I had work done on my Hyundai Palisade 2022 and my vehicle looks new again! I am just amazed on how great it looks again! I was informed through out the process! I worked with Jonathan there and he was very polite and professional! I will share before and after photos

I had an exceptional experience with this service center. Not only did they provide outstanding customer service, but the quality of their work was also top-notch. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my car looked spotless upon pickup.Their team excels at sending updates and progress reports, making the entire process incredibly easy to manage. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, and they promptly addressed all of my questions and concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.

The insurance company I was working with was extremely difficult. On the other hand, Calliber Collisions was very efficient and very sympathetic to my situation. I m very grateful for the service I received! They worked super well with Enterprise car rentals as well, making this whole process as simple as possible. Most importantly, I m very happy with the repairs done on my Jeep! It s as good as new!

Great to work with. They kept me informed and did a great job on my vehicle. I had to leave town right before my scheduled return for 3 weeks and they were great to hold my vehicle there until I returned. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism in customer service and with the work that they did.

Excellent. The service team at Caliber Collision was amazing. They kept me well informed of the progress on my vehicle throughout the entire process and they did spectacular work. My vehicle is in better condition after their work than it was in before the car accident.

I had a really good experience getting my car repaired here. The team sent text updates and I got my car returned back to me looking brand new. I'm also pretty sure they cleaned the inside of it as well (?). Car looks brand new and like it was never in an accident.

Had a great experience with these guys. They made it so easy and finished earlier than I was told. Every business should follow what these guys do. They were also really good at communicating with me about when it would be completely and what stage it was in. William was awesome!

I highly recommend this location. I worked with Jonathan M. and he was great! He communicated with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was aware of what was being repaired on my vehicle. After being in a car accident, bringing my vehicle in could have been stressful but Jonathan made sure the process was smooth and stress-free.

My car recently had gotten stolen and I was in distraught wondering if I would ever get my car back to the way it was before due to the engine being taken apart. Caliber had taken such good care of me and the staff were really nice the entire process. They had let me know what repairs needed to be done and what damages there were when my car was stolen. My service advisor was Johnathan, he was super kind, friendly and professional the whole process. He had also gave me some tips to prevent this from happening again. They had even gone out of their way to clean up the mess that had been made in the car! 5 star rating for sure, I would come here if you really want to be validated and cared for. Definitely did not feel like just some paying customer.

I received the best care with my car. I would recommend caliber to anybody who needs auto body repairs. And a plus they guarantee their work for the life of the car as long as you own it. That is satisfaction in itself

This was one of the places our insurance works with, and honestly they've been great. They keep you updated with progress and they finished our car six days ahead of schedule. Honestly, they're only problem is lack of parking at they're facility, but that aside I absolutely recommend this place, especially if your insurance works with them

Caliber Collision did a great job fixing my Lexus when I was hit by a large Toyota Tundra. My car looks great and Braden did a wonderful job keeping me apprised of their progress. I am very happy with the quality of their work and responsiveness.

Everyone was very friendly, professional and respectful, from the beginning when I called to make an appointment and spoke with the receptionist Ashleigh (I think that's the spelling) to Braden who kept me periodically updated on the progress of the repair, so we didn't have time to think what its status was. The quality of work was excellent. I 100% recommend Caliber for your repairs if you suffer an accident!!

I was unfortunate to have someone leave some graffiti on my car, but Caliber Collision came through and made my car look as good as new! Special thanks to Sade (hopefully that s how it spelled) and Clint for helping me out, this will be the place for me and my friends from here on out whenever I encounter car issues in the future. We took our van in here for an insurance claim from Geico. While there, we had them do another door panel (through our insurance company, Farmers). Clinton was great to work with and sent daily updates on our vehicle. The rental vehicle was at Caliber when I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. All I had to do was give Clinton my keys and drive off in the rental. The tailgate, rear bumper, and side door were all fixed and the painted 3 days early! When I picked up my newly fixed van, it had been vacuumed and shampooed on the interior and there was no sign of damage anywhere on the exterior. I was very satisfied by the repairs. The scratches and dents came out to about $5,000, but that was all covered through the insurance.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I first contacted caliber about my out of pocket repair, they were very rude and told me that they didn't think I was able to pay for it out of pocket because it would be too expensive. When I finally got them to understand that I was prepared to pay the full cost, they took forever to get me an estimate. I was promised an estimate by a certain date and I got it over a week after It was promised. I also notified them that I would be going out of town on the 23rd of december and they promised me that the car would be ready by then. They originally set the completion date as december 15th. I called on the 15th and they told me they wouldn't have it done until the 22nd. There was absolutely no communication from them, and I was always the person that had to reach out for information. Then, on the 22nd they told me it just needed to be painted. They did not give me any warning and moved the date from the 22nd to the 29th. At this point I was out of town and could not pick up my car. They had promised me it would be done by the 23rd and they had no communication as to why it was taking so long. They kept telling me it was in the paint shop, which it had been there for over a week with no updates. When I came back from my trip, I called them and asked them if i was still okay to pick it up that day. They told me I would have to wait over an hour because they still needed to wash it. I was not able to receive my car until the afternoon of January 7th. When I dropped off the car, I not only asked them to repair the damage, but I asked them to look at my back windshield wiper because it did not work. When I got my car back, they had not taken a look at the wiper at all, and it was something I had mentioned multiple times in all the interactions with them. Overall, it was a horrible experience with no communication from them and time after time of me expecting something that they had promised, and them not delivering that promise or even communicating to me about it without me having to ask about it first.

An excellent car repair place! I am so impressed with the quality of the repair done on the hood and front grill of my Honda Odyssey, and I was pleasantly surprised with how fast they had my car ready. We had such a great experience with Caliber Collision! Everything went so smoothly, from drop off to coordinating with the rental car company when parts were delayed to the much-appreciated daily updates we received! These guys are pros. Other places can bang out dents and paint, but these people are true pros. We weren't able to tell our car was ever in the shop, except that it was shiny like off the showroom floor.

Slid head on into a light pole on Christmas. Immediately filed a claim through my insurance app, and had the car into these guys the next day. Even with the holiday they turned the car around in no time, and it looks great. They were very informative, handled all of the communication with the insurance company, and helped us get our car back quick. Would highly recommend.
