These guys are clods and have absolutely ZERO customer service skills - thus the one too many - one star. They delayed my pick up time four times before I could actually pick up my car. I get transport time from California can get delayed, but wouldn't a professional organization or manager know this more than 24 hours in advance??? I was notified less than 12 hours my car was delayed in transport with absolutely no solution or even an apology for the delay. Even worse, my actual pick up day we arrived and were told they washed the wrong car and we could wait 45 minutes or come back another day. Fortunately, we had time and could run another errand in the area as we do not live near Pleasant Grove. We were instructed where the car was - with no walk around inspection - and proceeded toward home only to see they hadn't fully charged the car - remember we do not live near Pleasant Grove (???) and once we made it home realized they hadn't washed the brand new tires, they were filthy! We couldn't wait to get out of there besides that we had an afternoon appointment we had to get to. I just can't believe in this day and age you have to babysit and monitor people these days. This should have been a wonderful experience and it was a complete disaster full of "NO'S", "we don't" and "we can't" kind of answers with no shame or embarrassment... Who manages this place and is there even a customer service training - surely seems like NO.

A Glimpse into the Future with a Side of Patience: Tesla Service Center, Pleasant Grove, UtahVisiting the Tesla Service Center in Pleasant Grove, Utah, was an experience filled with both awe and a bit of inconvenience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly seeing the new Cybertruck on display. This futuristic vehicle is a sight to behold, and its presence in the showroom adds a cutting-edge feel to the entire service center. However, the no-touch policy for the Cybertruck, while understandable to prevent fingerprints, was a slight disappointment as it limited the full experience of engaging with this innovative vehicle. The staff at the center were friendly and welcoming, contributing positively to the overall experience. Their approachability and willingness to assist were notable and appreciated. On the downside, the wait times at the service center were longer than expected. Despite scheduling an appointment in advance and arriving early as requested for what was supposed to be a quick 15-minute delivery experience, I found myself waiting for considerably longer, close to an hour. This extended wait time, while perhaps indicative of the thorough service Tesla aims to provide, could be a point of frustration for those with tight schedules.A convenient feature of the Tesla Service Center is the availability of charging stations on-site. This amenity is particularly useful for Tesla owners, adding a practical element to the visit and showcasing Tesla's commitment to facilitating the EV lifestyle. In summary, the Tesla Service Center in Pleasant Grove offers a glimpse into the future of automotive technology, especially with the impressive Cybertruck on display. The staff's friendliness is a big plus, but visitors should be prepared for longer wait times than anticipated. The on-site charging stations are a thoughtful touch, rounding out the service experience.

Disappointed. It seems as if they don t even try. I agree to meet them at 1pm (which is a time that they set, not me) and I arrived to be greeted by no one. Twenty minutes after arrival, someone greets me to further tell me that no one is available to help me. They do let me see my car however.. As I walk out to the vehicle, not accompanied by anyone, I open the door to find that they didn t even clean the inside. It was full of dog hair! Something that was easily visible to anyone that was supposed to clean it. Lack of process and procedure from the dealer. I refused delivery of the vehicle because of the condition of the vehicle. This was at 1pm. I was told that someone would be reaching out to me to resolve this. It s now 7:30pm and still no phone call. I called the dealer to further be told that no one is available and someone will be reaching out to me. Unacceptable. Poor customer service. Poor attitude by the employees. Poor customer experience. Poor everything trash dealership.

I saw the low rating for this Tesla location and the bad reviews made me nervous about picking up my Tesla here. I must say that I did not have a bad experience at all. I have now visited the sales part of this location (to pick up my Tesla) and I have also visited the service part of this location (to have a minor issue on my car fixed). My experience with both parts was excellent. Every employee I interacted with was super nice and helpful. They had snacks and drinks available. When I went to pick up my car, I didn't get to see it until about 30 minutes after my appointment, but it was simply because they were cleaning it and making sure there were no issues with it. When I went to have my car services, they anticipated that they would need it all day and offered to give me a loaner vehicle, but they were able to fix it in about 5 minutes. They even went on a test drive with me to be sure they knew exactly what my complaint was. Both experiences were 5-stars for me! Good job Tesla!!

Overall, this place is horrible from Sales to Service. Purchased the car and showed up on time for my scheduled pickup time. Told it would be a minute and to wait in their waiting room. 45 minutes later, I finally had enough waiting so walked into the showroom to at least 3 people sitting around a computer chatting. I complain and miraculously the process starts. Car was overall in good condition (miracle) so was pleased. After taking home and doing a wash, found some minor issues which I submitted to get rectified at a later date which I d find out was the start of a nightmare.I dropped the vehicle off, similar to others being told that it would be done within 24 hours. Surprise, it wouldn t be finished as they couldn t figure out how to resolve. I understood so thanked them and asked for an update the next day. Luckily I ve installed Tessie which tracks a lot of information on the car so I could see how and when they were driving the vehicle to resolve a slight wind noise. First day, they resolved all but the wind issue. Great, looking good. Well, 200 miles later on a brand new car when they drove the car close to 85-90 mph frequently (noise was very noticeable at 70 mph) so clear the techs like to enjoy customers cars (especially a Plaid). Continue to be told every day for over a week at 4:30pm they couldn t find the issue and their engineers were looking at the car (hard to believe when I could see the car sat for two full days without moving). Finally, having enough I told them I was coming to get the car due to the holidays and I d bring it back to be resolved in the new year since the loaner I told them to give me would be lucky to have 120 miles of range. Miracle, somehow the wind noise was fixed (spoiler alert: it isn t). I show up, relieved to have the car back and the interior was a complete mess. I d asked them not to clean the exterior of the vehicle, but it was as if the windows were left open for the week and a half they had the car. Dirt and dust in the carpets and all over the interior. Further, a massive scratch was put in the interior under the glovebox, the passenger door where the issue was is now difficult to close (needs to be slammed) and the door seals aren t even installed correctly. Then, I was told that I d need to schedule another appointment to get the items resolved as they were busy. Well, if they had put the car back together correctly and actually took care of peoples vehicles, they wouldn t be so busy fixing issues they caused. Never in my life have I taken a car in for service to have it returned in this fashion. This is my 3rd and may be my last Tesla after this experience and will avoid PG like the plague. I generally never write reviews, but for someone who prides themself on their vehicle, to get the vehicle back in worse condition which has never happened before was stunning and told to essentially deal with it since they were busy is why people avoid Tesla. Their mobile service has always been 5 stars so getting these issues looked at next week and hopefully will be smooth sailing afterwards, but will be going to SLC going forward.

Big, newer building, a lot of inventory but only 2 employees at a time working there. Our wait wasn't too long, but one person had been there since 2pm (it was 7:30pm when I asked them how long they had been waiting). The bathrooms are clean and they have more variety in their snack bar than the Salt Lake showroom.Although they have a nice big garage, they make you check your car outside in the rain and when it's dusk so you can't see the imperfections on the vehicle.Aaron was kind and gave me brief walk through on the vehicle. They didn't help me inspect it like they have other customers.Overall impressed, but get these guys more help and allow your customers to inspect their car in an open area that is well lit.

Worst experience I ve had with a dealership in my entire life. Customer service is beyond zero. They don t care about you or your vehicle. They just want you out of their hair. Trying to talk to someone is like pulling teeth.A month after I purchased my vehicle my first car payment didn t come out so I check my bank that I have my loan with turns out the dealership never sent in the funding request and the loan offer had expired. I had to drive an hour and half down and miss work because they only let you talk to the people at the front desk and the operations team will never call you back. It s been a month and I m still waiting for a call from them and the manager of the dealership. Once I got there they were incredibly rude and unprofessional just kept telling me this isn t their problem it s mine. Caught them in multiple lies. They tried to cover themselves by pushing the paperwork they were late on while I was there speaking to them on the phone with my loan company. All the while telling me it was sent weeks ago.Long story short I had to redo the entire loan. Miss a days pay and drive 3 hrs to fix there mistake and they couldn t care less.4 days later my temp tags expired and yet again couldn t get anyone on the phone or call me back. I finally got a call back when I reached out to another Tesla location and spoke to their manager to get this location to call me. The reason my plates weren t in is they never put in the paperwork for my car insurance. Just like last time they tried to blame me. I had the car insured before I left the dealership the day I picked up the car and handed to them.I understand things happen life isn t perfect things get messed up we make mistakes. The reason I m writing this review is not once did I get a we re sorry for the situation let s get this resolved or anything. To finally get my plates I had to drive up to the salt lake city location they were so incredibly nice and cool. The location in Colorado was so incredibly sorry and helpful and amazing. Here tho they couldn t care less about their customers.

Don't buy a car at this location, I did. Delivery associate was rude and completely ignored questions from my wife. Car was not clean; it had bird poop on it and smudges all over the interior. Go next door to BMW where they will detail your car have it parked indoors for your pickup. They also didn't have it charged which shocked me as it does not come with charging equipment.Unfortunately this location gets many more cars compared to the SLC location where the staff are much better.

I picked up my brand new Tesla today and it went so smoothly. The employees here were extremely kind, patient and helpful. I spoke with Tessa and Richard. I m so pleased and impressed. Thank you!

I have always had positive experiences with the Salt Lake location service center. However, given my proximity to the Linden one, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with their service and I will not be returning. After declining the $5000 service quote, I was surprised to discover a $1200 charge for diagnostics, which took four hours to complete. Despite being a devoted Tesla fan, I often face teasing from colleagues and neighbors regarding my choice of car. Their remarks may have some truth to them.

The delivery experience was horrible. The Tesla advisor was rude. I asked about black and white plates and didn't even finish my sentence before he interrupted and said the plate wasn't included. I began to say that I was willing to pay extra for them and he cut me off again and said "You can go to the DMV and pay extra there". Very poor customer service. If I hadn't already paid, I would not have completed the purchase. The vehicle was dirty and at 61% charge. Seriously? You can't clean it and charge it to north of 90%?If you're going to buy or service a Tesla, do yourself a favor and go to SLC.

Ethan showed us around and made our experience really pleasant. My wife was worried about the low google score, but honestly the staff were all helpful and kind. They answered all of our questions and we did a last second test drive without any issues. To be fair it was really slow for the pleasant grove office and my wife and I were the 1st people to shop around, but Ethan made out experience was really pleasant.

I picked up my brand new Tesla Y here recently. I love the car! On inspection we found a nick in the paint down to the bare metal that needed to be fixed. They took photos and made an appointment for me to come back another day to have it repaired. I scheduled time off work to bring my Tesla in a week later and after coming in they looked at it and said they couldn t touch it up here but that they needed to take it for couple weeks because it will have to fixed at a different shop. However, they couldn t do that this time because they didn t have any loaner vehicles and that I would have to schedule another appointment to bring it in when they had loaner vehicles available. That would have been nice to know before showing up. Anyways, it s way too much hassle to get a simple task done here. I m considering paying an independent body shop to touch it up because I can t seem to get Tesla to take care of it unless I give up my car for weeks for something that should be a 15 minute job.

Tesla repair is a joke. Especially this location in Lindon. I truly wish there were more options out there to get service work elsewhere. But there really isn t a lot of businesses out there that can work on them in depth, except Tesla. So then they have this attitude when you do need to get service work, like go ahead and look into someone else doing it knowing that you don t have that option. If your bill is over 10k like mine was, just light the car on fire and walk away. Plus they cannot even align it after they tore the whole rear half outta it. This car has literally now chewed through two sets of rear tires in 5 months. As if Teslas weren t already expensive, make sure you factor in that because they say that the car is too heavy to align it any better.

Leased vehicle through Tesla, which uses Santander Consumer USA. Worst experience in trying to get autopay to actually work, they us Speedpay- they are terrible. Speedpay sent auto pay request to bank without full account # provided and no name on the request, to of course bank denied the payment request.Vehicle purchased early December, still no license plates. Getting run around from Tesla, & Santander. DMV says plates were picked up back in January??????? Tesla says 3rd party handles them and should be getting them to us. Can't get any assistance. Customer service sucks with Tesla & Santander, can't actually call the PG dealership all calls go to Tesla customer service (in la la land), so we will have to drive to dealer to try to get resolution that way.

First off I had mobile service come out to diagnose my vehicle. It cost me almost $40 and they didn t even diagnose the issue after an hour of messing with it. Ridiculous. They scheduled a new appointment for me at the dealership and informed me I would be getting a loaner car at no extra cost until my car was fixed. The day before that appointment they sent a reminder of the upcoming appointment and stated that no transportation would be provided. Upon arrival I stated that I was told I would be getting transportation and that I needed that to get to and from work. They told me that it was only supposed to be under 24hrs to fix therefore they don t provide a loaner. I was only giving the alternative option to reschedule but I ended up leaving the car anyway and catching a Lyft to work and got to work late because of it. By the end of my work day I received a message that they STILL haven't been able to diagnose it and would require more than 24hrs. Meanwhile, they should ve just given the loaner car to me in the first place! So I got another Lyft back to the dealership to pick up the loaner. The next morning I receive a text that they were able to diagnose and that I would need the car computer replaced and that it would cost $2550 to replace!! Absolutely INSANE. The computer should be covered under warranty but it s not, I ve already paid for a tech to diagnose who never even diagnosed, and it s all been a giant headache right before the holidays. Absolutely ridiculous. And yet I can t even just buy the part myself and replace it myself because it has to be reprogrammed to me car anyway!! I m considering getting rid of my Tesla after this experience. And the fact that they don t waranty such an expensive fix just like they do the battery. I mean, majority of the computers I own at home still work and are far older!! Why shouldn t their computers be held to the same standard??

Pretty bad. Bought a brand new Y. Show up to take delivery..they said it would be about 15-20 min. Waited 15 just to see anyone. Then during vehicle inspection there is chipped paint on the hood.I requested a different vehicle with proper paint and they had one available. When I saw it, it was covered in dust. I asked if they could clean it before I drove it home for the first time. They basically took a dry rag and smeared the dust around.Once one the road I realize even the interior is dusty. Absolutely ridiculous to arrive home on a sunny day after buying a new car and have to wash it inside and out.

Cracked wheel and deflated tire. Scheduled appointment in app. Drove it into the garage. Waited 25 minutes. Paid. Left. Done. The staff here is also really nice. Let me drive a Model X while I was waiting and didn't pitch me too hard.

Love the vehicle, the service at this location is as bad as the other reviews say. Pick up time passed by 40 minutes, still waiting, 4 people have stopped to ask if I m being helped then walked away. No communication and no customer service. Second vehicle I ve purchased here and the same experience both times. Wish there was another option closer to me. Horrible experience at this location 2x now.

Customer service was very poor. I waited for 4 hours on my day off just to be told they couldn't roll over my negative equity from my vehicle I was trading in (105% max) even though I told them I was trying to trade in with negative equity when I got there. Not to mention the 2 weeks of back and forth messages with the sales team before hand. Absolute giant waste of time. So unless you have a pre-approved loan or something similar don't waste you time going to the dealer because they WON'T HELP you at all.

Such a great experience! Thank you!Aaron was absolutely incredible and got the car ready in pristine condition. He was fast and super friendly. Huge thanks to him for all he did!It wasn't just Arron who was great. Every person I dealt with was so kind and friendly. Best of all, there is no pressure. Come on in, get a key fast, drive the car, then leave. I wish all car buying processes could be this low-key.Last, the process from start to finish is so easy. With a few clicks you've reserved your car. With minimal effort in the app your set with registration, insurance, and everything else to complete the purchase. The process was so novel and easy. Just a great experience. Thank you to the awesome people, and thank you to the company for building such a smooth process.Thank you!

I went to the store with the interest of just looking and researching and the first time I was very well attended to by Santiago (pleasant grove-Utah) who gave me all the information I needed and answered all my doubts, then the second time I went to close In the business, Ethan (same store) was very helpful and helped me with everything, and when I went to collect the vehicle, Santiago, in addition to advancing the delivery of the vehicle, which made me very happy, was also great at clarifying everything.

Understaffed.. So had to wait more than 30 minutes to pick up my car even with the appt. Shockingly enough he doesn't know anything about the federal tax credit when I asked about the second EV eligibility.I'm gonna have to buy my next Tesla in SLC even though it's much farther from home.

Brought my car in for warranty service and they damaged my windshield tint. Was told that they will reimburse me for redoing it and I even double checked to make sure they are ok with the amount before I repaired it. Was told 2 weeks to get reimbursement, then got no response, finally got a response saying that the check was in transit but since I never got it, they cancelled the check and will send another one. Another 2 weeks has passed and no response again when I asked. Called them up again and this time I was told that the payment is pending and was waiting for finance to approve. Expect at least another 4 weeks. What kind of company is Tesla? I bought $50k car and they cannot even issue $250+ check to reimburse me. $250 requires approval from finance? What a joke. They must not trust their employees at all that even small amount requires approval.

I would hope when you purchase a car of Tesla's value and reputation that the vehicle would be clean. I've never bought a new car that left me feeling like it needed to be cleaned before I even left the lot. Disappointing.

I honestly thought buying Tesla would be similar to buying Apple products. Unparalleled customer service. I couldn t be more wrong. No responses to any messages on their app and you have to wait hours in hold to talk to anyone. Not sure if that s a Tesla issue or this particular location but either way as a possibly new tesla owner this has been a terrible experience

Went there to look n buy another Tesla (Model Y) and the 1st thing Sanitago (sales) told me was to move my car from the supercharger station because they are receiving inventory, not the 1st I would ask a potential buyer....not a good experience so I left, going to SLC instead. Pictures shows many open charging stations...Santiago should of verified before asking me to move
