As far as the parts store is concerned it's about pretty much average to all the other ones around and they have pretty good customer service I was treated upon injury so what was pretty impressed. However parking is rather confusing with their location that's I think the only downfall I have to say about them.

I can t say enough good things about the people that work here. They are always so friendly and helpful. I hope whoever their boss is sees this and gives them a raise because they deserve it!

John was super helpful. We were having issues with our battery, which was still under warranty, but we weren t sure where it had been purchased. He helped us track down the information and was able to get us a replacement under warranty. Leaving a good review because he really helped us out.

Always great service and have parts for most cars. You just have to know basics like your year and engine. Easy way to save money on easy fixes.

Tried visiting last night since google said they re open till 8 and they were closed at 7:30. Whatever. Today I called in today to ask when they re open and they said 6o-clock. Come at 5:20 and they are CLOSED. Awful and inaccurate hours. Can t believe UPS chose them to be a pickup center. Very frustrating and annoying.

The service was ok. No greeting when entering. The front desk people do not seem very interested in the customers. One of the parts on the shelf was an obvious taped together return that was broken and not functional at full price. The price tags are inaccurate as well. Two items were listed at 2.69 and 3.69. When scanned at the register they were 4.99 and 6.99. They also didn t provide an accurate time of when the parts would be available to pick up. They said 1:30 but weren t ready until 3:30. They did have an OEM part that was $8 cheaper that buying from a dealer.

Spoke with John to try and find warranty information on a part that I purchased at that location and I think Autozone or Orielly are better choices than this place, as both of them can look up warranty information off of a phone number.Update general manager called me back and the warranty file was found. The claim is their system isn't like other places.

Awesome experience. Wade, one of the employees, was super helpful. He got the part I needed, and even helped me install it for free (it was just a headlight, but I had never replaced it before so it was appreciated). Just very helpful atmosphere there.

Needed a 5/8th fuel line repair kit & some fittings to complete a fuel line I messed up while in a hurry. Had the part in stock.

Wouldn't honor their warranty.I don't plan to ever buy anything from them again.I had a fuel pump go out, and my dad replaced it for me. He bought the replacement at Advanced Auto, and it came with a year or more warranty. It failed after 5 months, which was a huge pain, but the worst part was THEY WOULDN'T HONOR THE WARRANTY! They said that my receipt didn't show a replacement strainer, which voids the warranty.The problem is THEY DIDN'T EVEN SELL THAT PART. They have to special order it, which takes like 3 days, which all seems like a scam to keep you from qualifying for the warranty.I went down the street to OReilly's, who said they would honor their warranty even if I didn't replace the filter or strainer. So I bought my replacement from them.I later went to a different Advanced Auto in Denver, where they replaced the pump for me, so now I have an extra, and am out the money for it.

Went in for a simple pair of wiper blades. Was going to look up the right kind myself, but an employee insisted he do it. Promptly got me the wrong kind but I had to leave. Then when I returned later in the day they didn't apologize, or offer a refund, then got the wrong kind AGAIN, fumbled around with connectors, not talking to me. Then they got it wrong for the third time. Didn't have any that fit, for a Toyota TUNDRA, 2008. I cannot actually believe this store is so awful. I was in there for more than half an hour. For WIPER BLADES, never go here. Ever.

What s the point in offering same day delivery if you re not going to do it?? Ordered a part for same day delivery and nothing ever came! Then you re closed on Sundays so I wouldn t even end up getting it until Monday!

Really great. Helped me pick out what I needed (brake pads) and gave me advice about what else to watch for while I was replacing it. I don't know if they gave me a receipt, though, which made it hard to take the part back that I didn't end up needing.

Never open. It's a Monday at 6:30pm. Tried to go to this store a couple times at very common times and they do not cater to the general public's times.

Their customers service is the worst... they are rude and they don't offer solutions... they lost a customer today and if anyone needs auto parts go to autozone they'll treat like a valued customer... no wonder every time I would walk in to the store in provo its always empty...I should have caught on... I hope they close it down!

Never open on Sundays! Despite Google information that they are. I've showed up and called numerous occasions and they're never open when I need them on Sunday

Parts guys and gals know there cars here. Really helpful with an old Ford F150 I was working on. Got what I needed and found out they carry lots of stuff for this Truck.

By far the worst out of all the auto part chains and that is saying a lot. Remember they have been bought out by advanced auto parts so now they are the bottom feeders of auto parts.

Always closed. They say open until 8pm but everyday I drive by at 6:30-7-30pm they are closed
