My daughter purchased her first car at AutoPilot and had a great experience! The Goodman s were exceptionally kind, flexible, and accommodating. They gave my daughter a great price and prepared the car for her to pick up. Nick was really informative and helpful! They treated us like family. We ll definitely shop at AutoPilot in the future!

If you need to rent a U-Haul this is the BEST place to go! Nick was super friendly and easy to work with! He is VERY honest, which surprised us, because almost every other place we have rented from has charged us for things we did not expect. He even had a couple of moving blankets provided at no charge! We HIGHLY recommend Autopilot for renting a U-Haul! It was a great experience!

I cannot rate this place high enough! I bought a great car from here and about a week after, called about an issue I was having with it and Nic was right on it with a solution. The people who run this shop are super personable and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

Bought my 2016 Honda Civic LX from Nick and I've had it for a few weeks now, he was very personable, friendly, and honest. He was upfront on the history of the car as to it's wreck and subsequent repairs. If you want to get a new/used car I recommend Nick!

FABULOUS experience. This appears to be family owned. The owner and his wife were incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. I m so glad we found this place. I will be recommending this place to everybody I know that s in the market for a vehicle.

Its been mentioned before in the other reviews about the honest and transparent way these guys do business and it's true. My wife and I love our Sonata sport. Nick was great when we met he shook our hands and the first thing that he said was that the hood had an issue and at the time we couldn't lift it but said that it would be fixed asap. So we test drove it and we loved the car and wanted to get it but I was a bit unsure about buying a rebuilt vehicle without even seeing under the hood! I figured what the heck I wanna go home in the car and so we bought it and the next saturday we brought the car to who Nick set up the repair and it took 20 minutes and everything looked amazing under the hood! If your thinking of purchasing from these guys you really should.

I found Nick to be very personable and we hit it off right when I got onto the lot. He and Tucker were so honest and up front with me, and never pushed me or rushed me into my decision to buy a car from them. I cannot recommend them enough. Adele

Great people. I've known Tucker forever. My previous car was totaled in a hit and run accident and Tucker was the first one I went to. Him and Nick let me come by and take a couple of cars out for test drives and I found my Kia Soul that we have now. They let us take it to a mechanic to get it all checked out to make sure we were making a safe deal. These guys are willing to help you get a solid car.

Seth was awesome and answered all my questions. Super polite, friendly service, let me test drive 2 cars and he even offered to let me drive 2 or 3 more, whatever I felt like I needed. He was honest and upfront about pricing. There was no pressure at all. It felt like integrity was part of their business, which I value enormously when it comes to car buying. I began looking here specifically because they had a lot of Hyundai Velosters, and not a lot of other dealerships had any.UPDATE: I ended up buying a Veloster Turbo from them, and 3+ years later, no issues at all...I love it!

The folks at AutoPilot are top notch. I was treated fairly and not pressured into the sale. The staff was patient and great to work with in keeping me informed on the buying process as well as the status and background of the car. I have never bought a car so quickly and efficiently with absolutely no buyer's remorse. Great spot to purchase a used car!

Auto Pilot has the friendliest and most helpful staff! They will help you find exactly what you want and need in a vehicle. If they don't already have your vehicle on their lot, they have a huge network to find it! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the start they were honest with me about the damages done to the vehicle and before I knew it I was doing a test drive. Nick and Tucker were both very willing to work with me on finding the best deal for the vehicle. I never felt pressured and I never felt like they were just trying to make a profit. I would recommend these guys to anybody. This was the first car buying experience I had with no surprises in price, fees, or damages. Check this place out!

We purchased a car from Autopilot at their Orem location in 2020. They were very personable and gave us a deal we were very happy with. We have been very happy with the car since that time.Two years later, we noticed that we had a miscommunication with a detail pertaining to the title during the sell. We brought the issue to their attention yesterday. Their owner personally called us immediately and gave us reasonable options about how we could resolve the problem.My wife and I really appreciated them working with us even two years after the sell.

Overall a great car buying experience for us. Did not feel pressured at all, and Nick and Tucker were so friendly and personable. Went out of their way and we re so helpful. Would definitely do business there again. Highly recommend!

I have bought over 15 cars and purchasing my last vehicle from Nick and Tucker was, by far, the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Any concern I had was given an appropriate amount of attention and time by both Nick and Tucker. They were up front and honest and they didn't make me feel like I was being strong armed or rushed into any kind of agreement. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I strongly suggest checking these guys out. You will not be disappointed.

Very impressed with the service Nick and Tucker offered to me. From when I called to set up an appointment to go in and test drive my truck, they were up front and honest about the previous damage to the truck. They were super helpful in having me take the truck to a mechanic and getting inspected as well. They have the best prices for what you are getting across the state. Definitely will go back to buy another car and I will most certainly recommend them to a friend for the wonderful service they offered.

Loved working with these guys!My wife and I bought a Subaru crosstrek from here today.This was the first car I ve ever purchased that wasn t from a private listing on ksl. I ve always been hesitant to go through dealers but I would 100% use them again.Nick was amazing to work with. He didn t pressure us or try to push us into a car we weren t sure on. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. It was refreshing to work with him after looking at other dealers and dealing with their salesmen.All in all, it was a great experience and I d definitely recommend them to friends/family.Thanks again Nick!!

Me and my wife found a car on Facebook that we loved. From the minute I texted Nick until we signed the paperwork on our new car, Nick and Tucker were nothing but extraordinary! They were super upfront and honest about everything, answered any and all questions without hesitation, and were super helpful through our less than ideal loan process. I would recommend Auto Pilot to anyone and will definitely be back when we need another car!

I used to not be a fan of dealerships and looking for cars but these guys are amazing! I worked with Nick and he is very nice and easy to talk to. He is very helpful with everything and was happy to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend them, they have a good selection of quality cars and will be great to work with.

This is the best car dealership I have ever worked with. Their prices were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I don t know if this has ever happened in the history of car buying, after deciding on the price they actually called me back to offer a better deal. My credit union was even amazed at the good price that I got. I would highly recommend Auto Pilot to anyone.

This place is honest, fair and has some awesome sales people. Nick helped get me into a 2008 dodge caliber at a great price and even went the extra mile to replace the brakes, light fixtures, and tire pressure before he finalized the sale with me. He even took it to the wash and got me a full tank of gas before I left. They are awesome!

This was my family's second time buying a car from Autopilot of Orem. We had to upgrade to a van and we are so glad we came to Tucker. He helped us find the perfect van for our family and went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and make the process as smooth as possible too. We're so happy with our purchase and the service Tucker and Nick gave us.

Nick was very helpful and upfront about the car we came to drive. Easy going and answered all our questions without hesitation. Honestly can t find a better price at all. 2015 Durango running like a new car and in great shape inside and out. Sold to us for 4K dollars below what our bank even values the car at without and haggling necessary! I would recommend them and come back in the future.

It's been about a month since we bought our car from AutoPilot and it has been running great. The guys were easy to work with and gave us excellent service. And it was by far the best deal on the wasatch front. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

I was helping my friend buy his first car in 2018 when we found a "too-good-to-be-true" deal from Auto Pilot. After multiple bad/scummy experiences with other dealers we were skeptical at best as we drove to Orem. Once we arrived, however, our fears disappeared completely; all our questions were answered honestly, we received pictures of the car pre-repairs, and we were allowed as long as we needed to get the car inspected by a certified mechanic. Everything checked out perfectly and the dealer was more than accommodating to our overly complicated loan approval process. The whole experience was positive, enlightening, and honest - truly refreshing. Also, the deal on the car was incredible. Very grateful for the guys here and their patience / honesty. NICK IS THE BOMB!!!!

I got my Ford Fusion here and Nick was very helpful. He s very honest about the car and recommended me a very good auto finance which i felt was way cheaper and very helpful to my finances. I was very happy that i got my first car from them. Two thumbs up for these guys!

I ve had my car for one month now and I love it! There was a small issue with the AC but Auto Pilot took care of it and fixed the problem. They even delivered the car back to me at my house. Nick was great to work with!! I will definitely recommend Auto Pilot to any one buying a rebuilt car!
