Very friendly staff, and they even allowed my family and my dogs and I to hang out inside the lobby while we waited for help from anyone. We were stranded in the Canyons for 3 1/2 hours, in the hot Joe's valley desert sun getting sunburnt with my 2yrold baby girl and my wife and 2 dogs, before someone FINALLY stopped when I flagged them down and actually had cell service. Very friendly people working there and very understanding staff.They even gave my dogs water and treats. Upon learning that I wasn't able to afford the full amount for the services, they offered me a discount on everything after realizing we were stranded and they decided to set aside some of the company policies and actually be human and really HELP us. They made it so it was slightly more affordable for our budget in that emergency situation because of that I was able to get my family back home safely which was 4 hours away. not many places are like this and people really appreciate a little humanity once in awhile. I'll remember this forever. And a 5 star review and some services at their location is the best way I can convey my appreciation in these hard times.

I was recommended this shop, from the coffee shop down the street. I m passing through during a road trip and needed a quick fix on my car. They were super sweet, quick, and efficient. I can t thank them enough for their amazing customer service!

Dropped well over a grand on a full set of BFG KO2's here. They weren't balanced correctly. Came back for the oil change/tire rotation/balance 5,000 miles later. Again, they screwed up the tire balancing and now won't get me in for another week to fix their mistake. I use my vehicle for work and travel and don't have time for it to be mishandled this badly. Going somewhere else.

We had difficulty traveling through Price and stopped at the first mechanic shop we saw. It is nice to get lucky sometimes. Words can't really explain how GOOD they were.They had a mechanic on the issue in minutes. He worked his butt off to get it fixed, including driving all over town to track down the best parts. I was crazy nervous about the cost of them squeezing us in and tracking down parts. When I got the bill, I almost fell down -- because it was SO MUCH LESS than I had expected to pay.He walked me all around the vehicle, carefully explaining the problem, why it had happened, and how we could prevent more problems in the future. They were so kind and accommodating that we are honestly considering taking our vehicles there for work in the future, even though we live several hours away.

We drove down to Green River to pick up a vehicle that broke down for our employer. Got it on the freeway back toward price and it had a bad vibration. We called several places within an hour of closing and no one could help. We called Tire King and they tried to not only help us on the phone but told us to come in right away. We explained we had to try and make it back to Cache Valley that night and they were the absolutely, hands down, most helpful tire/ mechanic shop I have ever been to. They wanted to make sure we were as taken care of so we could, at the very least be able to make the vehicle back to our employer safe. Their ability to totally fix the issue was only hindered by our employers choice to decline the full service. They (Tire King) still went above and beyond for us. Their employees were honest and the owner even came out and talked to us to make sure we understood things quickly to make decisions. Not to mention they changed a tire in like twenty minutes so we could get gone fast like we needed! They were even so fantastic with my kids and helped alleviate stress.I live in Cache Valley but would absolutely drive the 4.5 hours down here for tires to make sure my car is taken care of.

Everytime I've been to Tire King they are helpful and quick, they do a thorough job and take the time to explain the issue to me. They make sure that they are doing what is best for me and for my vehicle. I am grateful to have them in our tiny town. Sidenote: they do roadside service, and they are quick! Thanks to all you guys!

I won't go anywhere else. Ive gotten work done on my subaru crosstrek here 3 or 4x in the past 3 yrs. Great folks to work with. Reasonably priced, honest, quality work.

Everyone was so nice. We had a sidewall cut on our rental car. Had us out the door in under 30 minutes. Gave us coffee while we waited.Super service!

I unfortunately hit a rabbit in Lawrence and didn't realize it was stuck under my vehicle until I was almost to Price. I was unable to remove the rabbit. I pulled in to Tire King and they kindly took the time to lift my car and remove the rabbit for me without charge. They employees were great to work with and extremely helpful. Great Place!

Paul and Keith literally saved our lives. Our car started making a really loud banging noise as we pulled into Price on our way home to Utah Valley. They took the time to make sure that we were taken care of, even when it was 20 min after they had officially closed. They truly went above and beyond and were so great about it. My family made it home safely because of their care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Highly recommend these honest, competent people. My husband's car broke down while out of town. Tire King is where Gary's Towing dropped his car while my husband was picked up by a co-worker and hurried to work. He gave his key's to Gary and left, trusting Gary to take the car to a reputable place, which ended up being the Tire King in Price, Utah. Tire King did a great job, they even picked my husband up from the hotel and took him to work the next morning, and picked him up after. I can't say enough about Gary's Towing and Tire King. So nice to know there are such good people in the world. Thank you.

After a blow out on our trailer we had damaged lug nuts, a bent rim and a destroyed tire. We expected to be buying an entire new rim, tire, etc. Instead they straightened our rim so we only had to pay for the tire and lug nut repairs. With in a few hours we were on our way again. It's always nice to have a business that's willing to tell you when you don't need something you were willing to buy!

Tire King knows how to serve the customer! I called at 3:00 pm to see if I could get an alignment, safety, and tire mounted by the end of the day. They said come right now and we will have it taken care of. This is after I called the local Les Schwab who said they wouldn't have a spot for three or four days and couldn't give me a quote on a alignment? That it varies on what they find? After I arrived at Tire King they noticed I needed new lug nuts on the one wheel because of mushrooming. They gave me a spare and said it's cheaper to go to O'Reilly and bring it back in and they would install them! Their prices are fair, and my 70' GTX is ready for the car show!!!

Their customer service is terrible. We waited nearly two hours outside, due to Covid restrictions. Got sunburned and had to call three times to remind them we were waiting for service.
