I was driving through on a roadtrip and had some issues with a door sensor that was beeping at us for hours. Went in and got some help from Tony. Definitely the nicest and most helpful oreillys employee I have ever met. He helped me get the right part then even lent me some tools to get it fixed. Tony and all the staff were amazing!

Was down there for a dirt bike race and as I was leaving my brake pad decided to leave the chat. Thankfully they had rotors, pads, calipers and mounts all for my truck. The Assistant manager, Bobbie, was really good help on giving me advice on what to do. I did it in there parking lot and he assured I was all good through the whole thing. Thanks again Bobbie! And thank you to oreilys to having all my parts!

This is the upmost customer service I have ever received in my life, Bobby was a saving grace when he went out of his way , above and beyond is an under statement. I was stranded in the desert on Rt6 in Utah when the engine in my truck went out. He came out with tools and a suggested part ( dident know what was wrong at first ) true local hero. When he realized what had actually happened upon arrival. He called for a tow and arranged for me to be dropped off at a local garage in Wellington Utah . Seamless, safe , and fast. I was off the highway by dark. Even the next day arranged for me to find way in Price Utah to get on my way. car dealerships, uhaul options. And finally at the end of the day, Bobby at this point off the clock at work then researched online found me a car to buy on his time. And arranged for the seller to pick me up and get me on my way. I really hope corporate sees this review. Because this man is a true example of a hero to me. I will be forever thankful and in debt to him. He is my friend who I never met before. I will know this man forever he can run the show with perfection. Thank you so very much if I could give a hundred stars I would. Always ask for Bobby. Saved my life. And I get to go home to Appalachia. Woooooohoooooo!!

My son s truck broke down in Wellington, Utah. We called the O reilly store in Price, Utah 8 miles away to see if they had the parts needed. We spoke with Carrie. She was VERY helpful. She helped get our son get the parts and tools he needed (after her work hours) and waited with him until he had it drivable. She even checked on him later to make sure he made it to his destination safely. Carrie was a compassionate God send in a time of need. Thank you so much, Carrie. O reilly- she s one of the great ones. Reward her if possible.

I would go here 10/10 times every time. The customer service was amazing! The worker who assisted me, his name was Stephen, and he was fantastic and very kind. I demand he get a raise, promotion, or something. It will not do to see him without some kind of reward. He deserves it.Also, never go to autozone. The workers are trash. The one lady, if she can even be called that, acted like a hag and was very difficult and impatient.

Our motorhome had a bearing failure. Ford could not get parts for 10 days. We called the O'reilly store in Price Utah and spoke with Carol. She found all our parts and had them shipped to the Murray store within 2 hours. Without this we would have been stranded. I can't express how much time this saved. Thank you O'reilly! Thank you Carol!

Had what we needed. Long jumper cables and battery charger. The towed vehicle battery died and needed 20 foot cables.

Sunday and I was so happy to see the Price store was open early. I needed a battery and the salesmen were so helpful and were happy to install it. My only somewhat negative thought was they could have used at least one more employee. They were very busy and could have used extra help. I will definitely go back for the many items they stock.

Carrie is the best thing about this store. She's kind, knowledgeable, & extremely helpful. Just the absolute best. We want more Carrie, she deserves great things for fantastic customer service. I have never had a good of experience at an auto parts store as we had with Carrie. Huzzah!I wish the company had used more native plantings on the landscaping, it's jarring to have this odd grass in the middle of the desert.

Eddie was seriously such a wonderful help. I went In a total of 3 times trying to get the same part. Everyone was great But unfortunately cause I didn't know what I needed I got the wrong part 2 times. When I went in the 3rd time Eddie questioned me on the part I needed. And thankfully he did, cause he was patient enough and got me the right part. He even told me " I will not let you leave here with the wrong part again" and he kept his. I really appreciate all the effort he put into figuring it out for me. Thank you Eddie it was a wonderful experience.

Larry helped us on Sunday as we were driving from Utah to Grand Junction for a family funeral. Our battery became detached and the engine was throwing every malfunction light it could. Larry helped diagnose the problem and secure the battery so we could get home safely. Service was fantastic. Thank you Larry. You are the greatest.

Our experience here was fantastic! We were in and out quickly, and both employees working were professional and friendly, and super helpful. They were also honest and let us know what products would work best rather than trying to sell us on a more expensive option just for the price of it. Both offered to change out our air filter free of charge, and did it in no time with a positive attitude. Wonderful customer service:) if you're ever in need of aid in the area, I hope you end up with Cylon and the older gentleman that was there at the time (I believe his name was Edward).

Great prices. Great customer service. Helpful employees. Employees are knowledgeable about products and best prices. Monthly ads help you save the most money. When comparing prices for new brake rotors and pads, O Reily beat out local competitors to get us the best product for the best price. We also looked online and this store beat out many competitors online. With the points system, you can earn five dollars in free products for every 150 points. Many products offer you double points when you buy them. Definitely recommend this store to others.

After I bought a car from a dealership, I found that they had given me an entirely worthless battery. Just to get home, I had to be jumped two times. I went in that night, and they were extremely helpful. They understood my frustration, and helped me find a new battery for a wonderful deal, as well as install it.

The worker named Larry there went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed when I needed it! I'm not from here but I would have thought he was a close friend the way he took care of me. If O'Reilly's new what was good for business they would promote this guy.

TONY!!! Tony was the absolute best. Helped diagnose a coil pack issue and even came outside in the rain to help us fix it. Hands down the best experience we ve had at an auto parts store.

The people working there are extremely helpful and friendly. They even took the time to install our batteries for us and refused to take a tip!! Best auto parts store we ve ever been to and so nice to see that customer service is not dead everywhere!

Very helpful everytime. Staff are approachable. Casual yet professional. They take time with each customer. Awesome service! They even printed out insructions for me which was a total lifesaver. Enjoy coming to this store so much actually considering applying part time to gain some automotive knowledge. Got questions this is the place to come. They have an awards program got my $15 card today. Open 7 days a week. They rent tools too. Who would've thought this female loves going to auto parts store lol...

Both counter attendants were super friendly and very helpful. We had a Check Emmission System pop up while driving through Utah. We thought we needed a part, but instead we just needed an oil change. We had none of the equipment we needed, because we are travelling, yet they let us use the equipment they had in the store. Best service I've had at O'Riellys!

I don't typically leave reviews, however I had such a good experience at this O'reilys I thought it warranted me letting other's know. O'reilys as a company earned my business in all other locations based off of how I was treated here and how I was helped. Very grateful for the professional and knowledgeable staff that was able to get my family and I back on the road on during our camping trip. If and when I pass through Price again I will stop by here at this location just to give them more of my business.

I went into the location in Price today and the young man Phil was so knowledgeable with my issue. He took the time to help me understand what I needed to do. He priced matched the part. I will definitely go back fir my auto part needs.

Excellent service, awesome folks & friendly recommendations. The Transmission pan gasket was worn & leaking. I was able to find a gasket & they replaced in no time, getting me back on road. Thank you

This is not just the best auto part store in town, it is one of the best run businesses period. Fantastic crew but Carol is special. If I were rich I would open an auto part store and put her in charge of it.

I recently had my wheel bearing go out while in a very remote location in the San Rafael Swell. I had to hike just to get a a cell phone signal. I called O'Reilly since with my experience at my local store, they tend to have more parts in stock. Thankfully they had the wheel bearing and hub assembly in stock. When I mentioned I was very far from home and would be doing the repair in the parking lot, the staff said they would help any way they could. So I left my campsite with my wife, 3 year old son and 3 dogs staying behind to hold down the fort, unsure of when I'd be back. Miraculously my Xterra made it to the store. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive when I saw the entire store staff was female, boy was I wrong. They were the nicest, friendliest, most KNOWLEDGEABLE and caring auto parts store staff I have ever encountered! I'm so used to grumpy, grungy guys who seemed bothered you're even there this was a very welcome change to that experience. I already had all the tools I needed to swap out the wheel bearing except an axle socket, sledge hammer, and jack stands. I was fully expecting to have to buy them, however, they had an entire cart stocked full of every tool I needed to change the wheel bearing out! From sockets sets, screw drivers, hammers, and even zip ties to hold the brake caliper out of the way, they had it ALL. The entire job took less than 2 hrs, with the staff regularly checking on me to see my progress. Best auto parts store visit I've ever had. Would I go back? You bet! Would I recommend them to someone else? Without a doubt! Thnx again!
