First time dealing with this new location. Had a great experience thanks to Kate my service advisor. She was professional, very attentive and her communication and status updates were excellent. This is a nice facility and easy to get to off of I-15 in Pleasant Grove. Will definitely continue to take my vehicle here and work with Kate.

I m not sure if this is company wide but if you get a service rep named Anthony I highly suggest you request another one or go somewhere else.I put in a request on the app for them to fix my heater and driver side autopilot camera. I was quoted 1200$ which I thought was reasonable. After the first day with my car I was told the heater was 3-4 weeks out but for 400$ they could partially fix it until the part got here. Since it s January I thought it was worth it so I approved it. On day 2 I was told that the partial fix wasn t working so I d just have to be without heat. Out of the kindness of their hearts they said they wouldn t charge me the extra 400$ since it didn t work. On day 3 I then got another call saying that the original estimate hadn t included any work for the camera/autopilot. This was going to be another 400$ and without asking me they had just added it to the fee. I told them at this point I didn t want to pay that and asked why Anthony hadn t added it in the first place. He gave no reason why. Finally on day 4 I got my car back. Miraculously though on day 6 I got a notification that my heater had arrived and I needed to bring the car back for final install. Somehow 3+ weeks had turned into 3 days. I felt like I was super mislead to almost spending 400$ on something that I didn t even need. Then after they made my new appointment to install the heater there was a second new estimate for another 900$. I approved it as I just wanted to get to the appointment and I tried messaging someone about why the estimate was there. I never got a response. After the heater was finally installed I was told I had to pay the 900$ as the initial 1200$ hadn t covered this part or the labor for it. Needless to say I requested a new heater and camera and the quote I got covered neither. I ended up spending 2100$ on a new heater and still don t have autopilot. At this point it s not worth it to me but just be aware their estimates are more like minimums and they will do everything possible to make you pay more. And at 215$ per hour for labor it will add up quick!

These guys are awesome. Anthony and Orlando are great service writers and super helpful. The lead tech Kenny was amazing and was able to take care of a scratch wheel from the Salt Lake service center. He knew right away that they used metal tools, instead of plastic ones. A very rookie mistake by the Salt Lake service center. If you want good quality service and great customer service go to this location.

My main high voltage battery controller and battery heater stopped working on my 2018 model 3. I had to tow the car to this Pleasant Grove service center. Paid $3k to fix this ok fine Got the car back and the horn was not working. They claim they did not break the horn and I would need to pay $400 to fix it. The horn was working before I brought the car into service... Currently working with SLC service as they are professional, courteous and care about their loyal Tesla customers.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the service I received. I ve previously visited the salt lake location and was mildly impressed with my experience. At pleasant grove I was made to feel like family and they were so knowledgeable about what I was there to have my vehicle looked at for. Katelynn was extremely friendly and helpful with the Tesla experience and would highly recommend choosing this location over any other in the salt lake area.

One week after picking up my new Model 3 Performace, I took it to put snow tires one it and discovered one of the original tires had a bubble on the inside sidewall. I scheduled service in the app(since you can t seem to call and speak with anyone) for the following week. When I got to the appointment I was informed since it had been 2 weeks there was nothing they could do other than sell me a new tire. They said tires have no warranty and said it could be because of a pothole or some other road hazard. They didn t even bother to take time to go out and inspect the tire. Very disappointing.

Much better experience than the Salt Lake location. This facility is 5x larger and you can actually talk to someone, like a normal car dealership; it was wonderful. Upon arriving, you just drive right into the bay, as the door opens. As normal, communication during repairs is done via messaging in the app. I took my M3 to the Salt Lake facility about a year ago and it was a very unfriendly experience. I took it in again this time, for the same issue, excessive wind noise from both front windows. They took care of the right window seal and will take care of the left window when the part comes in, via mobile service. I am pleased with this much-improved service. I was made to feel welcome here, and that's important. This was my experience.

Huge shoutout to Jordan, Cam, Riley, and Santiago! These guys went above and beyond for a few issues I had with cameras all the way to a failing rear view mirror motor. Service added the warrantied recall 2019 M3LR retro fit harness on my service order and I was sent a message a few days later saying someone had accidentally scratched my back glass during the install and they were replacing it asap at no cost. Got my car just days later and I gotta say I m very impressed with this visit!! Really valued their honesty, transparent quick communication, and excellent service. So glad to have this center closer to my home great job center and team!

Having called them to discuss an estimate I received, in regards to have an issue caused by the slc service center, the person who answered was quite rude. I decided that I d rather go to the slc service center, even if I had planned to spend more time in Utah county that week. The Salt Lake Service Center was much more professional about discussing pricing under warranty and caused by the service visits, and not rude.I suppose I was given a solution (transfer appointment to salt lake) so that s my reason for two stars instead of one

The crew here at Tesla service are outstanding and it was refreshing to work with them to have my spoiler installed. Too bad they are not in charge of the disastrous location in Pleasant Grove! Honestly Tanner and Nick were fabulous to work with and deserve raises and bonuses!!!

Came in with an issue. I have a 3rd party warranty. I introduce myself and mention I have a 3rd party warranty. The rep named Katelynn responds by saying Na, we don t do that . I ask what do you mean? She says We don t work with warranties . Needing more information I lean forward and ask again What do you mean? . She then roles her eyes and says We don t work with 3rd party warranties . Due to the lack of explanation I m still confused and ask So I should go through them? . She rolls her eyes again and says Yeah, maybe . I respond and ask So I should go through them?. She then says I don t know . I then ask What should I do? . She then responds We don t have the systems in place to work with 3rd party warranties . Since she didn t answer my question I tell her that I realize that and I m just wondering what she suggest I do . She then responds We can t work with 3rd party warranties .I get it that she hates her job and judging off her lack of enthusiasm ,bloodshot eyes and slurred speech that she is obviously inebriated by something that it might be difficult for her to answer questions .I get it but unfortunately for her she works in the Tesla SERVICE center.I say Okay I will call them first before I bring in my car . I go to my car and call the warranty company. I m told by them that Tesla has to call or email them a quote.I go back in, tell another rep that and then I m told again We don t have the systems in place to work with 3rd party dealers . Then I ask You can t email them? The new rep responds and just says no. He s got an attitude as well so I walk out and decide this is a waste of time and I ll go to the Salt Lake City location.

Generally good overall. Some of the reps are definitely still learning to where we had to have a lot of back and forth with invoices and scheduling, but the actual service is quick and friendly.

Needed service for my X, the 1st available opening was not for about a month so I went ahead and scheduled it. Showed up to drop my vehicle off at the required time per the drop-off instructions messaged to me in the app.Turns out the parts are back ordered and rather than send me an email, text, in-app message, or phone call to let me know not to show up they didn t inform me until I got there. Super frustrating to waste the time driving there just to find out they can t do anything.2nd time this exact same thing has happened in the last year with Tesla service.

I hate to have to write this review. I have had good experiences here. I recently had my tires checked because I was in a rear-end accident. One tire was checked and I was told what the issue was. Once I realized the issue I came into the service center for was not what I was looking for I asked them to stop checking the other tires. Since you cannot call the service center there is a delay. I was charged $400 + tax to have my tires checked. That's fine because I was told that beforehand. However, they will not adjust the invoice because I asked them to stop checking the tires which should have reduced the invoice. I would advise against visiting this place. Again, I am hate to be writing this review, but I don't know if the problem is the process or what. I have a time stamp that shows I asked questions about the tire less than a minute after they informed me and then 10 minutes later I asked them to stop checking the other tires. 1 hour later I get a message saying my car is done and to pay the invoice.

I mean they re we very nice and I think genuinely wanted to help. They did a gray job with the warranty work they did. Unfortunately they didn t fix the problem I took it in for. My wheel was vibrating after it had been damaged. Said they thought it was the ABS but didn t offer a fix but instead gave the car back to me. Took to the SLC service center a few weeks later and they new immediately what the problem was and fixed it by replacing the wheel hub.I wouldn t take my car here if the repair isn t super straight forward. Very friendly however and the facility is really nice.

These guys are seriously awesome. This is the only service center I'll use now even though it's an extra 40 minute drive for me. They care about making sure their estimates are as accurate as possible and that they are up to date on current policies. Another center tried to charge me $200 more even though I knew that was not right. These guys really care and have restored my faith in the Tesla brand! They're awesome.

Shame on Tesla for finally building a service center in the middle of Utah County, and not having a supercharger for customers use. The super chargers are only for their center. So to get a supercharger you have to go to Provo or to Draper. With electric vehicles being pushed like crazy, you would think we could get a supercharger in the middle of Utah county. so ridiculous.

I am more than impressed with the new service center in Pleasant Grove. The building was exceptionally clean and in a great location. Above all else, every single Tesla employee I interacted with during my service visit was top notch and focused on delivering a very positive customer experience. When I arrived, I was met by Jordan. He was very welcoming and easy to interact with. I was the only customer dropping off their car that the moment so I was able to talk with both Jordan and Nathan. They took the time to listen to my concerns I had with my Model S. They introduced me to the technician Otto (sp?) that would be working on my car. We went on a test drive so he could diagnose the noise being made under hard acceleration. The repair was made in a timely manner and so far I have been extremely impressed with the entire experience.I am from over an hour north (Ogden) and it was well worth the drive. The P.G. service center just opened so I was able to get my car in promptly (about a 3 week wait to get into the SLC center so I was stoked to see PG was open and accepting appointments). If you need work done on your Tesla, don t even hesitate to make an appointment with this service center.I felt that Jordan, Nathan and Otto went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch.Thank you! I m stoked to have my car back quickly and looking forward to putting the next 100k miles on it.

Went to have a commonly known warranty fix done on my vehicle. I ve spoke to multiple people that had this issue resolved for free (covered under warranty). When I went into this dealer to have this issue resolved they are trying to charge $300.

The only thing more disappointing than a bad service experience is when it s a brand you love, stock you own, and a brand you plan on buying lots more of.*Updated below- Tesla responded and took care of this issue*I approved work to be done under warranty using the Tesla service function within the mobile app, then later Tesla determined the work was not covered by warranty stating a reason, without proving their rationale with any evidence, and never called me to establish that the work wouldn t be covered by warranty. So many inconsistencies in their narrative. Their service disclosure process through their app is not great for warranty work and doesn t accurately convey warranty or non warranty items.I went to retrieve my vehicle and was slapped with $4500 out of pocket unexpectedly in order to take my car home. Their manager was out of town Hoping they still resolve when manager returns from vacation. Will update once they properly resolve. *manager reached out and worked through the complications and found a solution that worked for all. Impressive*Service: Brakes

My Model S showed low coolant levels and heard there was a new Tesla Service Center when I was visiting family in Orem so I thought I would stop by and see if I could get them to fill my coolant. Talked to Cam and he was able to get me right in and taken care of. Will need to have a couple values looked at and was able to make an appointment in a couple of weeks that works for me. Nice new clean Service Center but took me a bit of driving around to find it since it's so new on Google maps.
