I ve used Express Oil change in Tennessee for years and love the service. Always great people! My wife won t go anywhere else.My wife and I are visiting friends while we are traveling across the country, and visited the Pleasant Grove location. Michael and Hunter were very thorough and communicative. Super clean facility. Even better than my home town store.

I need the service done on my kids car. So I stopped in and they did a very good job. They got me right in and out real quick. Apparently they were celebrating their Google reviews. I would say they deserve to because they did a great job. Hunter was great!

Great spot for a quick and I saw a top rated sign for speed. Also got a brake job done super quick. Micheal knocked it out after the oil change. I hear we might even get tires there soon. Nice work.

I went to do emissions testing. It didn't happen because the car was stopped for a while, so good..... I ran the car for about 3 days, returned and the computer was not working, so far so good, total understanding, I returned for 3 more times and it was still not working. Today I arrived to redo it I found out that I will have to pay again because it has been more than 15 days....... But is it my fault that it's not working? It looks like they played dirty.So I felt robbed. So I say don't waste your time going to this rubbish store.

My family has been pleased with the service they ve received at Express so I stopped by (on a Utah Holiday) to check on pricing for service and diagnostic work on my sons Tribute Truck. The shop was fully staffed and busy. Brenden was the mechanic that came out to answer my questions. He was clear and professional and needed to make some phone calls to check on other answers. I headed home and he called me back within an hour. He had the answers, offered me fair pricing and support and told me he could work me in that very day. I went back over immediately and left the truck with them for the afternoon. He called me with updates and questions when needed and when the work was done.When I went in to pick the truck up I met the owner Joel. Everything about this operation was top notch, professional, timely, with fair pricing. It s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and shop and Express Oil Change and Service earned my respect and business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I came in Saturday afternoon for an emissions test and registration renewal. I had to wait ten or fifteen minutes for the car in front of me to finish with its work, but that was fine with me. Then they had me pull into the bay and did the testing while I waited in the car. It only took maybe ten minutes to have everything I needed done. The guys that helped me were all very friendly and professional. The price was reasonable. I'm happy with my experience and I'll definitely come back as needed.

Best and fastest oil change. They were informative and didn t tell me I needed a bunch of other things just to make the sale. Gave me quotes on new tires while I waited since I ll be needing those in a couple of months. The gentleman who helped me was so kind!

We ve been coming here since about 2021 and since then it s the only place we take our cars to get work done! Reasonable prices, only fix what you need and never pressure you into fixing things that don t need it! Also cool that they give you a list of things to keep your car running at peak condition!! Love this place!

Went in today for an oil change, gotta say this place is hands down. I would highly recommend. This is the only place i can think of where you stay inside your vehicle the entire time while they get the work done. I really liked the costumer service that was provided. Both Daniel and Lu both did amazing, great communication, and they explained everything. 5+ stars for these two helpful workers.

I backed into a nasty sharp curb in a parking lot, breaking a pipe on my muffler. Express Oil is a full service shop so I took the car in right away. They had my car in within 20 minutes & welded the pipe back onto the muffler for a very reasonable price. The mechanics we very friendly & helpful ~ getting me back on the road in a very short time. We will definitely be coming back for service in the future. This is a great company I can trust! Thank you, again!

Every time I go here I am well taken care of. I even bring my two kids under two and it isn t a nightmare! They give us candy while we wait in our car! IN OUR CAR! I don t have to unpack my kids and chase a toddler around! They do quick efficient work! I ve never been there longer than 25 minutes!

Excellent service from this location every time I take my vehicles in. I love that we can stay in the car. They are fast and they communicate well as a team and make me feel like I m part of that team (I guess I m the boss on the team; but they keep me in the loop on what s going on under the hood). They even attempted a competitive coupon match and didn t make me feel bad for asking. Thank you for your professionalism!

My wife and I recently had our car serviced for an oil change here and it was a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and didn't pressure us into unnecessary upgrades. Hunter, in particular, provided exceptional service. Consider us a couple of new regulars.

I am so impressed with the honesty and integrity of the staff at this facility. I went in expecting to spend hundreds of dollars on some repairs I thought needed to be done right now and they assured me I did not need the service at this time. They could have told me yes I needed it and made the repairs.Thank you for looking out more for me and not just taking my money.I will definitely return as needs arise!

Called these guys because they were close for getting new batteries. Their availability to jump right on it and their inventory made a quick visit out of things. No extra charges. Their price was already 10-15% better than everyone else and without garbage fees they were almost 30% less than everyone else. Hunter took good care of me.

I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. These folks are professional, friendly, and above all honest. If your car's got a stupid computer in it that tells you you need an oil change when you don't, they will double check before performing a service, instead of charging you for services you don't need done. I'm more than happy to keep coming back here, even if other places are closer. Well worth the drive.

This location was very close to my house and there was no wait. The staff was polite and I didn't have to get out of my car. I had my emissions testing done, got my state taxes paid, got my paperwork and my license plate sticker and was on my way, all within 10 min. Very convenient.

My appointment was at 4 o'clock. When setting the appointment I said we would be waiting there for the car.When we got there, the guy said it woulld take an hour to an hour and a half, just for a diagnostic on some noises, and he said they would call when they were done.I told him, on the app, I said we would be staying, not realizing it would take so long.After the hour and a half, we asked about how it was going.They hadn't even started looking at the car.If there had been a lot of cars there, I could understand, but I counted 5 guys, and two other cars, both other cars on the oil change/emissions side.They mumbled something about him being the only one who could do emissions.First off, how does it take an hour and a half on emissions, second, what good is an appointment, and third, where the heck was any form of communication?Don't waste your time with this place, when there are mechanics on nearly every corner.

Lu was absolutley incredible and the absolute best mechanic and associate I have ever dealt with. Extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process in what services I asked to have completed and made me feel comfortable and not like a number. He definitely deserves recognition. I went in to get an oil change done! I have to say I was very impressed! They took really great care of me! The team was quick and professional in getting me in and out! I also got to meet the owners and I have to say, what awesome people they are!! Overall recommend this place to anyone to get a oil change done or anything mechanical! If I could give this place a 10/10 I would! Highly recommend Express oil change!

Hunter took care of me and my Kia Soul today. He was great! Gave clear explanations about everything he did. Seemed interested in taking care of me not about sales or anything. Offered additional services and explained why he felt I should get them. All in all, great!

This place is the best! All the guys that work here are always so friendly, quick and efficient! Jason is super nice and does an awesome job! The owner always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone for the fastest oil changes and quality experience. Way better customer experience than Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey.

I've gone in there a couple of times and got an oil change and without very quick I also got my tags renewed and it was quick as well and then I noticed the garage next door so I started taking my car for repairs. Compared to where I was going before to get my car's fixed, they are so much nicer here and polite and truthful and helpfulKeeping my cars running. Thank you

Best place ever! I didn t have to wait for hours or even get out my car to get my service done! I ve been to several places where they never had enough people to help you or they hassle you but here, they are so efficient and honest. They really are the definition of express and I will definitely be coming back!
