This is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to! The staff worked tirelessly to make sure my car is in tip top shape! The price is reasonable and the work done quickly. The owner is usually on site as well, which is always a good sign for a local owned business. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Jake's!

I highly recommend Jake s Automotive for any of your needs!They re honest and transparent in communicating everything that needs fixing and what is going on with your car.I have a (not so great) third party warranty on my car and Troy and Crystal were very patient with them to make sure I could get the most coverage. Once I got an approved claim they replaced my clutch and transmission and now my car feels brand new!

Jake s is an incredible place. We had them perform 2 pre-purchase inspections for us and they caught multiple major issues on the first vehicle. All in all they saved us about $4,000 as we were just about to pull the trigger on the purchase. Could not be more grateful for Austin! They even did the inspections free of charge since they were slow. Couldn t recommend these guys enough!

Never had an issue with Jake's auto and I've saved money here after being told at another local shop I needed a whole new set of brake pads. Luckily I went to Jake's for a second opinion and they told me all four brake pads were fine and even gave me a diagnostic report showing how much wear was left. 5/5 cannot recommend enough.

The people at Jake's Automotive has always treated me with respect. I have never had an issue with their service. I have taken my old Bronco to them on many occasions. I would recommend their shop to anybody in search of a trusting mechanic.

A quick, incredibly honest, and professional auto shop. I felt really taken care of, and they took the time to explain the issues I was having with my vehicle instead of just charging me. Will work with them for all my car needs from now on!

Price is comparable to other places I've been. They're honest. They actually showed me the old brake pads that got replaced. They replaced a windshield wiper that blew off for a minimal price. Thank you.

Jake s automotive is hands down my favorite mechanic I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. These people go above and beyond in every respect. I ve worked with Troy extensively and he is thorough, and very attentive. I ve had an A/C issue for a while now that he is has taken an incredible amount of time to attend to even staying late to get it finished so I could have my car for the weekend. He is always looking for ways to save me money and keep me informed. Best mechanic I have EVER used.

Jake's Automotive was very quick and thorough when they worked on my car. They gave me a full breakdown of every part that needed to be replaced but also in an effort to save me money, gave me a list of things that I could maybe hold off on replacing until we had enough money. I was very impressed at the speed of the repair too. Even though they were extremely busy at the time, they were able to get us on the schedule and make all the repairs within a day so we didn't have to have to make other travel arrangements longer than necessary. I can't thank Jake's Auto enough! Quality service and professionalism I haven't seen in years! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!

Can t say enough how awesome these guys are. I got a full brake change with them and after about a month I was having issues, no fault of there s just the brakes. Brought it in and they took care of me. I live in south Jordan now but will 100% drive down to use them from here on out.

Jakes Automotive has great service, spoke directly to Jake, he's personable, knowledgeable, and his crew provides you with any other suggestions they see while servicing your vehicle. They will talk to you first to let you know these conditions and allow you to be personally involved with your car. Jake's is one of a few places that I trust to work on my vehicles. You will always find great customer service, knowledgeable mechanics, and that attention to detail that is missing from most automotive shops. Estimates and time frames have always been right on. I am always impressed with their quick turn around so I am not without my vehicle for too long. Jake's Automotive is the place to go!

Love this auto repair shop! I travel 45 minutes each way to come get my car worked on here because a good and honest mechanic is worth traveling for. It's nice to know you're well taken care of.

We had a problem with something in the drive train of our Jeep. Jake's took in in and checked it out and determined it was in the transmission. They couldn't repair it, but recommended a transmission servicer who was able to do the repair. We appreciate Jakes for checking it out and not charging us for their evaluation and appreciated their reference.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first time using Jakes and it was the best decision I've made in terms of mechanics. I am now going to be recommending Jake's to all my friends and family.I called Jake's on a Monday morning to see about getting my brake pads replaced and I was able to drop off my car the next morning, drop off was super easy, they called within 2 hours to quote me on the brake pads and notified me that a belt needed to be replaced as it was cracking and solved the three year long mystery of "why does my car sound like a dying penguin when I accelerate" and gave me a quote for that as well. I wasn't given a time frame but didn't think much about it and assumed it would be a couple of days. They called me later that afternoon apologizing but my car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, of course this was fine. Next morning my car was ready by 10am, pick up was just as easy as drop off and the staff was so kind. Crystal was very kind and professional every time I spoke with her on the phone. I've had my share of terrible mechanic experiences so I'm always weary but Jake's will be my go to for any issue going forward!Service: Brakes

Very honest, fair, reliable guys. Brought my truck in to get some brake work done. They took care of fast. I finally brought the truck into Jake s after I took it into a different shop a couple times. The other shop was never able to fix the problem but Jake had it fixed within a day. This is the best automotive service business I've ever worked with. They're efficient, honest and talented mechanics. They always manage to fit me in, even when I call last minute, and I'm always charged much less than expected. They're simply the best! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
