They have serviced my vehicles for years. They are honest and don't play games. They diagnose the problem and give me a call with the price for repair. It's all upfront. Unlike a dealership that won't be named, they don't give me some BS about needing a repair I didn't ask for on a part I had already replaced only a month before. (Struts and they looked brand new when I asked the dealership mechanic to look at them with me).Rant over... Anyway, I digress. LKC is even honest enough to tell me, "hey, you might not want to sink anymore money into a car this old." (Chrysler minivan with 200k) So yeah, I recommend using them.

I move to Pleasant Grove 16 years ago. I needed some work done on my car so I asked a friend which shop is the most honest and gives the best service. Without hesitating he said LKC. He was 100% right. I will never take a car to another shop. My whole family agrees.

These guys have been helping us with various car issues for years. They are honest and fair and always do good work. They stand behind their work and turnaround time for repairs is quick. We purchased a salvaged title vehicle and it had lots of problems that weren't disclosed to us. LKC helped us find and fix the issues to make the car safe.

I unexpectedly found my self in a tough situation. I spoke with Lewis and he went above and beyond to help me with needed information, to help me make some very had decisions with more clarity. I was very impress with their customer service!

LKC are freaking bros, they've hooked me up tons of times and are always super honest and I always get a good deal when I get my vehicles fixed by them. They're always friendly and quick to call me with any questions before they do anything with my car and are always on top of explaining my many questions in a way I can understand. My dad has gone to them for years and I've just recently started going but it's well worth the money and they're quick to help out even on short notice. They've saved me so many times and I'm so grateful they're local and available.

I struggle to trust auto mechanics due to previous poor experiences. However, a friend recommended LKC Auto to me.LKC did a great job working with my schedule. We didn't need the car while we were out of town for a few days. We dropped it off over the weekend and they kept it until we returned. It took them less than a day to get our A/C fixed and running cold.Chris was awesome to work with. He clarified exactly what was wrong with our A/C and they fixed it completely and for a fair price.Service: Air conditioning

Had a beast of an engine job. They helped me get everything in order because I had a warranty on my engine. Lewis was very helpful and worked with them. Unfortunately the warranty company was horrible (endurance). But Lewis kept at the job for weeks while working with them. He explained how they work and was patient and extremely helpful. When all was said and done, LKC was MUCH more than fair, even generous with me... HIGHLY recommend these guys.

We have taken all three of our vehicles to LKC for several years now. They are always up front about what needs to be done, how much it will cost and what can wait if you don t need it done right now. Very fair pricing. They have done everything from simple maintenance items to large repairs and we couldn t be happier with their service and professionalism, especially Chris Brightenburg. Very, very highly recommend them!

These guys are great, I would Highly recommend them! I feel like they are honest and charge a fair price. I took my 2016 Ford Explorer in because the front seats are heated and cooled and they were not working. I had already taken it to 2 other shops. The first one of them just said they had no idea what was causing it, because everything like fuses and switch s were fine. The other shop said they would have to replace the whole seats with the heating and cooling units in them, the cost would be over $2800.00 ($1400 ea. seat)! So I took it to LKC on a recommendation from a friend. They had it for a day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, took it back the next and they installed the part and everything works great! Best of all the cost of this seemingly complicated repair was only $206.00! That s less then 10% of the cost that the other shop wanted to charge me! I think I have found a mechanic for life! LKC Auto is an honest mechanic shop you can trust that does quality work. They always seem to find a way to fit me in to their busy schedule. It's never convenient when your vehicle has issues. Owner, Lewis Cox, has come to my aid and not only towed my vehicle but also recommended an excellent auto body shop when I needed one. Chris is pleasant and explains things so it is easy to understand. They have fixed issues that even the dealership couldn't. Don't go anywhere else if you want your problem solved right.

I got my on the spot inspection done here and it was super easy. Instead of driving all the way to the DMV to update my registration they did everything for me in about 15 mins. Good honest people, would recommend.

I have had them do work ranging from a control arm to a full engine replacement and every time they are amazing. Super helpful and get the job done right and at a fair price. Lewis and Chris are always great at explaining the problem and walking me through the options to get it fixed. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Huge thanks and shout out to LKC Automotive, wife temporarily broke down in front of their shop (just a radiator hose that came off) and the guy who does the towing for them lent us an eye and a hand in solving the issue. Despite me not officially using their services, I was extremely appreciative of their friendly professionalism and willingness to help out. Thanks you guys and Merry Christmas.

Obviously didn't dig very deep into the real problem. My truck wasnt starting so I took it in and they said it was a bad alternator and belt so I went and got brand new ones and put them in. It ran for the day then wouldn't start again the next morning so I did my own research and found that my fuel pump was running with the truck turned off. I give them one star cause they were really friendly but it seems like they did not try very hard.

It s taken me a couple of months to process the way that I was treated at LKC auto. The shop was recommended by friends that I trust so I was excited to have potentially found my new mechanic. Unfortunately, I feel completely taken advantage of and deceived. My car had a few maintenance lights come on suddenly so I took it to these guys to see if they could find a solution. They acted very confident in their diagnosis and charged me over $200 to have the tsb updated . When I left the dealership, the lights were off but the next time I started my car they came right back on. When my husband called about a guarantee of their work, they made it sound like it just needs additional work and that the work they did was required. A couple weeks later, I did some research online, and found numerous forums that suggested this was a common problem for these cars and all I needed was a new gas cap. Sure enough, that solved it and only cost me $15. I m very disappointed that not only could they not find a simple solution like this, but also that they insisted that the work that they did was required and would have helped solve the issue. I have no way of verifying that they actually did anything to my car other than disconnect the battery and reconnect it which temporarily turns the lights off. Unless you re a car expert, I would beware of taking your car to this shop. Better yet, don t take your car to this shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have used LKC numerous times over the past several years. They are always honest, timely, do excellent work, and very reasonably priced. Many thanks to a great mechanic shop. Some people wonder whether they can trust their mechanic. I have never had to wonder with LKC.

Incredible service at LKC I have worked with them on several occasions repairing my truck, they actually call you on the phone to let you know what's going on, they have always completed jobs early and their price is great value for the work and communication. Great mechanic huge standout especially compared to basically anyone else in North Utah or south salt lake counties.

Took my car in to have brakes done. 3 months later they have melted on the back side of the brakes. They don't take it into the shop to figure it out, they just drive it around until they hear the Noise of which I'm speaking of. Then they finally here it after I take the tech for a ride. They then discover the pads shifted and tell it's possibly my fault for letting them get to hot and this is what caused them to shift the spring clip on my Subaru for not shifting down on a descent. Well they replaced them free of charge. 3 days later the BRAND NEW Brakes start acting up AGAIN!!! They don't believe anything I'm telling them and tell me to drive 1K miles on them to break them in. So I take it in again and give them an opportunity to fix it, they just drive it around AGAIN and find nothing. Took it to Major League Auto Repair Just to have them tell me the clip wasn't installed properly. So LKC ended up paying for it which is great but shouldn't come to that if the job is done right in the first place. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they stepped up and paid for it.

Everyone there is so nice! They assisted me in retrieving heavy items from my car after an accident, and asked about how my husband was doing. They are helpful and kind, and probably the best towing company I've worked with!

I am very happy with LKC Auto. They were able to resolve an issue on my somewhat-customized tuner car that no one else had been able to do. They were highly recommended to me by a friend I trust, and now they are my auto repair shop of choice.

This shop is amazing! We had a few things that needed work and they got us in and done quick for a reasonable price and they won't try to tell you something is wrong, when it's not. Love trustworthy mechanics!

This shop is one of the most trustworthy I have ever dealt with. Chris, Randy and the guys are all awesome. They fixed a problem on my truck that other shops couldn't. You can't go wrong with LKC!!

I have fully vetted LKC Auto to partner with BlueStar inspections and have found them to be honest, reliable, dependable and attentive to details. I have sent many people to them for repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.
