Super nice people that I delt with and fairly fast but their alignment prices are pretty ridiculous for it only being a front end only toe and go that I got. Had I been able to wait a couple days I definitely would have gone to my normal guy. I will say it does drive straight so its not the end of the world.

I ordered 5 tires and wheels for my Jeep Wrangler at the off road expo on Saturday. They had the new tires mounted, balanced and ready to go when I arrived Tuesday to have them installed. They got me in immediately, were super helpful and friendly. Definitely liked working with them.

This place is Amazing! Absolutely stellar customer service. I'm recommending all my family to go here from now on. I wish I heard about them sooner, honest, helpful and understanding to get you back on the road! Couldn't recommend higher ATM! I had a Jeep Cherokee 2004 Laredo and rather than treat me like a number, I was treated like a real person and had someone who cared about my situation-who sought to understand what I was going through. He listened and was even was willing to go the extra mile to help! Amazing! Couldn't be happier! Thank you guys!

We had a bit of a crazy situation with our car earlier this week and Provo Burt Brothers went above and beyond to get our car working again. Especially during a time when the bad weather was causing car issues and keeping them MUCH busier than usual. Edgar, who helped us from the very beginning, was honestly fantastic. I could never thank him enough in general, but when an issue arrived, he went beyond above and beyond--I still can't believe it. He's the best. These guys are amazing. I'm very grateful to them and would highly recommend them.

They have always been very helpful with whatever I need on my car. Very flexible and I m always able to bring my car in. They also tell me what I need for my car and not necessarily try to hard sell things I don t. Overall I ve had a great experience.

I was passing through Provo and had a slow leak in one tire. I looked out the window at Rugged Coffee and saw Burt Brothers across the intersection. I had a couple of hours so thought I'd leave my car there while I worked on my laptop at rugged. In 15 minutes they texted me and said my car was ready, and they handed me the two strips of metal that had been lodged in my tire. Quick, straightforward and professional. They also do service, not just tires.

Bird Brothers is very courteous kind and honest. Throughout the times that I've used them I have never had any complaints with their service or their work. Prices are fair and affordable.

Best customer service I ve had at any car dealership! Edgar and the crew helped me out when I had an unexpected window failure. They re open on Saturdays and worked hard on President s Day to get my car fixed up ASAP! They even kept it in their shop over the weekend so no rain would get in my car. 5 stars for sure and recommend anyone come here for their car repairs!

I've been a client of Burt Brothers for years, specifically the Highland location. They've been amazing. I have used the Provo location twice, and I've been really disappointed. They don't reset the computer after an oil change, and I've had to go back twice, taking valuable time out of my day. They left my tire lock and kit, along with the side panel piece sliding around the trunk. How hard it is to follow through and leave things as you found them? I'm not happy with their lack of detail to the basics.

Very happy with heater core replacement. They fixed my seat warmers and hazard lights. Everything working great. I'll have to visit in the spring for the A/C as I know they will do a awesome job. Thanks guys, appreciate the hard work and great service.

I needed a smog check so I could register a car so I went to Burt Brothers on the recommendation of friends. The business is quite nice and has a large selection of warm drinks and cold bottled water to stay refreshed while waiting. I made myself a coffee and before I could drink it all my car was done. They had told me 20 minutes when I came in, but I didn't quite believe them. I guess they did not really mean 20 minutes since the car was done in about 15 minutes. I was also shocked that the fee was quite low (I'm used to getting ripped off for everything since I am from California). I highly recommend Burt Brothers Tire & Service.

The entire time they felt like salesmen! I wonder if they make commission?? Work they did was great, but I just felt like they couldn t take no for an answer for the additional things.

Bert brothers are awesome. They get to your stuff quick and are ver kind. The give generous information so you understand exactly what they re doing to your vehicle. Very reasonable in pricing.

They told me my car would be there for 2 days. I went in to talk about my bill 1 hour after I dropped it off and my car was done and just sitting there. They got my car done in less than an hour but charged me for 2 days of labor. My car is also in worse shape now than it was before I took it in. Had to take it to another mechanic. Be careful, they will screw you over.

They were super quick and ended up not charging me for the diagnostic. They also installed and replaced the part I needed for a price cheaper than what they originally told me. Definitely recommend them!

Burt Brothers in Provo were great today!They got my car in, checked out the problem, informed me what they found, how long it would take to repair and the cost. They were true to their estimate.I will return when I have other car problems.

Burt Brothers have fabulous staff that seem to know all about the stuff people have questions about. The timing on getting things done is relatively quick. Staff is very friendly. The environment is very high energetic would recommend.

Went in for an alignment and Amelio did an awesome job. They told me my rack and pinion had play before they did the alignment which saved me from getting another alignment in the near future. I will be back!

I was very pleased with the whole sequence from the original call to check prices, a follow up call to check again(and the price had decreased ) to making the appointment for installation, and to having the mounting done. It all worked very well and I appreciate their attention

Still my favorite go to shop for tires and more. I have been going to Breretons for years and Burt brothers are of the same caliber. Fast friendly and competitive prices.Highly recommend to everyone!

This morning I went in to Burt Brothers to see if they could fix my slow leaking tire, and not only did they fix my tire for me but they also didn t charge me for it! And there were 2 leaks in my tire to fix. They were so kind and helpful!!! I would refer anyone to go to Burt Brothers!!!

What a super experience! This was my first time purchasing tires, brakes, oil change on my own. I was preparing for a long road trip around the U.S The service person, Corey, took his to me explaining things to me and their team wascourteous. They got my vehicle in promptly and it was finished that day. Highly recommend.

Fast service, but I almost slipped on the snow in front of the building. I mentioned that to the person who helped me at the front desk. When I left a half hour later, the slanted front area was still not cleared of snow. Very dangerous for someone my age

Cory and Don were great friends that helped me with a tire problem. Their knowledge and just plain old good common sense were very helpful. I should have cleared my brain and just replaced all four tires! They were right and I didn t properly understand. Just an old man s error?!?!
