Friendly service, family owned, good prices, and they clearly know what they're doing. They even gave me a free air freshener.What can I say? If you need oil changed in Price, support a family business and get great service while you're at it.

I got a synthetic oil and filter change. My car only holds 4.25 quarts. They changed me $98.16. That's crazy, Walmart is half that price. $56.95 for the oil change and a extra $35.00 because it was synthetic. I will never come here again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The owner is a family friend so it s unfortunate to leave a negative review. I suggest using this feedback to make some improvements!Today was my second full service here.My first experience was good but today was not.The full service includes a service checklist. Brake fluid was Checked OK , but the level is below the recommend (closer to min. than max.) and I believe it was not checked.The wiper blades happen to be bad on my car, but were also checked OK . Luckily these are easily noticeable things about my vehicle!My vehicle requires full synthetic 0W-20 which was subject to a fee, and I was notified in advance. Oil Express has Valvoline 0W-20 Full Synthetic (non-high mileage) in bulk, and provided me with 4 quarts for the $35 plus a portion of the regular $47 oil change fee. (estimated $40 for oil alone!) The exact identical oil costs $22.47 right down the road for 5 quarts. (more then my vehicle requires)Immediately after, I checked my tire pressure which was over inflated by 8 pounds on all tires. This causes less traction in the snow and uneven tire wear.Toyota specifically recommends an oil change service interval of 10,000 miles or 12 months. However, Oil Express s sticker for my vehicle says 90 days or 3,000 miles!! My vehicle does not need to be serviced for 10k or 1 year!!! Unfortunately I have to wonder if this is a mistake. Shops that deceive customers to increase revenue USE THIS SAME MISTAKE to have you back in their shop before the recommended time!!! I expect better from Mr. Barker s business, and I understand this may be a real mistake. I d appreciate an explanation.Technicians made 4 unnoticed mistakes and I was charged $91.75 to have my oil changed (4 quarts + filter)Employees were friendly and respectful. I now understand why a full service costs $4 more than an oil change.I recommend taking your vehicles there if you don t want synthetic, and to only have the oil change done for $47.Unfortunately I won t be returning. No waiting in line. Pulled straight in and was done in about 20 minutes. Great service. Only place I get my oil changed in Price. Thursday 2.00 off was a pleasant surprise for this senior. See you guys in about 3000 miles.

The staff was fast at getting my truck in for a transmission flush and changing the filter and gasket. However I had to tighten all the pan bolts myself half were loose and 2 were overnight. Poor workmanship is my opinion.

Quick service but wouldn t offer the $5 coupon which led me to that facility and another gentleman and myself chuckled over the fact that they were out of washer fluid. We split a $5 bottle of washer fluid from the grocery store a pitching wedge away.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was passing through and needed an oil change. I was nervous going to non brand name place but I took a chance. Even a little more nervous when I saw the young age of the technicians.Wait time was less than 10 minutes.Technicians were 100% professional and knowlegable. They cared about their job. They cared - and that is important.My last oil change had been at a Wal-Mart. Oil Express found that I was missing the core in the oil filter allowing it to collapse. Wal-Mart had either caused the problem or missed it. Oil express explained the problem, found a spare core in their training supplies and kept me rolling.Excellent service and attitude - from a young crew.Six stars and thanks!Service: Oil change

My mother is 74 years old she went in and she asked how much for full service. they said 44 dollars so she thought that was for everything .they didn t ask what kind of oil. So they used synthetic.so then they show us the air filter .she said it s fine. So we get the bill it s 87 dollars her car is a 2018 there are no greaserts was no need for full service it said they changed air filter said we declined vacuumed and tire rotation. And to top it off didn t give her the senior citizens discount.felt they were dishonest for not explain to her better .

Customer service was awesome. Very prompt. No appointment, walk in. 20 minutes or less and your on the road.It was my first service with them. I'll be back for sure.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced here since I was 15 years old. I ve seen many faces come and go but the service has always been top notch. I was having oil pressure problems. They found my Filter wasnt on tight causing not a good seal. Changed my oul anDC filter in record time. Very friendly and know what theyre doing.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is always nice. I like how you can choose to stay in the car while they change your oil. They are fast and efficient. I wish every car place was this nice!! Love it here

Always had my oil changed here. I've looked forward to visiting with Brent while the work was being done. His daughter's have taken over now and continue that tradition of showing interest in the customer. Not just doing the work.

Great business, I had 20 minutes to kill before a doctor appointment, so I pulled in and asked Brent if he could do a full service in that timeframe. He got me out with 5 minutes to spare.
