I just want to give a massive thanks to Austin at BMW pleasant grove. My buying experience was as smooth and professional as it comes. Austin, his manager, and team understands the importance of greeting their customers with a firm handshake and a warm smile to which I feel through recent experience, too many salesmen in these parts lack. Austins business acumen was nothing short of exemplary! When he called me on Saturday evening in response to an inquiry I made online, he has been, patient, professional and completely ready to work on my schedule. From sharing information about the car, to providing numbers and setting up the appointment and finalizing the sales, Austin really delivered on a great sales experience. On a business front, its refreshing that BMW PG don t shove add ons nitrogen filled tires and gap insurance down your throat. This is how to win business. My service advisor, Ben, was very courteous, honest and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my 2020 X7 that I had just bought used, made sure it was in good shape and didn t try to up-charge me for anything. I was just passing through on a road trip, but they treated me like family. Thank you!

Top notch customer service is how I would describe my experience with BMW of Pleasant Grove. Austin Burt allowed us to take our time in picking the perfect car for us. Thanks for the exceptional service. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. I arrived on time for my oil change and car check and my service advisor Johnathon wasted no time in getting me checked in. That s a plus for me! What stood out the most for me is the fact that I was not present while my car was being worked on but I was sent a video of what was being done. The guy in the video explained everything so well.And they were done with my car in a timely manner. I m pleased. BMW of Pleasant Grove is the best. Superb service. Thanks again for taking care of my car.

Service experience was exceptional. Brought my XM in as there was no heat from the heater. They quickly found the heating element was bad, ordered a replacement, and the issue was resolved quickly. No hassles and I have heat again. I always have great experiences with the service at the Pleasant Grove BMW dealership. Very professional and the communication is always top notch. Thank you

Great efficiency in performing the work I requested and liked the extra touches such as a video documenting an inspection of critical systems before they started work, and giving me a Lyft ride when I had to leave the car overnight. One unresolved problem: the service advisor gave me info about limits on my ability to get warranty service. Her info was shown to be incorrect when I called BMW-USA Customer Service. The latter enrolled me in the US warranty program, which the dealership told me was not possible. Overall however, good & friendly service, not overpriced. All tasks completed well and on time.

Jonathan in the services department is amazing. Best service I been a BMW customer for last 12 years, and they are super snobby in both dealers, however if you want someone nice and always willing to help out you ask for Jonathan, always willing to go the extra mile for you. His is the definition of an asset ( sequence of cash flow ) the day he leaves is the day I will stop going, and will tell everyone to go to Porsche! He is the only reason why I still have my junk M3 and M5 comps.

Great sales and service! We bought two BMWs a 330 I and an X3 from Bryan Gonzalez, he is super friendly and helpful. It was an extremely easy and simple process all completed online. The only reason to head to the dealership was to pick up the cars.

We were concerned about buying a vehicle sight unseen, but Alex and Ryan answered all of our questions immediately. This place has amazing Customer service. The experience was fantastic from the start to the end. Any obstacles than got in the way they knew how to go around it. Everyone working here seems to be very knowledgeable and they all care to make sure you have a great experience. I tried a couple different dealerships and used car lots before I decided to drive a hour out to check them out, I m glad I waited to purchase my vehicle from here. No other dealership made me feel as comfortable as this place. Thank you for the excellent service!

Not only were they surprisingly affordable, but they cleaned my car for me! (It was quite dirty ). Also, they really check everything, they even send you videos to talk about what they checked and tell you how long you have until those things likely need service. They didn t try to nickel and dime me, or find fake issues to charge me for. The car runs beautifully, and I couldn t be more happy.

Much better service this time as opposed to a year ago (2023). Jonathan Diaz was extremely professional and accommodating during the service of my X3. He wisely suggested I purchase the BMW Ultimate Oil Care package, which halved the cost oil changes over three years. In fact, I will also be considering adding the service to my older 330i. In addition, Jonathan made sure to have the technicians collect an oil sample and even offered to arrange a shuttle ride back to my home or the use of a loaner car. The oil change was done in just over an hour and I received an extensive video inspection by the technician. I also want to thank Brian at the front desk and intake garage, who also made my visit exceptionally pleasant and offered to tip off my coolant himself. I m not sure what has changed over the course of a year but I appreciated every aspect of my visit this time (February 2024) and I genuinely look forward to returning. Thank you BMW pleasant Grove for restoring my trust in the dealer!

I brought my 2009 328i in due to shaking while braking. I mentioned that the rotors should be looked at. My service manager told me that a diagnostic would be needed to determine which rotors would need servicing. That same day, I was told that the cause of the vibration was a thrust arm bushing. I approved for this to be replaced. Once replaced, I was informed that the vibration was not fully resolved and further assessment would be needed. It was then made known that the front brakes (rotors, brake pads, and sensor) needed to be replaced due to a warped front rotor that was non-machinable due to wear. This felt like an expensive misdiagnosis and, after making this known to our service manager, she spoke with the dealership s manager. Some time later our service manager let us know that the dealership manager approved to take care of the rotors for us. This meant that he approved it to be rotated and machined to 22.5mm (minimum spec is 22.4mm per the dealership), but we weren t made aware of this action until after we paid for the service. This service did eliminate the shaking and we are happy with how the car is operating now, but this leaves us with questions. We weren t told exactly what take care of the rotors meant; since we were told that the entire brake assembly needed to be replaced because the rotor was considered non-machinable, we didn t expect to see that the rotor was machined on our service write up. What changed? This feels misleading. Did the car need replacement parts or not? It s certainly cheaper to machine cut rotors then replace them. Long story short: the problem is now resolved, but for how long? If the 60 day service warranty expires and the shaking returns because the rotor did in fact need to be replaced, will BMW in Pleasant Grove stand by how they chose to take care of the rotors ?

I hate the car buying process!!At least I used to.I have BMW friends who have told me that once they go BMW they never go back.I am starting to figure out why.I called into the dealership and by chance got connected with Shawn, he waited all day communicating clearly and effectively throughout the day until I could make it to the dealership and when I finally arrived had picked out the perfect car for what I had described I was looking for over the phone.We test drove it and Shawn drove it first. That was the right move. He showed me a ton about the car so that when I got behind the wheel I was familiar with it, best test drive I have ever taken!We returned to the dealership and I looked at every other option only to realize Shawn had done his job well.In under two hours I walked in, made sure I loved the car and walked out with keys in hand.Shawn is hands down the best sales associate I have worked with buying a car and the entire dealership from the moment I walked in the door made the experience fantastic.I love my new car and suspect that now that I have gone BMW, I will probably never go back

Our service planner was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We had made the appointment online, there were no issues with this. We arrived as expected, and she took us in immediately. We had more work done to our X6 than we expected to have done, all work that needed to be done.. In addition to the oil change we had new brakes, new tires, and multiple filters replaced. We waited onsite for the repairs to be done. Our service advisor checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. They reported that they had washed the car, but we found dirt on the header above the drivers side window.. Fortunately it cane off reasonably easy. They replaced the tires and brakes, and washed the car one would have thought that the wheel rims and tires would have been washed, wiped off or cleaned. Tires had smudges on them and rims could have been wiped off. Overall though we had a good experience compared to the other BMW Dealership to the north. I would recommend to anyone to bring their BMW to this dealership if they can even though it might be more of a drive, I do not believe that you will regret taking you vehicle to this dealership.

Deficient customer service, left phone message with the director of service which was never returned.Shared my warranty question and concern in person during a 10,000-mile maintenance visit. No one could answer and the person in charge of warranty was not on-site. I was told she would call me in the afternoon. Call was never returned.After weeks of emails and messages it turns out I was sold a dent protection of no effect when combined with paint protection film, and despite dealer s promise of a full refund, I only received reimbursement pro-rated on time elapsed during which I had no actual protection.DO NOT BUY DENT PROTECTION FROM BMW WHEN BUYING PAINT PROTECTION FILM ON YOUR VEHICLE.

I was one of the first appointments and it took them 3 hours to check a cup holder. I was promised that if it took more than 45 minutes they would be fixing it for them to only come out after 3 hours and say they had to order the part when I asked why it took so long they couldn't give a reason. I just bought my car from this location and the cupholder already broke. I am also frustrated because they said they order the part and still have never called. They weren't very nice and kept trying to add on oil changes and filter replacements I didn't need since I bought the car only a few months prior and then told me they still check those out when I explicitly said I didn't need them to do that. I am just very upset with the overall treatment of the experience from the maintenance side when the selling side of this store was so nice and helpful.

These folks know how to do business!! I bought a used BMW 2020 X3M from Alex. I was very impressed by the lack of hassle, amount of quickly answered questions, and pure simplicity of my experience. He was great throughout the whole process. I am from Kentucky and I have been in the independent BMW service business for 20 years so of course I was on guard. Everyone I spoke with during the process was very helpful and considerate of my time and requests. Shoutout to BMW Master tech, Tyler, and Erin in finance for answering all of my questions thoroughly as well. Alex even put me in contact with a transport company who were great as well. I highly recommend BMW of Pleasant Grove if you re buying a BMW.
