Wish I could give this place more stars. It s such a refreshing surprise to work with a tire place which ***far**** exceeded my expectations. I ve never considered Big-O as an option before, mainly because I ve always used the big box membership retailers to service our tires (but always have a super frustrating, time-consuming experience). My recent positive experience has converted me to becoming a Big-O customer at this PG location.I came to this location to service a tire from a used car purchased for our son in college (the car has Big-O tires). I booked an appointment online, which was super easy. It was such a lovely and welcome surprise when the entire process took less than 30 minutes. Bryan C. is the kind person who helped us; please know you are a true customer service gem! I also witnessed the care and attention everyone received. As a stressed mom with two kids in college and multiple cars to take care of, I was so grateful the process was so easy. I am so glad that there are still places which prioritize customer care. And I am happy to be a future loyal customer.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The past two years, I have been trying to get mechanics to look at my girlfriends ABS on her minivan, all of them kept saying nothing is wrong with it but Big O found the issue and fixed it.The customer service is also amazing, they treat their customers like family. They have amazing deals. Definitely recommend Big O in PG!

I reached out to this location to help fix up my 2001 Ford Mustang and they did very well. I don't feel like I've been taken advantage of in any way because they were direct and concise with what needed to be fixed. After comparing the prices they provided me their price was only slightly higher due to labor costs and is very reasonable. After driving my car for a couple of days I've run into 0 issues.I would definitely recommend this location if anyone has a vehicle that's been sitting around for years and needs a fix up.

Had a great experience a few days ago with this Big-O Tire shop. Woke up to a flat tire on my Toyota Carolla, caused by a piece of sheet metal I found embedded in the tread. Figured out my wife had purchased the tires at this shop a couple summers ago so I gave them a call. Even though my wife hadn t purchased any sort of extended warranty when she bought the tires, they said to come on in and they would repair it free of charge. So I pumped up the tire and drove down there, and they fixed the tire in less than 30 min start to finish. Friendly staff, clean waiting area, and great service. And the tire repair was solid because I ve driven on it for a few days with no problems. Very pleased with this shop.

This is by far the best Big O around. They never talk down to you like you re stupid, they have women that work the counter and they are knowledgeable and professional, I always work with Dakota and she s great.I stopped going to the AF Big O because every time I went in, I was treated like a dumb woman who didn t know what she talking about and I got so tired of the sexism that I decided to not use Big O again.However, this Big O, has restored my faith. The whole staff has been great.

Car maintenance always stresses me out, but Steve and the other employees were so friendly and knowledgeable, and made this a great experience. Super easy check-in, the service was quick, and the waiting area was clean. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Was helped by a friendly gentleman with a long beard. He was extremely kind as I came in hauling two kids. He was fast to help me and when I was done he helped carry one of my kids to the car.So happy to have gone to this location and to have received the help I did.

I have not been happy with other Big O s that I ve been to.. but I ve been going to Pleasant Grove for a couple of years now and they always do a great job. Their customer service is great and they do quality work! I would recommend Pleasant Grove Big O any day!

I ve had several positive experiences here. Most recently, I went in with a screw in my tire and was expecting to have to buy a new one. But they brought it back 20 minutes later saying it was patched and free of charge!

We had a nail in a tire and brought it in, hoping to get it fixed without an appointment. Not only did they fix it immediately, we weren't charged for the repair. Customers for life!

I always have had excellent experiences with BigO and this time was no different. I had to have a tow truck drop my car off there after midnight, with no idea what was going on with it. I had a diagnosis andn an estimate around 9am and the work was done just after noon. The car has run brilliantly since. The staff are friendly and worked with my service contract to minimize costs to me. As always, I highly recommend Big O Tires for all kinds of car repair and maintenance needs.

The Big O Tires located right off State street-past Lindon and in Pleasant Grove, has excellent customer service and caring, hardworking Employees/staff. Dakota helped me right away as I pulled into their parking lot. She was kind, professional, friendly, very helpful and was able to fix an old busted tire and I didn t have to wait for the new tire any longer than approximately 10-15 min. And another kind lady who rang me up before I left, adjusted the price to an even lower, more manageable price that fit my budget which so extremely thoughtful and understanding of them and I truly appreciated their sincere generosity, hard work, and above and beyond customer satisfaction. I will absolutely use this Big O Tires store at this location for any future car services or tire needs etc. I was very impressed and pleased with how I was treated there. I recommend them to anyone who needs car or tire services.

I ve gone to get oil changes, new tires, and routine maintenance. Today I brought my truck in because I heard a grinding noise that I thought could have been the brake pads. The mechanics looked at my truck and noticed the back plate was out of place and rubbing against the rotor, so they just popped it back into place. They didn t charge me a thing!I ve gone to many auto shops and they are by far the most honest and best group I ve worked with. (They re cheaper than other Big O s in the area as well!)

I like these guys. I moved to the area recently and they do good work and are easy to work with. I need work quite often as I drive for work and Big O in Pleasant Grove is always able to get me in when I need it. Thanks guys!!

I am going to come here way more often. I haven't come here before and I am not sure why. I called in and asked for a simple tire rotation and balance. They told me they could have me done within 20 minutes. I drive down, and they exceeded that and had me out in 15 minutes. Their customer service was also amazing. Nicest people to be around. All the other customers seemed happy and they were moving pretty quick. I will be coming here for all my tire needs in the future. Don't hesitate coming here for car needs.

I have a 2008 Toyota Avalon that just rolled over 100k. Started throwing a Coil Cap code and figured it was time to change the spark plugs anyway. I worked with Steve, the owner, and he really knows his stuff and has some very knowledgeable mechanics working for him. You may think, changing spark plugs isn't that big of a deal. Well that is what I thought till I looked it up on YouTube. Needless to say, it was not something that I wanted to hassle with. The service, friendliness and cleanliness of my car when I got it back was absolutely wonderful. I had shopped around for pricing and they were very reasonable. For the quality of workmanship I would have gladly paid more, but I am glad I didn't have to. You never notice, over time, the performance drop off, with today's computerized cars they can compensate quite a bit, till they throw a code. After the new plugs and a coil cap it feels like driving a new car again. I run the Big-O Legacy Tour tires and the brakes are coming up on their end of life. I will definitely be taking my cars to the Big O in Pleasant Grove for all my maintenance from not on. Thank you Steve, and to all your employees as well.Victor

If you need tires this is the place. They are so nice and fast. They will always make sure you are taken care of. Best experience I've ever had with a business. They deserve 10+ stars

Vary helpful and friendly staff. The only problem is that they keep trying to up sale you on expensive problems that your car may or may not have. But they do always have free popcorn!
