I bought front rotors for my 2911 chev Malibu. I lost the receipt. I asked the cashier and they still had it on their records and replaced them with any issues. Great place I would recommend.

Where in the hell do you get off talking to somebody like that? Ben Topaz screamed and yelled at me over a toggle switch replacement request. I then SCREAMED BACK. Ben then retaliated, said you can't come back here anymore, call the cops on you, have you removed. Marty Forrest (the other Manager) just stood there and let it go on. Where in the hell do you get off talking to somebody like that?

Always friendly staff. They try hard to make you feel welcome. Some parts have to be ordered in, and I can't make that many trips to town with the price of gas on a fixed income.

Got a better, It had a 5 year warranty. 2 years in it blow up. Got a new one. It did the same thing. They won't even help me. Called corporate an was told they were going to help me. Well never got a call back from anyone. :( never go there again.Also was told if you change it once, they cant help you with it again being replaced. Be so careful buying from them

Clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, I would give it 10 stars if I could!Their employee, Bow, was super helpful! He is very knowledgeable about car parts and is super good at running the register, Especially figuring out the check reader machine. I left there with a smile on my face, a pep in my step, feeling happy and with everything I needed for my car repair, some of witch I didn't even know I needed. Thanks to Bows expert knowledge, he made sure I had everything to get the job done right without having to make any trips back to the store for forgotten parts.What a great guy! He deserves a raise, employee of the year AND a gift certificate to cold stone for being so great!

Terrible customer service. No help in the store, they are too busy talking amongst each other to help customers. If an employee fails to give you a receipt when you purchase something from the store then you'll be waiting months and still not be able to get the receipts. I guess at this point I'll have to dispute the charges.

The manager could have been so much more friendly about helping a person who was having automobile issues in the parking lot. If this is how customers are treated I won't be returning.

Very helpful staff. We had a check engine light pop up going through town and the guys helped with a diagnostic tool and print out.

We went in today hoping to find a good deal, and something to use our discount coupon on. While the cashier had never seen our type of coupon before, the manager stepped in and quickly helped us out. She even took off more than the value of the coupon! We got a great deal! Another happy and return customer!

Worst experience ever. The woman manning the checkout was rude and impatient. This woman was getting angry because I didn't understand what she was saying. Like, have some patience woman! It's not that difficult!The Autozones in SLC were better than that single woman. I would rather drive all the way up north than ever see her again. But, fortunately, the people across the street at O'Reillys are amazing. Never go to Autozone. Take the extra 15 seconds and drive to O'Reillys. You will have an 11/10 experience with them.

When my car manufacturer required proof of oil changes I needed to find a receipt that I no longer had from AutoZone. The manager went out of her way to search through a ton of daily receipts until she found the receipt that I needed to prove that I changed my own oil and filter. Great store run by great people.

I just have to say that Joshua Marshall is the BEST guy to go to when shopping in the store. My husband owns several older vehicles (40 years old and up!), and when he's gone in to ask for help regarding parts, other employees there were rude, argumentative, and not willing to go above and beyond to help him. Joshua Marshall however, has ALWAYS greeted us with a smile, asked us if we were finding things ok, and if we needed help. He goes above and beyond, and doesn't just treat people like an "everyday customer". He treats us like we're his friends, and makes conversation with us, and really has a way of making us feel welcomed, and appreciated. I used to work in retail myself, and working with the general public can be difficult, so I understand bad days. However, there is a fine line between a bad day, and just being just plain rude, and treating people like they are a "bother" to the employees who would rather play on their phone, and who want the money they make, but they don't care at all about the job they do. Joshua Marshall is the reason we keep going back to that store, and when you are treated like a friend, and someone goes above and beyond to help you, that says a lot about what good customer service is all about. Thank you!

Long story. Blew a radiator on a Sunday driving from Denver to Sacramento. Needed one asap to get back to base. Earliest they can get it is Monday morning. Ok, fine. Never shows up. The hub is making excuses, etc. Store manager himself drove up to Salt Lake to get the radiator. Got back & compensated me for the lost time. Never met such a good group of guys. Very nice, very friendly! Definitely earned my business! Highly recommend!!

This store has by far some of the best service in the area. I can simply walk in and greet someone on shift. Tell them what i need and they will take me right to it. I have also found they usually carry the odd ball tools i end up needing.

Overall a great place to buy automotive fluids and parts at a low price. Some of their parts are lower in quality, but they do offer parts that are higher in quality than their store brand. Customer service isn't the best in town, but the associates at least get the job done.This is also a great place to rent tools. You can rent many pricey specialty tools for free that you would most likely not keep in your garage.

Went on to get tire rims, asked the man at the front desk if he could look up the size for us. No explanation just a flat no. My husband looked it up on his phone while we in there. This guy was so rude and refused to help us. Worst customer service ever. Never go there again!

Just got back from AutoZone, found myself in an argument with Marty Forrest and Ben over a defective toggle switch. Ben said I couldn't come back there, threatened to call the cops on me. Had to go across the street to O'REILLY'S and purchase a toggle switch, heater works again.,

Good selection, nice mix of everything ya need, seem to have parts on hand in my experience. The staff thou not all that knowledgeable (usually) are very friendly and eager to be of assistance. There is an o'riley across the street, I have been to both and definently recomend this one first.

They will help put parts in your car. My dad needed a new windshield wiper. He was going to take it to a car repair place and I told him to go here. He was very happy he did.

Fair prices- helpful staff - products usually in stock so when it's an emergency I can get my car fixed without waiting a week.store is clean

Josh is great and runs the store flawlessly. He takes care of all of his customers. As a commercial customer, we are always taken care of!
