I showed up less than an hour before closing and needed them to look at my car. Joe is always kind and does everything he can to take care of everyone. He grabbed another guy and the two of them jumped in and took care of me as fast as they could. He noticed another issue with the car and explained what it was and that it wasn t anything critical. He told me I could come back and have them take care of it another time or get the part and swap it myself. Even explained how to go about it if I wanted to. Always reassuring to see a professional shoot straight and not take advantage of you. I appreciate how friendly and personable Joe is to everyone. Thanks for the help today!

JOE SAVED ME!! I was driving through price headed to salt lake when my brakes gave out on me completely. Sunday in price every single mechanic is closed. I tried 10 different business and eventually I tried Joes personal line. Now despite the fact that he had missed my call and he could have easily let it go Joe reached out to me via text since my line was busy calling everyone and took time out of his personal life to come and save me when nobody else batted an eye. He did an excellent job finding the parts and replacing both of my rear brake calipers and brake pads quickly and efficiently . He allowed me to watch and even offered explanations on how to fix and issue like this myself in the future. Thanks to him I was able to get back on the road in a few hours and make my vacation! I won t forget your help Joe!

These guys are great! Especially Joe. We can trust our interactions with him will be honest, ethical, and fair. He's been patient while we figured out how to pay for an unexpected repair on a transmission, honest about work we didn't need done, and when a repair went over budget he was willing to honor the original quote even though the price change was no fault of him or his shop. Joe even opened the door for me last time I was there. Repairs have been quality, reliable, and usually have a warranty offered for peace of mind. 5 stars all the way.

Joe saved the day when we hit a deer on our way to Texas! He was so quick to order parts and make the car drivable, and we were super impressed with how thorough he was with the work. Couldn t recommend enough!

Joe and his crew are the best. They fit us in even though they were fully booked already. Went out of their way to get us back on the road. Extremely knowledgeable and even worked with us in every way possible to get our truck working and got us back on the road. Then kept in touch with us to make sure we made it with no problems. I would recommend this place even if you have to drive extra miles or get your car towed there... I guarantee you'll be happy with the outcome.. Thank you Joe.

Excellent beyond words. Install new battery a month ago and suddenly lost all power at Soldeirs Summit and towed to Supreme. Called ahead and Joe ordered new alternator so it arrived as Astrovan dropped off. Fixed by 5pm and on the road within 2 hours . Great business in Price, Utah

I think I would list this place with 6 Stars if Google Maps allowed it! Joe, Carl and the technicians in the shop are all great humanitarians in my book. They actually took the time to stay a few minutes late when we were coming through town with car trouble In the Heat of the summer. They diagnosed the issue and quickly took care of the issue the next day; all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this as the go-to emergency automotive repair shop in Price Utah.

I was driving home from Moab check engine light came on it reduced power as well stopped in at Supreme Complete Car Care had them look at it they were extremely helpful with only an hour left before they closed these guys are awesome

These guys took care of my husbands truck quickly after he hydroplaned on the highway. They not only did a 70 point inspection but also fixed his flat tire, returned his spare back to where it goes, cleaned off all his muddy tools and vacuumed the inside. They also went and picked him up as he didn t have a ride. They went above and beyond! Their speed of service was excellent too! Absolutely blown away by the dedication of Carl and Joe. Broke down outside of green river, the tow truck driver recommended Supreme. We are on the way to Oregon for our wedding!! Early next morning Carl diagnoses the problem and Immediately starts ordering parts. He literally began helping me when the shop opened and worked until almost 2am the following morning!!!! New radiator, air intake manifold, thermostat, thermostat housing, water pump and more. Basically the entire cooling system. Carl is one of the most selfless people I have ever met in my life. Thank you Joe Carl and the rest of the Supreme staff for literally saving our van(home) and getting us on our way to our wedding.

Was on a cross-country road trip when I discovered a leak in my coolant tank in my Dodge Ram Promaster 3500. They worked incredibly hard to track down a part the same day, and stayed late to make sure it got installed so that I could continue on my way! Huge focus on education and helped me understand what exactly was wrong! 10/10 would recommend.

I was just traveling through and was lucky enough to breakdown near this shop.Joe and his managers were outstanding. Getting me in and out in a day.They will probably never see me again, but treated me like their best customer.Cant say enough good things about this shop, Joe even told me about a cool place to see Indian Petroglyphs and gave me directions!

Our c-class RV broke down on Hwy 191 Utah. Got towed into Supreme Muffler & Brake in Price, Utah - it was 5pm Fri nite and they were closing, but Joe the Manager let us park beside the shop and stay in the RV for the 3 nites, even provided an extension cord to have power for recharging. There were no mechanics working Sat but Joe was in for a couple hours, checked out our rig, and ordered the parts. Mon morning (Columbus Day) Joe and mechanics got working on our rig and we were back on the road by 1:00pm. Joe and staff were very professional, honest and we felt well taken care of. The bill came in as estimated and was well detailed as to the work done. we are from Canada and would highly recommend their service - 5 out of 5 stars.

My car broke down while I was down from salt lake county. Joe and the guys at supreme complete car Care saw that I might have a warranty issue. Rather than charging me to replace the motor myself they recommended that I reach out to Hyundai who ended up footing the entire bill and replacing the engine. Thanks Joe and supreme complete car Care for being amazing ethical, friendly, and fast folks. I recommend everybody use them!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Our vacation was suspended when a trailer tire hub assembly disintegrated around Price, Utah. Other places said that they would not have time for a repair that day. Supreme was also full, but decided to take our job anyway. Head mechanic fixed it the same day, fast and well. Performed a small miracle. Got us back on the road and asked us to call back after arriving home to ensure our safety.

We called them at 5:15 on a Wednesday night as we were on a road trip just passing through Price and our alternator was going out. Joe p. Is a great mechanic, fixed the cracked radiator in a timely manner, spent time to check out any other problems and was concerned that I made it to my destination and asked for a call. I would recommend him for your repairs

My wife and I were moving from Syracuse Utah to South Carolina when the transmission in my dually decided it didn t wanna be part of the truck anymore, called this business and got the owner on the phone, got it into his shop and the transmission was beyond repair so he had one built in Salt Lake City and shipped in to his shop in 2 days, Joe and his team bent over backwards for my wife and I and even stored our enclosed car hauler with a precious load inside, Joe and his team are very meticulous to every detail, he found a minor issue and called me to say he would feel better if it was fixed before we go any further and I agreed, he and his guys treated us just like family and that alone meant the world to us, he even made his guys wash my truck lol said it wasn t leaving looking like it did from the snow storm earlier in the week, I would truly recommend this shop if you are traveling through Price Utah and have a break down they all just plain care and there isn t a lot of that left in the world. We had car trouble while we were passing through Price on a road trip. Supreme Muffler helped us immediately and thoroughly. Every employee showed compassion and concern for us and made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of while we waited for the repairs. They were able to fix the issue under two hours and we were back on the road. I wish I lived in Utah so I could take all my car needs to Supreme Muffler! These guys do great work and make you and your vehicle feel cared for. I had mutiple issues that they were quick to resolve, and at a good price too. When I had an issue come up after leaving, they all stayed to work hard on diagnosing my truck and making sure it was ready for a long drive home. The owner, Joe knows how to run a good business and keep people happy. His son Zac was also especially helpful. It can be hard to find a good shop outside Salt Lake in Utah, this is by far one of the best.

My truck towed in after i broke down in price Canyon. I was traveling and towing a large trailer. I assumed i had blown a bad head gasket. Which is a major repair. Joe called to inform me that a much less expensive repair was needed. he could have easily taken the money and i would have known no different. He was honest. And I have him doing some additional repair work to it. I will have to travel to pick it up after it's done. But he has my business anytime i am in the area.*update* Engine has totally failed again. I purchased a small school bus in Louisville, KY. I made it as far as 40 miles beyond Green River, UT before loosing oil pressure. At the recommendation of the tow company I had it towed to a shop in Green River as they were reportedly experts on my engine. Well, the shop wouldn't work on it and neither would anyone else in Green River. Another tow to Price? Now had $1700 in towing and was really worried about what I'd find at Supreme.Let me tell you, what I found. Joe and the crew at Supreme are top notch, honest, and caring professionals. They found and repaired several problems and got the bus running. I highly recommend this shop.I worked as an auto mechanic for about 25 years and I hope I was as good to my customers as the Supreme crew was to me. Joe even called me at home to make sure the trip went well.Five stars is not enough.Service: Engine repair

I would give Supreme Automotive 6 stars if I could. Traveling from Moab to Salt Lake City our travel trailer was damaged and we could not continue. After calling several places in Price, Utah no one was able to help us until we talked with Joe at Supreme Automotive. He said they could take a look and try to determine the problem. We arrived around 1 pm and Joe had 2 employees immediately take the right wheel off and they quickly identified the problem as a bent axle.Supreme Automotive is a very large and busy place where I'm sure local customers are normally their priority. But Joe understands "travelers" and the delimmea they face when things go wrong while on vacation. Joe personally set about finding a replacement axle locally, and told us he would do his best to do the needed repairs and have us on our way by that evening. It was after closing time and Joe and one of his employees were under the trailer making the final adjustments to the axle and wheels. This is how Joe has run his business for over 50 years!And this is not the end of the story. Joe texted us while we were still on the road back to California to insure the repairs we working as promised and to make sure we ok. Who does that anymore?If we could give Joe and his crew 6 stars, we would. Without question, they deserve it!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Emergency situation traveling through the area. Joe and Tommy diagnosed the indicator light issues, also discovered a hose leak which should have been found when the car was serviced the week prior. Obtained a part from another source in town, had it delivered, and had us back on the road in less than two hours. Very friendly! Joe's philosophy is to have his technicians to look beyond their nose. Great Service!!Update - the original diagnosis was wrong. It wasn't just a battery, but the alternator. I reduce my 5 star rating for this reason. Joe communicated via text for a couple of days following, but you can't fix an error if geography is an obstacle.Still a place I would go to again if I lived in Price, UT.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic
