There quality and expertise is bar none. This is my go to glass shop. They replaced my wife's windshield and have fixed a chip in mine. There prices are fair and they provide exception service. Myself and several other family members use them for all our auto glass work. They are the best.

I got quotes from at least 10 different places to replace my windshield and Ace and Jerry was the most reasonable price by over $250. They did a great job, had good communication throughout the process, and were super quick. Would highly recommend them for any glass repair.

We had a complicated situation with our insurance company, and Val was very helpful and willing to work with us/them.They obviously did a stellar job replacing our windshield, and their price genuinely was much lower than their competitors (about $650 versus about $950).And Val put on our new windshield wipers that we had sitting in the front seat, just to be nice. :)I also got a warm and fuzzy feeling by supporting friendly local humans rather than a humongous, impersonal corporation.

Wish I could give 6 stars! They replaced our windshield, and they said it would be done before the end of the day. However, the glass arrived much later than expected so they weren't done, but they stayed past their closing time to get the windshield on and we drove away with it just a short while after their planned closing time. We were so touched that they were willing to work longer to help us out! Also, in the phone they said it would be $300 to replace, and, in the end, it was $299 or so before tax. Very accurate quote, which is always appreciated! Thanks so much!

As awesome as everyone says!! My car got broken into and the window was shattered. I was able to get an appointment the very next day with them and they finished it that day as well. They communicated with me the whole time about any additional costs (tinting the window) and about the progress to completion. I'm very happy with the outcome and their price was substantially lower than the 4 other places I had checked. Would recommend to anyone. :)

Val at Ace and Jerry replaced my window shield for me and did a great job. Not only did the window shield look amazing and crack free, the cars camera sense continued to work as well. Everyone at Ace & Jerry Auto glass was super courteous and helpful. I had an appointment, but when someone thing came up, they were happy to reschedule. When I went in they said that the windshield replacement may take a while, but they decided to postpone their lunch so I wouldn t be waiting there in the lobby. Price was really good too, in comparison to other places in the area. Highly recommend it.Service: Auto windshield repair

WOW! They truly went above and beyond! I had another shop cancel my appt without informing us which left me scrambling to find a shop to do the work. Ace and Jerry same day ordered the glass, installed and prepared for our same day departure for a long road trip. They even problem solved when the wrong glass was delivered. I would 1000% recommend anyone use them! They re a local shop providing a fantastic service at a great price while being wonderful, kind humans.Service: Auto glass replacement

I happened to call these guys to see if they moved glass from one house to another... a 5x6 foot mirror up 2 flights of stairs. Amazingly they agreed because they had the skill and tools to do it professionally! They even did it same day! Professional, efficient, and versatile. I am *so* grateful for the flexibility in their services! Exceptional work

The guy who did my tint damaged my door seal and when I told them, they asked me if it was already there before they started. When someone asks you a question like that after you tell them something, it means they don t care. The tint guy did, in fact, damage my door seal and they didn t even give me an apology, which is all I wanted. I m a simple man.They also didn t put the correct darkness of tint on my rear windows either. But what can you do? Thank goodness for the complaint department which is Google review. The old reliable review. Maybe this review will deter a few folks to go to another establishment which might even be cheaper and more honest. That s what we need in a company that people are spending money at, just a good old fashioned honest establishment that does proper work.

Ace and Jerry was fantastic for windshield replacement. I had a big crack across the windshield of my Toyota Venza, so it had to be replaced entirely. I got quotes from a bunch of different places. Ace and Jerry quoted me $299 plus tax with no hidden fees, and everywhere else quoted me $450+. They got the quote back to me the same day I requested it online and they got me scheduled less than a week out. They told me to leave my vehicle with them for 3 hours, but after one hour they called and said it was done. The new windshield looks great, the people were great, they worked fast, and the pricing was the best around and exactly what I was quoted, so the 5-star rating is well-deserved!

If you need a windshield replacement, this is the place. The owner was super friendly. He told me to leave the car for 3 hours. However, I didn t have a ride so I decided just to sit and wait. After a little over an hour, he told me my windshield replacement was done. What a nice surprise!!!

I worked with Ace and Jerry for a long time. They are always fast, accurate and very respectful. As soon as you walk in the building you know your car is in good hands, and staff is always nice and friendly to you. I will definitely recommend this place!

Jerry was so kind on the phone. Even when my plans changed and they had to order a different windshield and send the other back they were very polite and understanding. They were done within the three hours they had promised me and the install looks really good. It was raining the day they fixed it and there were no leaks. The only reason I gave four stars was because I had a decoration sitting on the dash that got dropped on the floor and trampled. Just be sure to remove everything from the dash and rearview mirror before handing them the keys and everything should go without a hitch. :)

I set up an appointment to get my windshield replaced due to long cracks appearing in my current one. They were very kind, courteous, fully transparent, and efficient. In just a few hours after the start of my appointment, they were done. They gave me clear instructions on how best to care for my new windshield, and I was on my way. I would very much recommend working with them. I certainly will work with them in the future!

Wayyy cheaper than what safelight quoted me. I had a small rock chip with a couple inch crack. I brought it in for them to look at it (other places like safe light were quoting me like $160, others like jiffy lube said it was too big for them to fix.) I wasn t sure what to do so I brought my car in for them to just look at it and they said they could do it right away. It took them like 20-30 minutes, charged less than a third of what safelight quoted and it looked better than I expected it to. Great shop I would recommend going if you have any windshield problems!

I live in Wyoming but was in town for Thanksgiving. Needed the windshield replaced and I am so glad we chose Ace and Jerry s! Best pricing, quick installation, and the best customer service around! One of the staff even made himself available on a day they weren t working to answer a question I had.Top notch business! Highly recommend to all!

Been coming here for years and everyone is so nice and thoughtful. I wish I knew his name - I think it s the son that runs it now but he treats me like his own daughter and I really appreciate that. Finally, someone who just listens to what I m looking to get done and doesn t manipulate me into doing other things. Appreciate the advice but never oversteps.

These guys are now my #1 choice for windshield replacement. They were kind and professional, had my car done before expected. Also, they were more reasonably priced than anyone else I received estimates from on the market~I was shocked! Overall, a great experience with them. There's a reason this family business has been around a long time. Literally so happy!
