Between moving we stored all our stuff in a climate controlled unit. Felt like we got a great deal for the 3 months we used it. The unit was incredibly clean, easy to access. We had a great experience with their team in the very few interactions we needed to have. 10/10.

Extra Space was so easy to work with! They gave us a discount for the first three months, they let us keep the lock for our unit once we moved out, and they happily answered any questions that we had. Accessing our unit every time was a cake walk. We would definitely use Extra Space again!

Bill was great to work with. Very easy process to rent a unit and he had me in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

I ve had a climate- controlled storage unit with Extra Space Storage for a little over four years - in Pleasant Grove, Utah. I ve seen a couple of resident managers come and go, but Bill has been at this site for at least two years. There was a period of about one year recently where I was ill and unable to check my unit. I was really worried that it would be a mess when I was able to check it (i.e., dusty, dirty and possibly even broken into). Much to my surprise, my unit and my storage items were perfect - like the same day I placed them in storage. Needless to say, I was very happy. Bill does an exceptional job keeping the hallways clean - and even the outside areas very clean (which helps keep the inside storage areas clean). Thanks Bill!

Here's how Extra Space storage works. You choose to rent from them because it seems like you're getting a decent monthly rental rate. Three months later, Extra Space will double the rent on your storage unit. They will not tell you. They hope that you won't notice, or that you'll be too lazy to move out to a different facility. This place is a complete bait and switch. Do not rent from here. Go look at the negative reviews for this place- there are plenty that will tell you the exact same thing. Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away at all costs and find a local storage place.

This seriously could not have been easier! I went online reserved the unit I thought would be big enough and the next morninng as we took our first load, we paid for the unit, signed the paperwork, and five min later we were at the unit. Bill Whitaker is the manager at the Pleasant Grove location and truthfully he could not have been nicer and more helpful.I have used serveral storage units over the years and I can truthfully say this is the BEST experience I have had, hands down! Keep up the good work Bill.

First rate business experience. Excellent facilities, best price and great service. Sounds corny but true. I was so impressed I prepaid for two years to lock in in the rate. Highly recommend.

My experience was awesome at the PG location! I had called to get a storage for myself and specifically wanted one next to my moms storage which is in pg. when I headed over with my things they said they set me up in Orem. Bill Whitaker was the best and super efficient/fast in switching me and setting me up there. I recommend 10/10 at this location. Good rates and awesome customer service!!! Thank you!

Before we had even moved in or completed our reservation they gave us a call and let us know there was a way to save a little money! Made it quick and easy and made sure we understood what the process looked like. Clean and professional

I Was wanting to change my storage situation as the cost wasnt worth it any more. Jeff was excellent at knowing storage options and promptly worked out a solution that I am happy with. He is much more experienced than previous managers

We stored our furniture and clothes in their storage unit for a year while we were in Germany. All of our items were still in great condition when we removed everything! Our unit was an outside unit and even with all the heavy snow fall this past winter, everything stayed dry and no weather damage occurred! We lost our keys to our storage unit and they helped us cut off the previous lock! They have great customer service and really took great care of us!! We will for sure use Extra Space Storage the next time we need to store anything!

I had a storage unit here for over a year, in that year, the price went up about $10 per month. Last month my rent DOUBLED. When I talked to Extra Space, they said they sent a notice out, but I did not get anything and was just charged the increased amount. The facility is great, the people are kind, but the prices are double and triple other places. I'm packing up my stuff and leaving.Since I cannot reply to the response below, I have already tried calling the facility multiple times, and was told you could not do anything for the price. Month-to-month is no problem as long as the price does not literally double.

Space was clean and nice. It was easy to rent online (I quickly found exactly what I needed). The move-in process was very streamlined and simple. And the move-out process was even easier.This was my 2nd time using them to store things while home for the summer. I will be using them again!

Move in and check out we re very easy. Unit was clean. Security was good and the facility was easy to access anytime I needed it. My only frustration was a random price increase after a few months of being there. Other than that, I m very happy with my experience.

Our business has grown at a rate much faster than expected. This has caused a need for the utilization of storage facilities for our company equipment and tools. We have looked at many facilities across Utah and Salt Lake Counties and Extra Space has become our favorite for a few reasons. The facilities are very nice, they have a variety of storage options, and the staff are always great. The on-site manager in Pleasant Grove (Bill) has been extremely helpful in getting us setup with multiple units. He has great insight about all the other locations as well as the one he is at. We have been very pleased with the services we ve been offered and will highly recommend Extra Space to anyone we meet. Thank you so much!

I ve had the best experience with this storage facility. Bill is the best there is hands down! Easy going, extremely helpful, and he just cares and you can tell when he speaks with you. I was looking for storage last minute and everywhere was either full capacity, unfriendly staff, or not a clean facility. After calling around the google listings I found Extra Space Storage gave them a call and was really impressed with them and purchased on the spot.It s now been 4-5 months being there and it s been a really great experience! I highly recommend doing business with them, Bill will take good care of you and will help you if you need anything! Thank you Extra Space Storage!

Signing up was easy and fast, and the price was reasonable. The unit itself is very clean and secure and getting into it is very convenient. I've rented from Extra Space Storage before and that's why I know it is a good place to come back to. Another thing I appreciated was personal reminders when the bill was due. They could have just let me get a late fee, but their concern was for the customer first and foremost, which is how it should be. I highly recommend this business and the people who run it.

One year ago I got into a unit that was $89 internet price. Within a three months it was up $124. Seven months later it jumped up to $224 all at once. It just doesn't seem right that the price would go up so much, all within a year. I closed out of the unit last weekend.
