Rock stars!! We were on our way to Moab and noticed that 1 of our tires on the trailer had tread separation. Allan answered our call and had a tire ready to go when we got there, only 5 minutes later! Once we got the trailer on the jacks, we quickly saw that another tire was also suspect, so we had all 4 replaced. Allan had a crew come outside to change all 4 out and we were back on the road in about 30 minutes. Incredible service! Thank you from the folks from Idaho towing the 88 4Runner. You made our day!

The guys here are great! Great customer service and very knowledgeable! They get it right the first time consistently and if they don't they make it right, which to me is huge. I took my car for a oil change and they completed the work quickly (as usual), then a few days later I was getting a oil pressure warning light flickering. Took the car back to Big O and they figured out it was just a sensor but changed the filter and oil to be safe, and on top of that they did it as a courtesy!!! This kind of service is why I will be a customer for life at this location, and why I will recommend them to anyone that will listen!

The only reason I m giving them the three star review is the customer service. I live about an hour away and was in price for the day when I noticed a severely flat tire. With no way to get home I came straight to Big O Tires where they quickly and kindly took my car in. Very professional, clean, and friendly environment. However, as I was driving home I noticed my tire light was still on. I inspected my tires but they looked fine. That is until I went out to my car the next morning and my tire, the one they fixed, was more flat than it had been when I originally took it in. Not sure if they didn t patch it correctly or if maybe it had been punctured in a place that was hard to patch, regardless I was not very impressed. I also felt like they used my lack of knowledge of cars to their advantage as they pointed out many things they needed to be replaced on my car such as filters that could easily have simply been cleaned. I appreciated their kindness but overall was not impressed with the end result.

The staff was great very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a lifted vehicle with large tires then you know balance and alignment can be tricky there alignment specialist right now is the man to see

Simply amazing service! went there just get some tires on finance ended up just buying them right out customer service was amazing was in and out within an hour, got the new Bigfoot tires that has the Nitto tread they ride like a dream & my truck feels great and safe. I recommend anybody that needs new tires or any kind of service to go there feels like your own Pit Stop!

We hit a pot hole the size of a crater on the moon coming over soldier summit. We walked into BIG O first thing this morning and met some the coolest most genuine human beings ever- Alan - Keith and their team. Eurron and everyone went soooo far out of their way to help us back on the road. They located a new tire and jumped at the opportunity to take care of us - 5 stars doesn t adequately rate the level of commitment to excellence or service we have received. A special thanks to this unique- powerful team of professionals- you touched our hearts - we will never forget this extraordinary experience! Thank you!

Overall a great experience with a great price on a cv joint replacement. Just wished they would of ordered the right cv joint the 1st day is all. The rental car I had was 100 dollars a day. Because my car didn't have the right part that day I had to rent the car for another day. So I had to pay another 100 dollars.

I came with a really tough set of problems. Devin and Allan really helped me out. Me and Allan hashed out the problems resulting in an positive agreement on both sides. They were thoughtful, kind and knew the in's/out's of the job. They had there excellent employee Kaleb, a certified mechanic, put his skills to the test and perform his amazing abilities to work on my car fixing the problem. We need more people in the world like Allan, Devin, and Kaleb in the world to make it a better place. Keep up the good work.

Big pothole on Soldier Summit destroyed our tire and threatened to derail our ski vacation. We love Big O Provo, so we tried Big O in Price. Allan and Ryan diagnosed the problem, found us a used tire from another store in Price, drove to get it for us (GREAT SERVICE!), and had us back on the road in under an hour! Thanks for saving the vacation guys!

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! This place is awful.We had a commercial hotshot truck come in here.. I got 4 trailer tires and 2 truck tires replaced one of the tire techs broke studs all down one side of the truck.. took 4 days for a tire change.. this truck costs $350 a day to run.. whether it s running down the road or not.. they don t care!! Slow, poor service. And anyone that knows anything about tires knows to use a torque wrench so you don t break or stretch the studs.. these guys don t care about you!!! They gave me $100 off?! I had to put my employees up in a hotel for 3 days (Saturday until Tuesday) for what should ve taken 3 hours!??! Ridiculous!!ALL THIS ON A 2022 truck with 35,000 miles on it?!! I ve complained with corporate but the big o s are privately owned so I doubt anything will come of it.. bottom line, these guys are inexperienced and they DO NOT care. Never ran into this problem at any other tire shop in the country.!! Go literally anywhere but here.I want my money back?!!!! This should ve been free.

Allan is awesome and so helpful. I got my tires here about six months ago. I got a flat this past week while working in Wyoming, two hours from the closest town. With no cell service I drove to town and the Big O there was not helpful. They told me they did not have my tire, had to order it. Went the rest of the week on remote roads with no spare. Tire didn't come before I had to leave the area. So I emailed Allan since I have very limited cell service. He responded to my email even during his time off and assured me they would get me taken care of before the holiday and before I had to return to the job site. I got back in town, he got it taken care of quickly even though they were busy short staffed.

After driving 2.5 hours in a rental, I arrived at at my hotel and the low pressure warning popped up. After visiting a couple of gas stations and finding the old-timey air machines (no digital reader), I needed some help. I m not particularly experienced in these things and was worried about not being able to continue my drive the next day.The employees at Big O Tires were super helpful. They checked the pressures, identified the faulty tire, and inspected it thoroughly. They couldn t find a leak, so they sealed the tire and re inflated it for me. After that, the tire was great for the rest of my journey! I couldn t be more thankful to the guys that helped me. They were polite and professional, and they helped turn around what could have been a stressful situation.

Traveling from out of state in a rental with a tire that was going flat. Luckily we were able to make it in to Big O s. They were able to assess the tire damage and get us back on the road within an hour!

Allan at Big O Tire in Price Utah was such a big help to get my kids and I back on the road after we hit a pot hole that damaged 2 of our tires. Allan not only came out to tow our car but he took the extra time to answer my 15 year old questions about the tire. The shop did not have the tires that I needed for my car so he looked around town for the best deal, picked up the tires and got us back on the road for the best possible deal he could. We are very grateful to Allan and the Price Big O shop for helping us keep our Spring break road trip going.

The store and service were great! I had an issue with their credit department and it was a nightmare from actually getting a live person to resolving the issue, The 3rd party they use could care LESS about service, this is a poor choice in my opinion to use this bank. They were rude, did not help and I closed my account and will NEVER use Big O again. These people represent you and in my opinion they failed you!

I got a flat tire on I-70 westbound, 50 miles from Price on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00. I knew I couldn t get the spare on and make it to Big-O before closing. I called ahead to see what could be done: Josh and Allan stayed late to accommodate me and get me back on the road. Allan went above and beyond to ensure my spare could get me there, calling 3 different times to see how I was doing. They were professional, incredibly kind, and positive. Once there, the service took 20 minutes. I couldn t be more impressed with them!

Had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler, met with the Big O team. A diagnostic inspection was made and discussed with me, and a quote was provided.The repairs were completed timely, and so far all seems to be going well.Fingers crossed, but so far I'm satisfied with the work provided.Thanks to the owner Allen for his personal attention.

This place was excellent! They were fast and efficient. I was driving through and was having car trouble. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got me back on the road. Great service and helpful staff.

Had the best experience at this Big O in Price!! We had some issues coming down hwy 6 hauling our trailer. Jack and Drake checked all of our tires and the front end of our truck and made sure we were safe to go! Thank you so much for your kind costumer service!!

We got a flat way out in the middle of nowhere 30 minutes away from this location and they went above and beyond to help us out. They even met us halfway with a lug wrench so that we could get our tire in before their closing time and get a new one. I was so impressed with Alan, Justin, and Devin for helping us out and being so flexible.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I took my truck here for an alignment (it had a little vibration) got it back with a death wobble.. took it to another tire shop and they fixed it right. And at less than the price big o charged. I will NEVER come here again. It's too bad I have to give at least a 1 star rating. They're not worth even that .

We were traveling from Nevada to Colorado yesterday when a low tire warning sensor activated. We were near Price so we looked for a gas station to check the air. We saw the Big O Tire center. We stopped and asked for help. The service team of Michael and George provided immediate and excellent service. They identified a sensor issue and found a screw in one of the tires. We were back on the road a half hour later. Thanks so much.

I cannot remember if my technician was Brad or Brent, but he was great . He was in training so it took a good while, but without an appointment he got me in right away and fixed all my issues.

I came in with a flat a few minutes before they opened. They got me in immediate, found and repaired the leak quickly (and well), and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Shoot out to the young man who repairers the tire; when I asked about it, he eagerly showed me the whole process as he did it. Great people.

I keep coming back to Big O in Price because their customer service is unparalleled. I just got four new tires on my car and four for my side x side. They make it easy and always do a great job for me. Allan and Keith are great guys and they have a good crew that I trust with all of my vehicles

Planned a family vacation and had my truck break down in price. Luckily, Big O was near by and was there to help! They got us in really fast and even showed us exactly what happened and why. Cade was a HUGE help. He had to run to some part stores to find what we needed and he was very fast and professional. 100% would recommend these guys to anyone in the area. Great shop!
