We love Shamrock! This is our fifth time buying here. No pressure ever. They give the car fax and the numbers up front, and they only sell excellent vehicles. Kellen is a super good guy and helped us out a ton. I m so glad we have Shamrock near us. We ll definitely be back!

I always like doing business with smaller companies. Most of the bad experiences I have had in life have been from large sort of mega dealerships. Issues I have had with other dealerships in the past are, hidden fees, different price for cash, pushy sales people,the selling of unwanted nonsense.You get non of this with Shamrock, they made this the most straightforward and honest people I have ever dealt with. Kellen was amazing from start to finish. Also he represents Allstate and managed to sell me an very reasonably priced warranty for the truck, that includes giving me the right to put larger tires on it and lift it up to 6 inches and still have the vehicle covered. Afterwards I purchased a range Rover in Milwaukee for my wife and they sold me a warenty for less than half the price of the local dealership there.So basically if you want to buy a vehicle or a warenty for your vehicle these are the folks to go to. Basically I have purchased 2 warranties and a truck from them and I am very happy.

Shamrock Auto is the best! This was my first purchase of a car that I found on the internet, it was 1000 miles away. From my first conversation with Kellen everything went great. He answered all my initial questions and sent all the additional pictures I asked for. Jake answered the phone the second time I called and provided all the additional information I needed to make my decision. I purchased the car based on their description, which was accurate, and the pictures I saw. I am very happy with my "new" car, it is better than I expected. On the road of life I am a driver and this car is fahrvergnugen. Thanks to everyone at Shamrock Auto Group for a great car buying experience.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Jake and the team at Shamrock Auto went above and beyond for me. This was my first car buying experience with them and they will definitely be my go to from here on out. When their transporter was unable to deliver my vehicle they jumped into action and had Terry deliver it directly to me in Las Vegas! I can t say enough good things about them. The car is exactly as we talked about and the pictures that we saw online! They answered all of our questions and the deal was done before the ink dried on the check. Thanks again Shamrock Auto for going the extra mile on a used car!

No undercutting, or extra sales pitches, or add-ons at the end. Went into this place to look at a Jeep, it had some cosmetic damage and when I went in to talk to the salesman about it he was super rude and condescending. He told me there was nothing he would do to try and work something out with me because he is not willing to lose any money on the vehicle. He stated that his commission was more important than a positive customer experience. I have a pregnant wife and when I express my concerns about the windshield, he said that there s a difference between a want and a need. Obviously making sure my pregnant wife is in a safe vehicle is an absolute need. This man was careless. If it weren t for his incredibly terrible attitude I would ve considered purchasing the car for the asking price but he made my experience there utterly awful and I do not recommend you going there. I don t remember his name but his office is the first office to the right as soon as you walk in the building. This gentleman was extremely condescending and rude. He made it very aware that his commission was more important than customer satisfaction. If I could rate him lower I 100% would. I give this experience a .5 stars out of 5. Being a kind person makes a world of difference, regardless if you are purchasing the vehicle or not no one deserves to be treated with that level of immaturity

I purchased a car yesterday at Shamrock Auto. I was pleasantly surprised at how laid back, friendly, and honest Kellen was. He made the whole experience seamless and I was in and out of there in about 60 minutes(I did already know what I wanted). Great prices, no unnecessary fees, and excellent rates. By far the easiest experience of buying a car I ve ever had. I will recommend these guys every chance I get.

We had the best experience working with Shamrock Auto Sales. We found a Suburban that we absolutely love. The are so transparent with cost and everything which makes you feel great. They sent my car to have some extra work done and they were right on top of it and dealt so Kindly with my multiple phone calls. We will be going there for our next vehicle purchase no doubt. Thanks Kellen, Jake and everyone else we dealt with, you all were so open, honest and genuine, we love our car!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Kellen was phenomenal to work with. He was very timely in his responses when we had questions and was very open and honest through the whole experience. Shamrock was a dream dealership to work with, and even though we live an hour away in Tooele, it was WELL worth the drive to deal with such a great dealership. I also love that their sales staff aren t commission based, so everything was super laid back throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I read a recent review of Shamrock auto group where a customer described herself as Kellen s most paranoid customer. If she really wins the title then I am a close second! I have never purchased a car out of state but I recently returned home to Oregon from Utah (approximately 600 miles) after purchasing a vehicle from Kellen at Shamrock Auto Group. It was a fantastic car buying experience. There were some delays in the vehicle being ready to purchase but Kellen kept me informed regarding the vehicle s status and answered my questions whether via email, text, or by phone promptly! I received several pics of the inside and outside of the vehicle and could have had it shipped to me, but I had to see if for myself before I really made the investment. In person it was just as advertised at a fair price, and it did not disappoint! Kellen once again was willing to answer all my questions before I left the dealership! The financing was done on the phone prior to my arrival and all the paperwork was ready for signature when I arrived. Thank you Kellen! We love our new to us suburban!

I dont leave reviews on google often but I thought Shamrock Auto deserved a review. There salesmanship was exceptional. I worked with Jake and he made sure was taken care of. I called 3 weeks ago about a van, I live out in Salt Lake and explained I had a preapproved loan and he was willing to work with me. The loan took forever to get appeoved with the particular car I wanted but he still was patient with all the details. The seat in the car needed a part and he made sure I was updated on that until it got replaced. All in all, my experience was fantastic. We have your can and love it. Its a perfect family vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I would go there again except the van we bought will last us a long while. :)

We love Shamrock Auto! We just purchased our second vehicle from them and both experiences were great -- friendly straight forward salesmen who don't push you into anything or play the sales game, great inventory and fair prices. We purchased a minivan this time and worked with both Jake and Kellen. They both helped us get into the perfect Odyssey, it's 3 years old but feels brand new. We shopped around quite a bit and found that other dealers' vans were in really rough shape. Shamrock is pickier with the quality of their inventory and it shows. They also gave us a great price on our trade-in (we were majorly low-balled by several other dealerships). Shamrock was recommended to us by a friend who has purchased several business vehicles from them, and he said he wouldn't trust any other dealer. We definitely agree... we've tried the competition and we'll only purchase from Shamrock from here on out, and recommend that our family and friends do the same. Felt like buying a van from a trusted friend. Thanks guys!!

I have never had a better dealership/sales experience than Shamrock Group. No pressure in buying a vehicle at all.Jake was the one that helped us get our first truck and he was awesome! He worked with us and told us straight up what the price was going to be out the door. He also did some research on finding us the best rate for a loan. My wife and I felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle here as it was very relaxed and professional. I definitely recommend them!

Kellen at Shamrock was great to work with when I bought my car there. I didn't have much car buying experience and he was very transparent and made the experience easy. He provided a lot of information for warranties and loans and gave tips on selling my car. A friend with a lot of buying experience came with me to sign papers and check out the car and he thought the dealership was great and would buy a car there if he had a chance. The navigation SD card was missing when they bought it at auction and with some extra prompting they bought a new one and had it sent to my house and it works great!

We bought an SUV here and it was an easy, fast process. I almost feel bad giving five stars because we only drove one car because we went after seeing it on KSL and didn't spend too much time there. We did test drive others at other dealerships, but came back to buy the one at Shamrock. This car was the best maintained and cleanest. The staff was very helpful, didn't give any pressure, and no one seemed shady. We knew the price was fair and didn't need to negotiate. It's only been two weeks, but the car has run well and doesn't seem to have any hidden problems. We would definitely buy here again. Also, they did not ask for a review.

Kellen was so awesome to work with. Super flexible working with our work schedules. We bought a Honda Odyssey from Shamrock Auto, and I trusted what Kellen said about the vehicle. They knew a lot about the car we bought and Kellen was very honest with us about everything. Shamrock was very negotiable with the price and we walked out of there with our Van. Hands down the best dealership in town. I'd never buy from anyone again. Loyal and true to what they do & say! "Another Happy Customer!" :) Thanks Kellen and Shamrock we love our Van and so does the Hubby!

We had a great experience with the Shamrock Group. Kellen was very helpful. We shopped around at a lot of different dealerships, and these guys were very easy to deal with. We bought a 2014 Traverse, and it is everything we were looking for at a great price. They gave us a good price on our trade-in, and got us out the door fast. We traveled a long ways to buy a car, and they didn't waste our time.I would highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a newer/nice used vehicle!

We purchased a Suburban and loved the experience. We worked with Kellen and with Brady, both were very good to work with. We had a vehicle to trade in and they were very fair on the trade in value. Overall the Shamrock Group was very good to work with. I felt that they were very honest to us about the condition of the vehicle we purchased and were very fair on the price. For my next vehicle purchase in the future, we will go back to the Shamrock Group.The car was cleaned and they were very helpful in getting the options put in the car.

Shamrock was so easy to work with. We worked specifically with Kellen and he was so helpful and friendly. They had the exact car that we've been looking for for several months. It was a very fair price and they were willing to negotiate with us to make it a little more affordable for us. I was also impressed with how fast we got all the paperwork done and we were driving our new car home before we knew it! I would definitely recommend Shamrock to anyone looking for a good value.

I had an awesome experience with shamrock auto. Kellen the salesman was wonderful to work with. He had a great personality and I would reccomend them to anyone. Actually I just purchased my 2016 Ford F150 from him on September 21st and have already given his name to 2 of our friends. I would absolutely buy from him again. He made my buying experience non stressful!!!!

We visited Shamrock Auto a couple of days ago to look at a few Suburbans we saw listed online. While we primarily worked with Kellen, who was warm and friendly and very helpful without being at all pushy, everyone there was great. Kellen was very straightforward, honest and a pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond to help us get into the car we needed and help us past a few unique situational hurdles. He even advocated for us with the lender and got us a lower rate than we were expecting. I have never had such a positive car buying experience - I highly recommend the folks at Shamrock Auto!!Thank you from Gavin and Jenn!
