Kevin and the staff here are so trustworthy and good, I can send my daughters and wife here without any worry. They do excellent work, communicate clearly and are great to give the best advice.

I called to get some struts replaced and got a quote for $283 for labor from a steve. I had my neice bring her car in to have the struts replaced the recommended a alignment for $135. Over the phone I agreed to pay that also in addition. When called to pay for the repairs. The bill went up $217 to a total of $775. I had got a quote from les shuwab for $100 less. But 4 seasons quoted me less so I went with them on a recommendation of another.When asked why the price increased, The gentleman on the phone said, "well steve gave you that quote and he was wrong on the hours. He stated they were closing early like right then for hunting season for the weekend.My niece needed her car for work and I was left with having to pay the bill in full to get the car out of Hawk.It's sad they probably looked at this 21 Y.O. little girl and the fact i was paying the bill over the phone from out of state though they could take advantage.They lost me and my family member who recommended me as clients!!

The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable and were able to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Everything is reasonably priced and affordable. The customer service is superb.

These guys did a great job for me, I needed some custom work done and they were very accommodating and preformed the work to my specifications. Amazing service here! Got our fan clutch replaced within 1 hour and a half. We were treated with kindness, quick service, and fair prices. Would definitely recommend these mechanics.

4 Seasons Auto repairSimply the bestWe are totally new to the area of Pleasant Grove from out of state and recently purchased a home here in the area the past six months.Took the time this morning 06-28-23 to look on line for a good automotive repair companies in the area close to home. I came across one with high review and high regards.And decided to go with Major League Automotive, but that turned out to be a huge mistake and I ll leave it at that.I felt I was mistreated, at Major League Automotive I left really disappointed and amazed by their actions as a possible customer.The story with 4 Seasons was Osome. Without knowing or mentioning my prior experience at Major league Automotive They literally both welcomed me in at the front desk, began asking me about my vehicle and problems I was experiencing and what they could do to help. I m Totally blown away.They were able to work on my vehicle and with a follow up next Monday for another issue I forgot to mention.I feel a family Ohana was developed that day.4 Seasons Automotive like no other to compare with. This is a great locally owned shop. All of the people that work there are on top of their game. Have had work done here in the past and it has always turned out great. Just had some CV axels replaced and they got it in, got it out and did not over charge me. They also recommended a few other repairs that I will get taken care of next time. They also pointed out that my alignment is out and has damaged my tires. They do not do alignments so they are recommending me to a different shop for that.Will be going back for future repairs and highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

My drivers side window had an issue with the motor and wouldn't roll up or down in the middle of winter and it had snowed the night before. Four seasons automotive got me in quick, fixed the issue and I had my car back in a few hours. Fantastic service and the staff was a great help. Had a transmission problem with my Prius and I had it towed to 4 seasons. What a breath of fresh air these guys are. They found not only a new trans, but Kevin went to work to find a used trans in perfect working order with a 12 month warranty. When Kevin called me he presented a few options for the repairs;First option was just throw a new one in and call it good.Second option (recommended by Kevin) was to install a used transmission and honor, not only, the parts warranty, but severely discount the labor involved should anything go wrong. This option would save me $2000 vs having the new one installed plus the savings on labor should anything go wrong. I took Kevin s advice and decided to have the used trans installed. Pleasant Grove is a further distance I wanted to have my vehicle towed but I m sure glad I took the gamble and paid the additional 20 bucks in towing cost. My Prius has operated better than ever, and now I don t have to buy a newer vehicle that would cost me a fortune right now.Thank you 4 Seasons!

Awesome group of guys and shop. I let them work on my 1997 40th Anniversary Land Cruiser and they ve earned my respect and business. Great prices and very knowledgeable mechanics that work in a very timely manner. I couldn t be more happy to have found a trustworthy group of mechanics & shop I can feel good about leaving my vehicles to get work on.. Thank y all..

THEY GAVE ME A CAR THAT HAD 4 TIRES THAT WERE ALL TOO BIG FOR THE CAR, SO IT KEPT GETTING SCRAPED EVERY SINGLE BUMP I HIT IN THE ROAD, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS KEPT SCRATCHING THE WINDSHIELD, AND THEY WANTED $860 A MONTH. I lost my job and so I couldn't afford the crazy monthly payments, and when I finally came up with the monthly payment they repoed the car. Stay away from them!!!

I had a great experience with Four Seasons Auto Repair. I called around for pricing on an alternator. The owner was so personable on the phone and won my trust right there. I felt he was honest in his quote with me, and although it wasn't the least expensive, I felt like he did a great job and quality work. He even went above and beyond and arranged for me to get my battery replaced for free. And later, when my car had another hiccup--he took care of it quickly and at no charge. I will definitely be a returning customer.

My car died on the freeway the day before Christmas Eve on our way home to a different state, after taking my daughter to an appointment at Primary Children s. My cousin, called Four Seasons Auto Repair to see if they could help. Not only did Four Seasons Auto Repair agree to come in and fix it Christmas Eve morning, but they actually went in early so they were done with it by 9:30am instead of the original noon they had told me. They were extremely professional and friendly. They did the work that needed to be done and were very well priced. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle to get home in, before Christmas Eve. They really saved our Christmas. After calling and asking them if they work on diesels, and them responding that they do, I made an appointment to drop my truck off. When actually dropping the truck off, they explained that they can handle a lot of diesel repairs, but they subcontract some engine repairs out if they become too complicated. Late the next day, they called and told me what they thought might be wrong, but didn't give an actual diagnosis, just that it looks like some oil is leaking from a valve cover. They told me they would charge me an hour for this diagnosis, or $115.00, and that I could come get the truck and take it to a guy they would recommend. After two days of trying to reach the other guy, I gave up and scheduled somewhere else.My frustrations are these:1) I feel they lied about what they could do when I scheduled them, then were unclear about the same when I dropped off..2) They charged me for time spent on the truck for a diagnosis that is no where near conclusive. In fact, I suggested to them when I dropped off that the issue might be with an injector o-ring, which would actually cause the specific issue they semi-diagnosed.I won't be taking any kind of vehicle back to these guys.-------------Just a quick update... the repair my truck required ended up being precisely the part I suggested to them might be the issue in the first place, so I did indeed end up paying them for a diagnosis that I gave them in the first place.

I needed an alternator replaced fast because I was leaving town. They were less expensive than their competitor and got it done for me in less than 24 hours. I asked them to give me a second opinion on some work recommended by another shop that was going to cost over $600. I agreed to pay $50 labor to check it out. As it turned, not only did they tell me the work wasn't necessary, but they didn't charge me the $50 since they had to take the part out anyway in order to replace the alternator. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but didn't. Besides saving me a ton of money, they were courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!

After a major accident I was in I found myself disabled and unable to do what I once did. During my professional life I ran service departments in three new car dealerships. I know how hard it is to keep a client happy while they are having to spend money on repairs that they didn't see coming. We recently moved here and were looking to get our cars a good check up. We found 4 Seasons highly recommended on a neighborhood social media group and decided to make an appointment. They did an excellent job of diagnosing a few problems we were already concerned about as well us telling us things that would be coming up. My husband does a lot of work on our cars. We chose the things we wanted them to fix and the things that we would work on. They did an excellent job. They communicated great, were much faster than expected and priced fairly. We are from out of town and our alternator went out. We needed to keep traveling back home and Four Seasons was able to get our car in the morning after our car broke down and get the alternator replaced within a couple hours. I was in a pretty dire situation with the engine in my Charger R/T overheating, and I was told 4 Seasons could help diagnose the problem. I took my car in early and they had the diagnosis finished fast, and I found out I needed a new water pump. They had the water pump replaced the same day shortly after, and I picked up my car by my afternoon lunch break. The car runs perfect temperature again, and I'm very happy with the work. Just picked up my car, which needed a new compressor and serpentine belt. Their final price was extremely competitive and they were quick to make the repairs, especially on such short notice. They noticed my tail light was out (which I had planned on fixing myself) and just went ahead and replaced it for free. To boot, I was a little late getting out of the office and wasn't quite going to make it there in time before closing to pick up the car, but they stayed open an extra 5-10 minutes and waited for me.Absolute top notch service. Would recommend 4 Seasons to anyone.*Edit: Just realized after driving at night and seeing my car's reflection that they replaced my headlights for free as well (one of them was out in addition to my broken taillight and I had intended to fix it myself). They didn't even tell me about this at all when I picked up my car. Seriously, these guys are awesome!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all,. They are friendly and nice, but They lack any type of skills, I have zero confidence in anything they claim to do. I took my truck in for repairs which they overcharged for and the bare minimum work and it still has problems. I told them to also look at ball joints and shocks, and anything else associated with the front end, they claimed they were good and solid. And there is a rattle they claim they can't hear it, well I took it to another shop and they found the rattle in less than 5 min also the shocks are also blown out and ball joints are shot and they missed sway bar linkage, sway bar needs to be replaced, and other things. They also did another repair on a trans cooler line fitting and left the line loose and leaking. Also found out they didn't even use a correct part and used silicone to hide it but charged an outrageous fee. The new shop just earned my business and 4 seasons has lost it for good.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I can always get in fairly quick and I feel they are priced fair. They do their best! I've had several repairs done here on my kids' cars that they know me by name. They even performed a miracle repair that no one else would touch or had the know how. That says a lot. They always try to help their customers and are straight forward. I like that!

Kevin was able to get my car in right away and replaced not only my transmission, but he happened to notice one of my tail lights was out and replaced it as well. I discussed a budget with him and he stayed within my budget, even with the extra light repair. I appreciate his honesty and efficiency. My car runs great! I highly recommend 4 seasons.

I checked this place out 2 months ago for their reviews to see if they were that good. And holy cow they are WICKED AWESOME!!!! And not only did they do a GREAT job they even did the job that I said was wrong with our car and also used parts we had for it. And I even asked them to look at some other items on it and they are just most perfect automotive repair shop I've ever been to period. They are so upfront with us on every single thing else they found while working on it. This shop is the REAL DEAL trust no other shop ever again people.

If I didn't move, I would be going to four seasons every time for my auto repairs. They were very quick in fixing what I needed fixed, and honest in what needed/what did not need to get fixed. Kevin was also very good at communicating and going over what they found and what they would recommend before going in and doing the actual repairs so everyone was on the same page. Highly recommend!
