Known this place for a while, especially once it switched from Big O. So glad they did. I have always had the best service here. Especially with my mother when she's come in, no games, no sleezy salesmen, just good tires and good business. Highly recommend and do recommend regularly to friends! Thank you!!

EDITED TO ADD: Gabe reached out to me and was very nice listening to my frustration about the problems we have had. He was very transparent and told us that they had problems with their past mechanics and that they had recently replaced all of them. He offered to fix the remaining problems that we were having with our car and went above and beyond to make the situation right. They even refunded us for the wheel bearing we bought from the dealership. I will say, we had come here a few times for oil changes prior to the one that started the chain of issues we had and we loved the environment. It is a very low pressure environment and we felt like they weren t trying to sell us things we didn t need.We have had so many issues with Tire Busters. We took one of our cars in for a standard oil change and literally when we picked it up our car had so many issues that we had never had before. We ended up taking it back to have them fix it and they didn t fix the issues but they said they did. We had to take it back 3 times to get it actually fixed and they kept our car for like a month after saying it would be fixed over the weekend and when we got it back it had a NEW issue. We didn t take it back to them to get that fixed because we don t trust them anymore. Prior to all of this we took in our other car for an oil change and I told them that the car didn t feel right while driving and it felt really rumbly and loud. The guy at the front told me it could be a wheel bearing problem or we may need new tires. They test drove it and inspected it and said we needed new tires. So I paid for new tires and an alignment and that didn t fix the issue. I figured that they knew more about cars than I did and that must just be how the car drives. Well we took that car to get some recalls done and the dealership told us our wheel bearing is in really bad shape as well as a few different issues. So because Tire Busters told us we just needed new tires and didn t find the actual issue, we ve been driving around on a bad wheel bearing. Thank goodness nothing bad happened before we took our car in to the dealership who actually knows a thing about cars. We won t be coming back here for anything. Take your car elsewhere.

I really used to like this store and it was the only one I would go too.. I really hate to do this but service has gone down hill lately. They ALWAYS try to upsell you on stuff. Took my car in for some maintenance and they told me I had lots more wrong with it then I did. I got a second opinion from a different shop and the stuff they told me was wrong was actually not what the problem was. And they charged me $100 to read my check engine light, I went in to talk to someone and I got told the technician is off today and I will have them call you tomorrow . That never happened.Some might have not had any bad experiences, and I never have until recently.

Found some used tires for around $100 dollars, friendly and fast when they were doing the tire change. The only reason I give a 4 star, is they offer an alignment check for free but don't tell you it will take forever...I would have said no knowing it wasn't off, but other than that it was pretty good experience overall. And Milo is a good guy, very helpful and friendly for sure !

We were passing through and needed an oil change ASAP. Tire Busters worked us in immediately even though we didn t have an appointment. They did a great job and had us on our way in no time. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience at Tire Buster's Supreme Auto Care!I went to Tire Buster's Supreme Auto Care in Payson to discuss recommended services for my car, based on the dealer's suggestions. Gabe spoke with me knowledgeably about which services were necessary, and their prices were significantly lower than the dealership's. I highly recommend them - they were professional, honest, and fair. I will definitely be returning to Tire Buster's Supreme Auto Care for future car maintenance.

These guys are awesome!! Always took care of my car for the past 14 years! They've always been honest and tried to give the best service to they can, I live a hour and a half and still drive to these guys for my car problems!

Man where do I start? I was involved in a minor accident and needed my car repaired. While fighting with insurance I got my car sent to these wonderful people. Curly (John) was absolutely amazing and not only did they do an amazing job on my vehicle, they fought for me with insurance. I can t give enough stars to these guys, seriously. If you need any automotive care at all, take it to tire busters! They will take care of you and do it right!

Kinda sucks having 0 effort put into a customer who s willing to pay whatever it takes, went in here to hopefully have them order a wheel for me that s only available by companies and if they have an account, been talking to Jon for about 2 weeks trying to track this down when I asked if they d be willing to make an account with this specific wheel company showed 0 interest and what not, once again. I was willing to pay whatever it took. But after Iv bent over so many times for them as they previously did business with ME, sucks I was treated this way even though Iv bought 2 sets of tires from them here and always recommended them. Thankfully Ron Gordon s in Payson and Rocky s Tire Pro s in Spanish Fork were able to help me out. They went above and beyond created an account just to order ONE wheel for me because they knew I was desperate.. and they sold it to me for what they had bought it for!

I was on my way to St. George on a vacation when I felt the need to check my tires. I called to make sure they were still open late. They immediately checked my lug nuts and my tire pressure. They were so helpful and quick. Such great service!!!!

I went in to Tire Buster for a quick quote and ended up buying tires for two vehicles and a third one in a few weeks. These guys understand customer service, I got the best price in town and I would honestly say best value. They check on us after a week to make sure everything was rolling smooth and no issues with our install or purchase!! You seriously can t be the customer service at Tire Busters!

John was awesome from start to finish. Listened to my concerns, addressed my concerns, and then fixed em. The thing that impressed me the most? I asked if I could keep my old tires, and he said sure. When it was time to settle up, he made sure I wasn t charged a disposal fee when it was obvious that I never would ve known if he had. Honesty when nobody is looking is rare these days. Well done, sir.

These guys always take care of our family. All members of the team are respectful - in the shop or in the showroom.Managers are straight shooters when providing a quote and handle business without blowing smoke or adding unnecessary frills.When making schedule arrangements they stuck to their word and didn t waste my time. I showed up when I said - they finished when they said.Thanks Tire Busters Payson!!

Don t waste your time getting an alignment here. Truck spent all day at their shop just for them to tell me that they couldn t get the camber in spec because of the lift and still paid for the alignment. They didn t bother to tell me that my control arms, ball joints and struts were wore out. As well as half of my alignment guide pins were missing. It s not their fault that it was wore out, but they should have recognized these things and informed me about them.

Jon at Payson Tire Busters helped me with a long list of fixes for my Toyota tundra. New tires, new Charcoal canister, new catalytic converter. The service was outstanding the boys in the tire shop moved quick and got the job done. I think they not only do tires very well but vehicle service and maintenance as well. FIVE STARS! I'm a lifer.

The people here know how to create a customer base that wants to come back to their shop. Very knowledgeable, super nice, and respectful. They helped me out with a flat repair, and they we're really quick, considering I was just a walk-in. I will definitely be coming back.

This is seriously one of the best shops out there. Always a fair price. They could gauge people but they don't. My wife and I continue to go back because it's just good business. I bought a new set of tires from them a month an a half ago. Today I had some issue, brought the tire in and even though I couldn't afford the protection plan when I purchased the tire, they are doing a warranty on it.Any other big name shop would have made me buy a new tire probably but these guys were looking out for me and really, just anyone that walks through those doors. Great service! Great work! Great Pricing.

This was my first experience with Tire Buster s. Was tired of my previous major tire store trying to oversell me on everything and a different major chain ordered the wrong tires and don t specialize in tires but I thought they d be so much cheaper. Tire Busters beat both stores bid by $100 and $300 with great service and could get my special sized tires in the next day. Really happy with my experience so far.

Got a great deal last minute. Thanks!Update: Knocking down to 4 stars.Turns out they over-torqued several of the lug nuts in installing all the tires on our car, stripping them and the posts, so when I went to get our brakes and rotors done about a month later, the other mechanic couldn't do it without damaging them. I had to leave the car at that mechanic (who said that this was not the first time they had seen this from Tirebuster's) over the weekend, walk home in the snow, and then walk back on Monday to slowly drive a block over back to Tirebuster's to have them fix what they did. They fixed them (had to completely replace those things in the back) for free and gave me a good deal on all my brakes and rotors. Hoping they redeemed themselves on my brakes and rotors...

Our truck really needed to be aligned. My husband took it in, and we were informed that one of our tire 'arms' needed to be replaced. We had the option to have it done by the end of the day for a fair price, but my husband opted to do it himself. When I took the truck back to finish the alignment on that one tire I was told the job typically took from 30min-1 hour. My daughter and I gave them the keys, checked in, and walked across the street to shop for a few things I needed before returning. To my dismay, when we walked back, the truck was parked in the same place-- so I knew it hadn't been seen yet. We were far from home, my husband was at work, and I needed to pick my son up from school in an hour. I just walked in and all the workers picked up on my distress immediately. I didn't have to say anything. They assured me it would be the next car in. My daughter and I waited in the foyer patiently, and they brought me the keys, apologized for keeping me waiting, and sent me on my way with wiggle room to go home and unpack groceries' before picking my son up. This is what impressed me most: I didn't tell them about my son needing to be picked up because I just leaned on the expected time without bringing it up in person. I was impressed that they could see me with grocery bags and my daughter and jumped to get us next in line and helped. I'd go back after that kind of customer service.

Every time I ve come here I ve had a great experience, I got some new tires and they helped make the financing process very simple and easy for me, a few of their guys were very helpful and bagged my old tires and put them in my car for me last minute before closing I very much appreciate their great attitudes!

SCAMMERS! DON'T TRUST! MISDIAGNOSE ISSUES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! Spent over $2500 for them not to be able to fix the issue. First attempt they did a flush, broke down on the way home from shop. 2nd attempt replaced the transmission, broke down on the way home from shop. On the second attempt they also stated the transmission had a bunch of metal shards in it. But if they did a flush there properly then there should not have been anything in the system. 3rd attempt changing the oil sensor, alternator, and battery. Broke down again. 4th attempt they replaced the knock sensor. And I am sure you can guess it broke down again. Each time it broke down having the same issue. They took thousands of my dollars and couldn't fix it. They even told me the first tech who worked on it they fired, but the next tech went off the first techs diagnosis. The mechanics have no idea what they are doing.In response to your mention. I never brought it in for a filter. I brought it in about transmission issue, and I even let you know I thought it was the transmission solenoid. So, now you are just making up lies about a filter issue. You failed me on every level. And clearly don't even know what I brought it in for in the first place.
