away but can look into it. He simply let me know what could happen if we wait. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I was impressed by their service! I went early in the morning and someone came out and told me where to put my car for the emissions test. Within 10 minutes I was done. Great experience!

The worker who helped me was very condescending and rude. He wouldn t let me talk and as soon as he was talking to a guy I had with me he was respectful. I have felt both times I ve come in since October that they don t take me seriously and their customer service has been below par.

This was my first time going to jiffy Lube and let me just say I will NEVER be going there again. I normally go to another car maintenance shop, but I decided to give this one a shot. BIG MISTAKE. I simply went in for just a oil change, but it was not simple in the slightest. To start off I had to stand there while they told me that my car needed all these things fixed just so they could get an extra buck, when my car was totally fine to begin with. Then when I said no, they still pressured me on all these things that I should do so, and wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars to fix things on my car I really didn t need fixing just so they can get an upsell. I feel as since I m a woman they feel like they can take advantage of that fact and think I don t know anything about cars or my own car for that matter and overcharge me for everything that needed fixing . Then to get the oil change done let me drive away to only start hearing loud noises coming from my engine. I immediately knew something was off so I had to drive to another jiffy lube that was closer to me just because I was scared of something seriously being wrong with my car. Then to get to this other jiffy lube for them to barley look at my car and tell me nothing is wrong with it when they didn t even give it decent good look to begin with and then said everything seemed fine. All they told me was maybe you should just keep driving on it and if the sound gets louder come back sorry what? Wouldn t you always go and make sure your car has nothing wrong with it and try not to drive on it if it starts making really loud noises in your engine and isn t driving probably or safely? Then for me to ask him to check the oil again for him to tell me, oh looks like they overfilled your oil tank and didn t do it probably. At this point I m super upset that I waisted money I don t have for them to not do it right, and my time I don t have just for them to cause more problems! Then he proceeded to say we won t charge you for it this time when it wasn t even my fault to begin with in the first place! I waisted half my day trying to fix my car for their mistake when it should of only took 20 minutes of my time if they would of just focused on what people really need and just do the just do the fix properly and safely so nobody would run into these problems. This company seems to not have a care in the world for peoples time and money. This place is uncaring, try s to just upsell you in anyway they can even when you don t need it , overpriced and they won t even do the job right for the time and price your paying them to do so. Now I m terrified something is going to happen to my car in the future just because of the problems they caused. I will never be going this jiffy lube or any jiffy lube s in the future for that matter and I recommend you do the same. Don t waste your time and money on this place. Not worth it in the end.

I typically go in the early afternoon and they're always friendly and not too busy at that time. I appreciate how the staff takes time to explain everything to me and I feel like I can trust all their recommendations.

They were fast and efficient with giving my car an oil change as well as informing me what issues they see are starting to show or what may happen. Very honest. My daughter is going to BYU and we don t live near by. Her car was having trouble starting so I sent her to Jiffy Lube not knowing any other mechanics in the area. They looked at her alternator and realized that a cable was just loose so they tightened it and sent her on her way. Thank you for being kind and helping her out. I told her if she has any other problems that need fixed to come back to you guys.

This place is professional ethical and clean! I went to get my alignment done after another auto shopped butchered it. I was skeptical because Jiffy lube can be pricey but they gave me a great deal! Right as I came in one of the mechanics opened the door for me and serviced me right away. Super kind helpful and I'll be back again.

Communication between the team is lacking and if I hadn't paid close attention to my itemized bill I would've left without the completion of multiple repairs that I came in for and was told would be done. The work was done well and for a good price once it was finally figured out though.

Feeling frustrated because I sent my son with a prepaid certificate for a regular oil change. He came away spending an extra $100. He is young and inexperienced and didn't know that the certificate was just for regular oil; they talked him into synthetic and charged a lot more. I could have bought a prepaid certificate for synthetic for much less. Also they changed a couple lightbulbs and a radiator cap; nice of them to take care of those things but we could have done it ourselves for much less through an auto parts store. The lesson is, don't fall for the up sell when you have a prepaid certificate.

They were so professional and very kind. I needed to take an emission test for my car to be registered with the DMV. It took about 10 mins for the entire process. They explained what they were going to do, the price and did the test. I was happy with everything that happened. As I paid the bill, the young man that was assisting us, told us our next steps in the process and where to go next. Thank you JL.
