After doing estimates for several damages that I had on my RV in different shops all around Utah County and SLC County I can say they are definitely the most affordable option around! So I decided to move on with them and just got my RV yesterday and I'm very satisfied with the results. I'll definitely bring my RV to them whenever I need again and I'll recommend to all my friends.

They went above and beyond for me. Spent time answering my questions, and addressing my concerns. They went even further than what we shook hands on. Can't say enough good about my experience with everyone there. The mechanics are great. The sales team is amazing. The owner is straightforward and to the point. Will definitely be a returning customer for life.

When we called about the toy hauler I was informed by Ashton they are a family business that served the community for 35 years. He said he knew the people that had the unit before me and the really kept care of things. He went on to say that they completely went through their trailers to make sure there were no gas or water leaks, the wheel bearings packed, brakes checked, lights all working, all appliances working and everything topped off and ready to go camping. I informed him we were coming from Grand Junction, co. We sent him a deposit and he ask if we could pick it up around 2:30pm to give them time to get it ready. We arrived exactly on time but it was not ready and the wheel bearings had not been packed or checked. We gave them time to get that done and came back. I had to quickly get another receiver as mine was not tall enough. When we hooked up the lights did not work but they got that fixed. When I left their shop and pulled out on the interstate a gal pulled right in front of me and I noticed I barely got stopped. When we got home we noticed water was leaking out the main holding tank. On close inspection I found the outlet was cracked and had been that way for some time. After pulling the holding tank, we found the fill connection also cracked and someone had taken a hose clamp to try and fix it. While working under the trailer that s when I found all the brake wires cut off which explained why I nearly had an accident! We trusted Ashton and that was obviously a mistake. Couldn t even get it registered due to the ineptness of the dealer not getting all the information from the previous owner. Buyer beware of this dealer!

Ashton was really great to work with and was incredibly helpful in finding an RV that fit our budget. Their prices were very competitive to the marketplace and they offer maintenance services to keep the RV in great condition on a going basis so that gave us peace of mind. Especially since they have been in business for so many years. Highly recommend Dallans RV to anyone looking for a great RV at a great price!

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULI didn't believe the bad reviews either, but please trust me when I say, if there's any good reviews, they're likely manufactured by friends and family.I wasn't going to even write anything about what happened to us on here and just leave it be. But then I thought about it, and I honestly would not ever want what happened to me and my family to happen to someone else who may put their trust in these people. I won't go into detail about it, but they are incredibility dishonest individuals. You will be lied to by them. And they will have no problem keeping your deposit even when we didn't get the camper we drove 7 hours to pickup. Please be very careful when doing business with this establishment.

Beyond satisfied !! Had bad experiences with other Rv service departments. service reps were rude. Acted like I was incompetent (I m a new Motorhome user) Prices were almost double. Dallins RV prices were unbeaten ! , Ashton was very patient , answered all my questions, The work was phenomenal!! completely happy!!! highly recommend.!

I have had a number of great experiences with Dallans RV. I brought one of my trailers in to their maintenance shop because I completely broke off a fender cover which tore out the lights and made a mess of the passenger side. Jared greeted me and talked me through getting it fixed like I was a VIP. He knew exactly what to do. He ordered the parts and had it up and fixed in no time. He even happily stored my trailer for me for a time as I was unable to get back to pick it up in a timely manner. Super friendly about the whole thing.I also had a great experience renting a 26 ft bunk house trailer for a family trip. They took all sorts of time making sure I had all the info I needed, set me up with an equalizer hitch and made sure we were all set up even though there were plenty busy. They always treat me like I'm their only customer while multitasking and taking care of everyone there. Love this place, I'd go see Jared in the maintenance shop all day, every time, with any question. That guy knows his stuff.

Dallans is a poorly ran business. No morals,respect for customers seriously lacking,No accountability, return property not working same as it was when they received it . Don't believe me? Read others reviews.

I had a trailer hitch installed for my Volk s Wagon. Ashton gave me a fair deal for not the easiest job. I had a part ordered and he was quick to answer his phone and let me know where were at. He is very good at communicating day of service. Happy to have done business him!

This place was beyond disappointing. My husband was the easiest client any salesman would want. He had a cash offer for Dallin. All we had to do was put up the down payment which my husband did and at that time Dallin said we can pick up our trailer in a week while they go through everything and make sure everything works, and that he will pick up our plates for the trailer too. We assumed they were checking over everything, making sure there was no broken parts or leaks in the week they kept the trailer. We were so wrong. They did nothing. First day we brought home our trailer, there was a water hose that was broken, and the issues just kept popping up including a bad furnace (1000 dollar repair) and 5 other serious issues. And for the plates that Dallin said himself he will pick up, took 5 WEEKS to get it. Dallin kept giving excuses after excuses to my husband when he would call Dallin asking for the plates. Dallin and his team are not professional and have the worst customer service I've ever seen or heard of. You can not trust what Dallin says. You are better off buying your trailer somewhere else. Dallin's RV is JOKE!

Ordered a 2022 Eclipse Attitude with everything we wanted on it. Ordered an efficient air conditioner for more money so we could utilize the 4000 watt generator with both air conditioners. We even paid a change order fee on all the other changes we wanted (upgraded axles, screen in the back, stainless steel, frameless windows, high efficiency flood lights). Did a signed contract and paid a deposit. When the trailer arrived it had upgrades and additional items on it that we never agreed upon, and now we need to pay more in order to get the trailer. We were frustrated because it's not what we ordered and we had a signed contract. We just wanted the trailer we ordered. Completely disappointed, we passed on numerous trailers waiting for this one, only to be told if we wanted it we had to pay over $6,000 dollars more or we could get our deposit back. Even told us that other people that had orders from him were having the same issues and they were okay paying more and he hoped we'd be okay as well. I told him no I'm not ok with having to pay more. Instead we chose to take the deposit back. We left angry and disappointed that we weren't able to get the trailer we originally agreed upon.

I am really grateful I found Dallans RV. They give amazing service at an affordable price. I feel that they are very honest. They have always treated me very well and in a timely manner.Whenever I ask for suggestions about fixing my Camp trailer they give me the best possible options without thinking of their own pocketbook.I highly recommend all my friends and family to them. Thanks Dallins RV for doing such a great job.

Amazing small business company! When i first moved to Utah I went to a few other places in the area and had terrible experiences. Decided to try here a while back and loved the atmosphere and complete trust i felt! Not one negative thing to say. It s truly hard to find good real honest people these days especially at dealerships. Whether you re looking to buy an RV, or just need parts/service/repairs (I have done both here) go to Dallans RV. Great prices and work all around! won t ever go anywhere else

They seem relatively nice at first, but heaven help you if you have problems with your rental because they won't.We should have been tipped off when their front office wasn't staffed when it was supposed to be, or when their service team were bad mouthing the previous customer for being stupid and damaging their rentals.We rented an RV for a week. The families all took time off work and we gathered for a family outing. On check-out, we found a few issues that Dallans fixed. However, once we got to the campsite we noticed some more problems. The spare tire was flat with a screw in it. The water tank sensor read empty even after filled. Later we found that the grey water and black water tank sensors also didn't work. But the worst was when the power completely failed the first night. No lights. No refrigerator. No water. The campsite didn't have water either, so we were rationing our H2O water bottles.We contacted Dallans the next day once we had cell signal. We expected a quick apology and a helpful attitude to get us back in service. Instead, we received denial and accusations. Our vacation was in jeopardy and the best that they could come up with was a list of explanations about how it was impossible that the system could be broken.In the end, we were (miraculously) able to find a different campground quite a distance away with full hookups on a busy camping week. We lost a day of vacation finding the campsite and had to pay more for the hookups, but the crisis was averted.When we brought the RV back on Monday, only the repair staff was available for the check-in. There still was no one in the front office.A month later, they still had not refunded our deposit. We tried to contact them multiple times since, but they didn't respond to email or phone. Eventually we had to file a complaint with our Credit Card company just to get the deposit returned.Bottom line, do you want to risk your vacation? I suggest that you go with a more professional team that will stand behind both their customers and their equipment.

Dallin s RV was unbelievably helpful. I m a new camper owner and I m completely clueless. They went through my entire camper with me and trouble shot every single system. Then they showed me how to work and operate everything. One of the things we discovered was a super slow draining sink. I had taken it to another RV shop that told me the pipe was small and it would cost a fortune to switch out the tube. This didn t make any sense to me because the the drain tube was the size of a lawn hose. Dallin s found the problem and customized a drain that runs beautifully and fast! At one point I had the owner and two of his techs out working with me and fixing all the stuff. This was all after I came in needing help for a trip we were leaving for in four hours. I can t say enough about how great they are. I ll never go anywhere else.

I LOVE Dallans and especially Dallan himself. So helpful and kind and professional....and he goes the extra mile. Yesterday he went out of his way to make sure my Class C motorhome was working....had some electrical problems, they diagnosed it and fixed it and it works great....He took his time to give me some valuable pointers for owning a motorhome. Just a great experience. Dallan is awesome and so is his friendly and professional staff. I will be going there from now on. Prices were fair and service was excellent

The price was decent and the job was done when they said it would be, but the office was very dirty and the customer service was poor. If you want a good price and want the job done on time I had no complaints.After my review was posted the manager took time to call me and apologize for the poor customer service experience. We had another repair done and again the job was done great and the price was fair. Communication was good and the overall experience was much better this time.

Haven't gotten my food truck back yet. So we will see. Should cost max 310 so far. Hopefully reviews r wrong. They seem nice enough and knowledgeable..Update, they did And aweso.e Job replacing 5 broken pipes and wintsrizing.I store my truck there and there 24 he security is awesome. Very aware. Ran a guy out one nite and come with flashlight to stand with me tell I left. That's awesomeI love the crew, great hard working guys.Manager is very professional.

Rarely do you have a good experience when buying vehicles, but we loved working with Dallans RV. Very helpful and friendly sales staff, and the service went out of there way to fulfill all of our needs. Thank you! Recommend for anyone with RV needs

I came to Dallan's RV because they had the trailer we needed I'm stock. I was surprised at how well we were treated by Dallan and his crew. There's no pressure, they are reasonable people and they took care of us as a customer. I'll be coming back for our RV needs.

These guys are fantastic!! They helped me get my brakes wired up that day when all the other shops in town we're two weeks out. Price was fair and they did great work. Will definitely be going back.

Dallan and his son Jared are good people. I have rented trailers from them on multiple occasions and they have been reasonable with me. One time the batteries were going bad on the trailer, so Dallan reimbursed me for a new set that I picked up and installed while I was out on the road, with no hassle. I will continue to look to them as a trusted source for RV needs.

We bought a trailer with a trade in 3 months ago. We still don't have our title. We can't get plates and have been told we will have our title "next week" for months. At this point i'm convinced the previous owners took the trade in money from Dallan and didn't pay off their lien. Hopefully we can just return the trailer and get our money back. Be careful of buying used RVs from Dallans.

Changing rating... Originally had big issue with getting charged a different price then quoted. They fixed that and refunded the difference after a lot of back and forth. We appreciated them making it right . But then we took the trailer out camping and found a leak from the toilet that should have been fixed, now it has to go back because we paid for it to be fixed... They should have found it if they checked the lines. Not fun to wake up to water on the floor from your toilet.... Not very impressed

Update: Dallans has corrected most of the issues listed below and has made an attempt to prevent these sorts of issues in the future by improving their work management software and hiring additional personnel.Update: Dallans is attempting to correct the issues stated below and they are also increasing their staff to try to handle the workload. I will update this review once the work has been completed.Dallans has failed to complete several service jobs on our motorhome over the course of the last 6 months. They left us with a partially installed towbar system, a roof mount crank down antenna mast that was installed backwards, and numerous wiring related issues that I had to correct myself. I am completely unhappy with the service we have received. We will continue to store our motorhome as the location is very convenient and the monthly storage rate is low but I would recommend that you find another company for servicing your rv.

Very frustrating to call for a parts quote then have them increase the price by 20% when you arrive. I even double verified the price before driving to their store. Too many places that are honest to return to one that is not. - To owner: Thanks for your response. While I did not specify I didn't have a core I did mention that I wanted to buy an additional battery to increase the number of batteries for the RV. I will share the blame in that. However, that only covers 10% of the price increase not the 20%. My frustration now is that you waited until I wrote a negative review before you were willing to work from me. Hopefully this can be a learning opportunity.
