I had a great experience with Big O.They helped me with some issues I was having with tires that I bought from another company. They didn t give me a hard time or charge more for their services because I didn t buy the tires from them (like they ve done at Les Schwab).I ended up returning those tires and buying a set from Big O. The price was right on point with prices I could find locally or online.Alex worked with me on the tire purchase and mounting. It s been a few years since I ve let anyone mount wheels on my vehicles (I usually pull them off and bring them in) due to over torquing and ruining lug nuts/lugs at other places.Alex was very understanding and made sure things were done right.I m very pleased with my experience there and happy that I gave Big O my business. I ll be back!

Very unhappy with quality of work!! I bought brand new rims off line.. I had big o put the tires on the rims!! After asking to make sure they could do it without dinging up the rims.. ",oh yeah no problem" 3 out of 4 scratch and dings.. also with out telling me.. I should have known.. a few months I went the for a tire rotation and oil change.. I leave.there to find.out my glove box has been broken... Knowing it wasn't broken on my car because I had just change my cabin filter myself.. I called the shop and oh yeah we didn't do anything.. hint hint the up sale on everything.. way to go big o... well after going down and speaking with Alex.. he responded as oh man I am not sure how that could have happened.. he admitted that one rim might have been because of the machine.. the other two"hmm" yeah he doesn't know.. how about a free oil change...all I could think is my glove box was broke last time u did that.. I ended up getting a phone call about getting a free alignment for my car.. and was asked to change my review.. my problem wasn't fix! Why would I change anything?? Whatever happen to anyone owning up to what happen???? Still not happy about all of this.. my brand news wheels are what they are now.. also the glove box that is broke and will cost more then a oil change and alignment would cost ...once I can I'll take pictures of it for this review..

Showed up with a large leak in one of my tires. Took two hours just to get my car in the garage, and because it took so long the tire was completely 100% flat. Instead of putting some air in it and driving it in, they decided to run it in on just the rim basically, not delicately I might add. Scratched the edges of my rims pretty good. Lucky they didn t break them running over all the metal in their garage. Probably did more damage than they did repair.

Great service from John! They moved me from bad factory tires to a leveling kit, new rims and tires. Quick turnaround! See before and after.

Was recommended be an auto body shop to do the repairs after a small collision. I didn't even know they preformed this type of repair. They were InTouch with me the whole time and came in about 1/2 the price that the other place quoted me. very pleased with the work and service.

They did a great job got me the rims I wanted with the help of John Howell there was no issues or anything will definitely go back when I need new tires or rims again thanks for the great work

Jon knocked it out of the park with this set up! I could not be happier with the wheels and tires he helped me pick out for my truck! Thank you so much to the Big O Providence team for a great job. These guys are great! Taylor was helpful, honest, and very responsive. They repaired a tire for me at no charge when they could have tried to sell me a new tire(s) instead. I came here after being told by another repair shop that the tire couldn t be repaired and I would have to buy a whole new set. I highly recommend Taylor and his team at Big O in Providence

I had a small leak in one of my newer tires but the team was very friendly and helpful and repaired my tire for free! Discount tire next door lost a life long customer for telling me they would only help if I paid $24. I ll definitely be back when I need new tires! Thank you Big O tires!

The team at the Providence location is amazing! Dale, John, and Alex went out of there way to help us with our bus. We got turned down by 2 other shops when asking for help installing white walls and new tires. The team here was willing to help us out without an issue and did an amazing job. We appreciate the stellar service, thank you!

These guys took good care of me. From start to finish. Tyler was great to answer all my questions and help me find the best tires and prices. They were good to give be updates on the time it would take until the tires were installed. I'm grateful for the good job they did.

Might be a good place for tires. But DO NOT HAVE OTHER WORK DONE HERE! They are happy to take your money and not fix the problem. Then they leave you hanging out to dry.It would be more fun to light your money on fire than give it to these guys.Check engine light came on and we needed new tires. We asked them to do a diagnostic on the van to make sure it didn t need major repairs before getting new tires. They told us it was something minor so we got it fixed and new tires. Problem is it didn t fix the problem. Check engine lights came back on once they reset. They told us it was another minor problem and so we repair that. Then we are out on the freeway and it completely dies on us. So here we spent $1500 on repairs at this place and we are not convinced they didn t ruin our van. Please don t trust the mechanics here and save yourself.2 stars but really broken down 5 stars for tires 1 for repair services.

Customer service is great! They fixed my 2 flat tires for free even though I haven t purchased tires from them before. In and out in half an hour. I m for sure buying my next set of tires here.

These guys have done to the mechanic shop what Maverik did to the gas station. So clean and professional on top of being super kind.I only wish I knew they did more than just tires earlier.

Very grateful for the manager, Jon's, attention to detail and doing what was best for the vehicle. And the technician, Jason, for the outstanding work on our Jeep Patriot. Rather than replacing an original part, Jason and Jon realized that the original part was superior and spent the extra time making adjustments and fixing a difficult problem with the alignment. I have been taking my vehicles to this Big O store for a couple of years now and I'm always impressed with the work they do and their incredible customer service. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks Jon and Jason!

I couldn't be less happy than I am right now. My vehicle went in without a tire pressure light on and came out with it lit up. Weird part about it... all they did was a rotate and balance, oil change and were supposed to follow a multi point inspection, which included: CHECKING THE AIR PRESSURE. I still gave them 3 stars because I'm sure it has to have been a mistake or something.... Right?!?! Wonder what else was checked off and not done.....

Jon is fantastic. He has helped me several different occasions with finding tires, getting brakes done, and patching a leaky tire. Every time I go in, they are always super fast and if it s going to take a good amount of time they always tell me how long. I am very happy with the service I receive every time I am there.

I was very pleased with the service at Big O Tires! I came in to have my tires checked out, and found that one of them had separated. Jon was super helpful with selecting the best tires for my vehicle and installing them even though the shop was about to close. At the last minute, I decided to check whether any of my used tires had more tread than my spare, so Jon helped look through the piles of used tires until he found mine! Thank you!

Awesome experience. Guy up front fixed our tire super fast that had a nail in it before we headed to bear lake for vacation. We were stressed but it took less than 15 minutes!! Amazing thank you!!!

Alex and Jon both give great service. Over the past year, I have purchased 3 sets of tires at three separate visits, a complete brake replacement job, and oil change. So I feel I can speak knowledgably. Every visit has been consistent and great. Good communication, good prices and they both took the time to look into what would help me out best with value for my money, safety, my time, and explained everything. Of course I want to thank the unseen work the technicians are doing that I do not see. Thanks guys.

This location in Providence was awesome to work with. Jon Howell at the front desk was very kind and understood my budget, talked me through all of my options to get new tires before having to make a trip to California. The crew was quick for how busy they were and Jon was keeping me updated along the way. As a young female going in alone I really appreciated that Jon wasn't trying to push me to buy anything I wasn't asking for and never talked down to me. 10/10 recommend taking your vehicle in.

Jon and the team at the Providence Big O have helped our family twice now. Our daughter who was in need of new tires, Jon was knowledgeable and recommended the best tire for the best price. This last time for my vehicle and after speaking with my husband, Jon's recommendation and customer service was top notch. We trust the team at Big O and appreciate them taking good care of our family.

We have been so pleased with the service here. They are who we always go to first. The quality is exceptional, and when we have needed repairs they don't provide, they have given us great referrals. Jon has been helpful and always calls and keeps us up-to-date on the service when we bring our vehicles in. Thanks, Big-O.As a current update I wanted to add that I took my van in to have the transmission fluid checked and they checked it, topped it off, all within 30 minutes, and didn't charge for anything. They also recommended a transmission specialist in case I needed it.

Firstly, big O is the only place we trust to honestly look at our tires. Today we went to get our tire fixed in Providence, and we had a wonderful experience with Jon. Jon was so kind and introduced himself, asked for my name. He had our tire fixed in a matter of 30 minutes, if not sooner. He took the tire out to my car for me. As a female, I'm used to car fixing places try to take advantage of me, but Jon did not do that. He was so wonderful. We'll be back there for our tire issues!

John was great. I went in to see what I could do to get slightly larger tires on my juke while keeping the factory rims. John took time to go out and look at my car. He helped me find some great tires. They have also helped with flats over the years. They have earned my business.

What a great Big O store! This was a very easy quick appointment for me to get new tires. The store manager Jon Howell was awesome! He knows what he s taking about. I was just so impressed with the service there I had to share my experience! I will be taking all my vehicles there for oil changes, brakes and all everything to do with my tires. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional folks there at the Providence store.
