Mr. Landon , Chris and team are top notch! We had a truck stuck up in the mountains . Mr . Landon showed up, towed the truck safely to their shop. The guys at the shop diagnosed it properly , and got it back on the road . It took a bit longer , because the part had to be ordered . Chris was on top of it from the get go. Constantly communicating with the driver . If you ever need a reliable shop, give them a call!!

I was on my way to Salt Lake City, Utah and had a radiator hose split. I called the after hours number for Landon's Diesel Service and after chatting, he asked if I could be there first thing the next morning. I dropped the trailer and they got the truck right in and fixed it. I feel they had a very reasonable price.

Was put oos at the helper scale in ut and called this guy. He was fast very friendly and quick on my repair. Definately call this guy if need repairs in that area. :-) Reminds me of Derek Bieri from vice grip garage just a good all around joe.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE.I paid them for 2 Trailer Air bags Plus the Pedestal Kit. $1474.08 parts are total. 100.79And $219.77. The rest are all hidden fees.if you broke down. Do not go here. We had a broken Air bag. Called them and they said come to the shop. Once we come to shop they told us we are going to fixed it tomorrow MONDAY morning.Instead on Monday morning they spoken with my broker and planning to transload MY load without my permission. I told them you can t do that it s my load i have the liability not you. And if you touch it without my permission you will pay for it.After they give the option to my broker the broker did transload my load. And they fixed my trailer on Friday. And they charged me $400. Just to get to their shop and I was told we are going to get it fixed on Monday. As well as they charged me $120 for Parts fallout. Which they told me they have it on hand when I took my truck to them. Long history Short.They might be good with towing but I would not recommend for Broken down. It was waste of time. And BIG money bill. I paid them.What a poor service I wish I give them below one stars.

I am a big rig trucker. I was pulled out of service at the weigh station on US 6 near Price Utah because of wear to some very serious high pressure air lines located under the rig.I called Chris at Landon and he was attentive to my problem right on the phone. Within thirty minutes he sent out a young, very sharp tech, I believe his name is Brent. This kid was smart, very polite, and highly knowledgeable about my repair issues. He knocked them out very fast and efficiently, signed off my DOT violation and had me on my way for a very fair price that included their mobil service and mileage.These guys at Landon are now my go to guys whenever I m in the area.Hats Off!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Landon personally towed my semi over 100 miles, and shared personal adventures, stories and sorrows, he also stopped at a station so I could get chew, then he brought me to a great restaurant to eat lunch it was his treat, and it's also got a great love story about that place that hopefully someday you will also get to hear from Landon. Heathen when we got to shop he let me pack some stuff out of semi and drove me across town to a hotel, and he helped me carry my stuff in, he also got me a 35.00 per nite discount on room, then the next day on memorial day he drove me back to my semi because I forgot my cpap supplies, he lived 30-40 miles away from hotel I was at... he is a great selfless man and he will always have my business if I'm in the area, I also will continue to take loads through his area just to stop and say hello... or grab lunch together...Thank you again Landon, you are awesome...

Absolutely saved my entire move across-country after ending up very deep in a wash far off the road. They asked pretty much every relevant question, and got there quickly after calling. Billed very well for the service offered, especially given the weather. I wouldn't have made it without them.

Although I didn't use this company personally, let me be the first to tell you how they went above and beyond for a fellow military family and they deserve accolades for literal valiant effort.Let me start by saying that PCS (permanent change of station....aka moving where the military sends you) is just the norm for military families. It's completely common for families to move over holiday break in December and or over the summer. Regardless, when we see our complete life collection of house hold goods packed on a truck we almost certainly have at least a moment of fear of the transport in-between. This is not in any way a dig at professional truck drivers. They log many safe miles and they have families, too. Gosh, we know stuff happens. It just does. However, as military families, we fear our personal belongings will get lost or face some sort of destruction before we see them again. Fact is, we face the same moving stressors every few years.When something does go really wrong - like the big rig wrecks and the trailer holding our HHG's is catastrophically compromised - the question becomes what to do. It's not like we, as military families, can just go get our stuff off the literal side of the road.Believe it or not, we can often trace the whole event or catastrophe via social media but we're at the mercy of the moving company and - of course - a tow company like yours.The deal is, your company just rescued a fellow military family's HHG's from a wreck. Their entire load of family possessions had been rained on, snowed on, left on the side of the road madness. You didn't have to do that but you did. Thank you for seeing the big picture and helping. Thank you for having compassion in this terribly unfortunate situation. So many friends - like me - have been following this moving horror story that's affected one of our own. Just know that your company deserves the attaboy for the way you've served and others should know of your good works, too.Obviously mistakes and unfortunate events happen during moves. Even when they do, we are thankful for people like you who give us additional hope. It is literally exhausting on our end trying to figure out how to just replace what we had, not including all the special family possessions like mementos, photos, and the like.Thanks again!Much respect!

Thank you so much for going above and beyond to secure the belongings in the United trailer that you recently towed. This means so much to the families who had everything they owned in there and on the side of the road. You guys are the heroes in this tragic incident.

Brandt Landon came to our rescue when our Motorhome blew a serpentine belt after the AC compressor froze up. We were on the side of the road and Brandt was able to fix it right there. He was amazing and this was the day before Labor Day. We then drove to his shop to get the Freon topped off. His shop is huge and they can fix any diesel engine. We highly recommend this shop!

Loaded in Washington headed back to Texas , noticed my truck getting hot. Took it to Landon's Diesel and they got right on it. Super friendly staff and very courteous , they explain what happened and be very patient . I recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention a break room for you to relax in and if it's over night they will shuttle you to your hotel. Very good place

I called Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. I had a delivery to make in Spanish fork Utah 1 1/2 hour away from their shop spoke to Anthony good dude told me he would be there at 7:30 a.m. 30 minutes before they normally open to start replacing a wheel seal on my steer axle he showed up on time immediately begin tearing my truck apart to fix the problem within two and a half hours I was on the road and made my delivery and my reload for the day workers like this and shops like this deserve exactly what I'm doing right now giving them the thank you and showing my appreciation it's places like this that help us owner operators stay in business they gave me a fair price they were extremely nice it was easy with payment and Anthony was awesome will do business again if I'm in the area

Our motorhome broke down in Scofield State Park. We were stranded for three days. Triple A gave us the runaround as they didn't have proper equipment for towing a Class A motorhome. Chris was helpful, friendly and thorough. Unfortunately he couldn't get his tow truck to us due to a bad accident on Highway 6. Fortunately my husband was able to make the repairs. Highly Recommended for any services they provide!

We were traveling home through Price when our truck lost power. We limped into town and called a couple of auto repair shops including Landon's. Others said it would be two days before they could look at it. Landon's took us right away and got us back on the road the next morning. Chuck was an excellent communicator. Giving us updates so we knew how long it would take, where to go for the night. They were a blessing.

They had my PICKUP truck for almost 2 months. They were supposed to be replacing inner and outer transfer case seals and a bad carrier bearing. Landon and his main guy Chris could not stay on the same page, Landon would tell me my truck would be done on Friday, I show up Friday Landon is not there, truck hasn't moved since I dropped it off and Chis has no idea what's going on nor did he care when I explained everything. This happened twice within the 2 months. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! If this review wasn't bad and long enough already, when I went to pick up my truck they had some crazy amount of $1500 JUST FOR THE TRANSFER CASE. They didnt even change the carrier bearing. Less than 1000miles later I'm broke down with my truck in the shop having the exact same repair they did on the transfer case because they did not seal it right. I call and tell him this is going on and I want my money back and he tells me tuff luck, ain't gonna happen... anyone know a good lawyer.

As we started over Soldier Summit on the way to Helper, Utah, our diesel pusher motorhome started overheating. We managed to get into Helper and called Landons for an opinion. We took the coach to the shop, in Price, their crew evaluated our issue, fan clutch. After they searched for our part, found it was on backorder and needed an adapter, putting us at least a month before it could be repaired. They suggested we call Freightliner and ask for a "critical " order. Freightliner was able to provide both pieces within 7 days, extra fee for shipping of course, and Landons had us back on the road the day the parts arrived. We are so thankful for their professional service and repair.

We are working on the trail mountain fire and was unable to find a mobile mechanic to come out to the helibase to work on our truck . They went out of there way and provided excellent service. And got us operational within no time. Definitely recommend their service and their service tech was very knowledgeable.

Awesome place for repairs. Took my semi truck to them. They diagnosed and fixed in no time. And price was good. Ill be back if I need some work done and am in the area. Whole staff is awesome.

Reliable, fast and knowledgeable. Got me rolling in 3 hours after losing a nut from driveline Input shaft. Tech got the part from KW and put it back in place in no time... Sunday evening... Great service.

Called them out to fix a particularly PIA wheel seal on a trailer I couldn t get to they re shop.....tech came out..didn t complain one bit did the job....will absolutely call again....charged an extremely fair price for the job to boot...awesome people...

Incredible service. Extremely honest. There is an opportunity for them to take advantage of us and overprice the repair but instead he did the opposite and gave me an extremely low price and fix the problem for next to nothing.

Terrible customer service, would rather have a truck towed to salt lake than get worked on this joke. Wouldn t even sell me a foot of 3/8s air line. Said they re to busy do not waste your time here.

This morning my truck stuck on soldier summit, the boys from Landon's got there within 2 hours and pulled me out for a fair rate. Thanks to Jose and Josh. Hope we don't need to be towed again any time soon, but if we do we'll call Landon's. Thanks Dallas
