I ve been going to the Pleasant Grove Grease Monkey for 20 years and they are the best! They explain what is going on with your vehicle, but never pressure you to do more than you want to. The vibe is so positive and the check out lady is amazing.

I just went there to get a simple oil change that I had been putting off for a while. Honestly I was self conscious of my cars state when I brought it in which is part of why I put it off for so long. Just had dirty floors and trash and what not. When they had finished I found they had vacuumed out my car for me and left a little flower on the dashboard with no extra charge! I don t think they know how much that meant to me. Left with a smile on my face that lasted the whole day! Thank you for your kind service.

I love Grease Monkey, but the people at this location are dishonest. I brought in a coupon which was from a different location, and I admit I should have read the fine print, but he said we price match and our lower cost without the coupon is cheaper. I got frustrated but they refused to honor it. I called the other grease monkey and found out he was lying to me. It would have been $15 cheaper at a different location. Not a huge deal financially but 0 stars for lying.

I don't know who the guy is here that always greets me, but he s great. Every time I come in he makes me feel good as a customer.Most places these days feel like you re inconveniencing them by being a customer, but this location feels like the opposite of that.Like the good old days. Thanks again for coming in. Small stuff like that that adds up and creates long term loyalty.And this was me coming in at 1:55pm for emissions when they closed at 2pm on Christmas Eve Eve. (I told them I d just leave but he convinced me to stay and that it would only take 5 mins.Sure enough, I was out by 2pm. The lady that checked me out was efficient and kind too.Anyway, this guy has been there for years. Wish I remembered his name, but hopefully management treats him well.

These guys are amazing. I go here for my oil changes and always know they ll do a good job and get it done quick. Today I got my transmission and coolant systems flushed for a great price. I know I can trust these guys to do a good job, to not try to sell me services that I don t need, and to give me good advice when things do need to be done. Plus they always vacuum the carpets, clean the windows, and leave cute little flowers on my dash.

The Pleasant Grove Grease Monkey is my new place for car service. I went in for a registration renewal and asked for an oil change. The service person told me my oil was good and it didn't need to be changed. I was very surprised because most people are going to do what they can to make money. I won't go anywhere else for service.I did have them change my air filters and check everything else and I was very pleased. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

These guys are amazing!!! My dealership changed my oil on Thursday. By Saturday I had leaked oil all over my driveway. The dealership told me it would take 3 hours minimum for them to fix the problem. I went to Grease Monkey, they had me in and out SO FAST. Apparently the dealership had left the drain plug and the filter loose. Grease Monkey saved the day! Highly recommend!

I choose Grease Monkey every time for my oil change. They are quick, friendly, watching out for the customer, honest and efficient. Been going here since they opened. Never have I ever been disappointed in their services.

Super fast and I usually don t have to wait that long. Grease Monkeys is by far the best service you can get compared to all the other places out there. Not only that the place is always clean which makes it more comfortable to wait.

When I took my car in for an oil change, the people working there were really nice and I would love to go back, but I don t think I will. My car has been leaking oil since my visit and it was not leaking at all before I went there.

We drove our car out from New York and it was in need of repairs after we arrived. Owen the mechanic is great! He looked over our car and recognized what it needed, ordered the parts and we will be getting it fixed. The staff was very friendly and came right out to greet me when I arrived.

The folks at this location are just great. I have been going here for many years and highly recommend them. A few months ago I took my mother-in-law's car in for an oil change. Then a couple of weeks later she had a senior moment and took her car back in for an oil change. After the technicians got the car into the bay and looked up the information they realized that the oil had just been changed. They took the time to explain to her that all was good. Thanks for your care and honesty.

I love this place. They go out of their way to take care of you. Never feel pressured into anything. We've been going here so long if they suggest something we feel totally confident that they have our best interests in mind. Love how thorough this place is. Unlike the other place that rhymes with StiffyNoob, these guys don t haggle me on extra needs . Ex. If you know that I got a replacement of something like wipers the last time I was there, why ask me about it the next time? That s what I like about GreaseMonkey, they don t discuss redundant things with the customer. PG store is on point!

My brother recommended this place to me to have my emissions tested for my registration renewal. I didn't make an appointment - just drove over and walked in and told the lady what I was there for and she said to pull around back and park in front of the door that said 'emissions' (or something). I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so, despite the fact that there were several other people in there waiting for their vehicles, too. (They were obviously having something else done to their cars...) The price was reasonable and they filed the paperwork to the state for me, and gave me the sticker to put on my plate. They didn't clean the inside of my car (it was already clean, though) or put a flower on my dash like other reviews say they always do for them, but they do have a popcorn machine, and it was the best popcorn I've had in a really long time. The bags are small, but it's free!I definitely recommend this place!

Overall service not bad, but a little slow and way overpriced for some service. Cabin air filter is 6 months old and that said it needs to be replaced. Emissions $10 more then the average price around, including other local Grease Monkey locations. And with emission being over priced still wants to charge $10 for on spot licensing.Other locations has coupons for some services (like emission) this one does not according to Grease Monkey website.Will not go back.Service: Oil change

This location is only open until 6, which makes it difficult to get here after work on a weekday. When I arrived, the person that came to help me really seemed like they didn't want me there. Told me the wait would be 20 mins, and reminded me what time they close. It didn't even take 20 mins for them to be completely finished, and I was out of their hair before closing time. I also didn't notice pricing anywhere. I don't really like not knowing what it is I'll be expected to pay at the end of a service. It was over $100 for just an oil change and I still don't really know why, when it hasn't been close to that much in the past. I was impressed by their speed, but not the customer service I would've hoped for.Service: Oil change

The people were really nice and professional. They are NOT like Jiffy Lube where they try to push services. They recommend but don't push. I came in for an oil change. And, I was surprised because usually I wait 20+ minutes for an oil change but I was out around 10 minutes!Also, without expectation, they cleaned and tidied up my car...what kind of great auto shop does that?!?! Grease Monkey. Grease Monkey does. I'll definitely be coming back.

Best prices for the services they offer. The best technicians in the area. Not many oil change places have a qualified mechanic either. Grease monkey converted their old car wash into a mechanic bay to do more repairs than just lube services. Have never been disappointed with the service I've gotten. Nate is the best!

Not exactly cool to take a coupon for $15 off an oil change show the tech your coupon have them do the service then tell you after it is done that the coupon is for their corporate owned stores. I won't be going back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The services was fine, but they are basically just like Jiffy Lube. They ll try to talk you into paying more than you need to for all the extras.He tried to tell me that I needed a new cabin air filter even though it looked fine and I knew I had just replaced it on my last oil change.Then he tried to tell me that I should change the transmission fluid every 25,000 miles. It s an automatic 2015 Honda. Try closer to 100,000 miles maybe.Then he tried to tell me I should pay for the fuel system cleaner and I was just done listening by then.They do fine work I m sure, but I just hate getting the sales pitch every time I go for an oil change. I d recommend Lube Doc in Orem over this place.Service: Oil change

I have been getting my trucks and cars serviced here since they first opened. Have always done and excellent service with others double checking the work. They are only interested in the customer and making sure the vehicles are safe to drive. Staci and Jeff have been with the company many years and are great people. Fast, friendly, and very efficient. When I brought my new Ford I had free service at the dealer, but because of the great service I get at Grease Monkey I chose to keep going here. Love it
