This place is fantastic. I checked out 4 or 5 different places in the valley and not only did they have the lowest estimates, they had fantastic service as well. I'm a woman so I often feel nervous about mechanics scamming me, but I didn't feel that here at all. I got a fair price for the work done, and they did it very quickly. Marco and Noel are fantastic

They did a fantastic job on my SUV. Marco kept me informed on everything that was going on. The best customer service I have ever received at an auto shop. They know what they are doing and if I ever needed more car repairs I would go back!

This shop is AMAZING! All of the other 5-star reviews are no joke, and I echo them when I say: If you are looking for an affordable, honest, diligent set of mechanics to work on your car, you must give this place a try.My car needed a new bumper installed. I was on a huge time crunch with Christmas around the corner and I needed to travel home in a few days, I also have work every day to drive to. I made it pretty clear to these guys that I need this car bad, and despite the fact that it was an Audi with German engineering that always provides some new, frustrating challenge, these guys knew what they were doing. They took the car in, gave it their full attention, would've had the job done in 2 hours if not for a part needing to be replaced, got the new part within the day, finished the car and got it back to me. And this shop has so many cars around it, I figured they'd be too busy and packed to do this job in the super short amount of time they did it!Special shout-outs to Marco and Noe for their constant clear and helpful communication. They were super understanding, super friendly. Their lobby ambiance was amazing, helped me so much to focus on my homework while I was waiting.Love this place so much and I will definitely return! Again, these guys excel in honesty, diligence, accommodation, affordability, communication, care, friendliness, and understanding. You want that? Take my word for it.

STOP WHAT YOUR DOING AND COME HERE!!! This is BY FAR the most affordable shop I ve found in Utah! I m not from here and the whole staff welcomed me and my car problems with open arms and fixed them in the same day allowing me to still get home to my family!! Marco and the rest of the staff are the most genuine, caring, problem solving and helping individuals I ve ever met at any car shop I ve ever been to in my life! The office/waiting room is so relaxing and peaceful, I almost forgot I had car problems. The mechanics kept checking on me and kept me in the loop during the whole process and were honest and offered professional advice to help me! I was not in the dark about anything and they really diminished any trust issues I normally have had with mechanics in general! I will continue to go here for the rest of my time here in the state and I would HIGHLYYY suggest coming here! They will welcome you like they welcomed me. Come in and see for yourself, the energy is unmatched, love these guys!!!!!

Amazing service; explained everything that would need to potentially be done in order to determine the issue; gave me a list of problems discovered that were ACTUAL problems, instead of giving me random things that weren't actually an issue. fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. Car works well now, and Marco was incredibly kind and honest the entire time. will definitely return if my car needs more maintenance. after repair, showed me where the issues were, what they did to repair it, and next steps to get car ready for emissions testing.

Would not trust them at all. I worked with Marco who seemed super friendly at first, but then insisted that I paid for something that he broke. I think he tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a young female adult who doesn't have a super extensive knowledge of cars. After going back and forth for awhile as he demands that I pay the several hundred dollars, I asked if he could explain it to my male friend on the phone because I was not understanding. He immediately back tracked and claimed that he never asked me to pay in the first place and gave me my keys.

Had them work on my 2008 Acura, after multiple mechanics couldn't permanently fix the issue. They were able to diagnose and find the problem, and gave me a step by step process for a fair price. I Would recommend to anyone needing good mechanics, or at stress free environment.

These guys are amazing to say the least! I went in for an overheating issue while passing through town. Marco and his team worked very hard to find out why my vehicles radiator fan was not working. Considering how many different routes they had to take to solve the issue and considering the amount I was charged for labor, I would say I ended up on the better end of the deal. Also, if anyone knows, automotive shop lobbies tend to have a cold, hard feel that does not help with the already highly anxious situation one can be in when having repairs done, especially when your hours from anyone you know. Marcos shop had a completely different energy. It was a calm and soothing place to be. I spent the better part of the wait just hanging in the lobby admiring everything in the space with me and enjoying the calming beats playing. Marcos shop music was dope tho! Please visit All In One of you are ever in the Provo area and need honest, caring, and kind help.

I got a flat tire and EVERYONE else was closed. I stumbled across these guys and even though they were closing soon they told me to swing by to see what they could do. We couldn t get a new tire but Noe put on my spare and when I asked how much I owed he wouldn t take payment. Such a kind guy. I kinda think we stumbled upon a hidden jewel. Marco helped me today on a whim. After grease monkey decided to repair my car with duck tape. He took care of it so quick and didn t charge. Would take my car here again 100% amazing service kind staff.

I get the impression that Marco is honest and straightforward. He does great work and is easy to work with. His shop gives awesome chill vibes, very different than most. We had a check engine light that turned into a major problem. Marco evaluated the problem and gave us our best option without pressuring us to make a decision one way or another. I will definitely be coming back

I can't say enough good things about my experiences here. Every time I've called or taken my car in, Marco has been so friendly. The customer service is impeccable. They get me in quick for repairs and are very respectful of your time. They have a very sufficient check-in system that allows you to see quotes, approve repairs, and keeps you updated throughout the day so that you know when to pick up and pay. They do a thorough job diagnosing your car and are excellent at explaining in great detail what needs to be repaired and how they're going to do it. I love that I've always walked away knowing exactly what was wrong with my car and how they'd fixed it. Very honest and very reasonable. Marco is the best! He is very personable and is always willing to talk through what's going on and discuss different options. He's happy to help you get exactly what you're wanting instead of telling you what to get done on your car. He even came to my home to help out with a car problem! And on top of all that, he gives the fairest prices I've found in Provo. 10/10 would recommend

These guys I trust completely! I know they will take care of my car as if it was their own. Marco and his partner genuinely cared about helping me with my car. They were fast at diagnosing and offered a great price. They have incredible service, mechanics who don t over-diagnose or over sell, and gave me the service I ve ever had. Great place for a mechanic!

These guys were honest and upfront. We thought we had a major issue with the car, and it ended up being a simple fix. While a lot of places might have charged us just to look at it, these guys took care of it without charging us a dime during the diagnostic!

This is a really good shop. They are very knowledgeable, able to diagnose with ease and accuracy, have fair pricing and a very quick turn around time for the repairs. They are also very kind, patient and good human beings. They put up with my incessant calling and dispelled my anxieties around my car every time. I didn't know that you could only write one google review per business, so heres my other google account! Marco's business deserves 10 stars! He was able to get me in right away because my splash pad was coming undone (again) and he was able to adjust it in 20 mins so that it doesn't scrape the ground when I drive over humps! I've also gotten my brakes replaced by them and it was a quick service! They talk you through the process and will make sure you will leave happy. The business has good vibes and positivity radiates! Check out "All In One Auto" for all of your car needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience with All In One Auto! They were able to get me in the same day that I called. Their work environment was very calming, which was just what anyone needs when dealing with car problems. They explained exactly what was wrong, and what they could do to fix it. Marco was an incredible help. I had the front of my car fixed at another place and when I got my car back the headlights weren t working. Marco was able to fix my headlights in minutes and was extremely professional and kind. I would definitely go to him again.

Marco is amazing. First and foremost, he is a kind human - which goes a long way in this day and age. The vibes of the shop are amazing - very calm and easy going feel throughout. The communication was excellent - easy to view the estimates, approve work, and stay updated on the timeline (and it is all streamlined over texting - AMAZING.)I only wish that I found this shop earlier. I've been working with Marco and Noe for a couple of months now with multiple vehicles and they always been honest about their work. Not only that, but they do a great job. I've been to other mechanics in the past and always ended up having problems in the future. I will be bringing all my personal and business vehicles in the future to them. I will also be recommending friends and family to them. Grateful to have them in my area.

Incredible communicators, knowledgeable, awesome chill vibes, and very kind people overall. They're willing to tow that line between "official" fixes and "cheaper" fixes but will be sure to clearly spell out the pros and cons of both. I went for a cheaper fix that unfortunately ended up not being feasible on my car. Because the cheaper fix wasn't feasible, they didn't charge me even though they worked on it all day. This experience differs vastly from a repair experience I had the day before at a dealership where communication was very subpar and I ended up missing out on some evening plans because of it - then they charged me hundreds of dollars.The employees at All In One Auto are very honest and very articulate. I'd go back.
