They were so kind and honest and they were able to get my car in and fixed really quickly. My car runs great now and their rates were better than anywhere else I was quoted. I have nothing but good things to say.

I have used Ron Gordon ever since I ve owned my vehicles I would highly recommend them. They are always so happy to help great customer service I love working with Ron really feels like a family own business. Also, their pricing is very good and they never charge you for more than what you need.

My husband and I have been going to Ron s since we moved to Payson 24 years ago. I always feel confident that I am getting honest, competent, quality work. I have taken my vehicles there in the past on multiple occasions to have something repaired or replaced, and they have explained why it was unnecessary. Who does that? Well, Ron and his employees do! My husband has a lawn and landscaping business, and he has gotten trailer tires, lawn mower tires, and other specialty tires from Ron as well. It is always worth the trip back to Payson for our automotive needs!

I came to leave them review and was amazed at how high their ratings are, and how many other people have left reviews. I guess it should not come as a surprise. I went in there this morning without an appointment with a hole in my tire, and they got me in and out faster than expected and didn t even charge me. I will definitely do my best to pay it forward. We always get excellent service at Ron's Tires and not everyone knows that Ron and his staff offer full mechanic services as well as emmissions testing not just TIRES, his shop at the old Crouches Repair shop carry out a fantastic repair service too!! I recommend both workshops and we always leave happy when we leave their friendly service. Always a fun time visiting with these guys ....they really DO feel like family. Rhett always has a friendly smile and a chuckle. YOU CAN CONFIDENTLY REST ASSURED THAT YOULL GET VALUE FOR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE SATISFIED THAT THEY ARE TRUE TO THEIR WORD AND HONOR THEIR WARRANTY FOR WORK PERFORMED TO COMPLETE SATISFACTION. Ron Gordon Tires is an excellent place to do business. Ron is friendly, an expert and has hired very skilled people in the shop. They are also efficient we were out of there with tires for two cars in 45 minutes.

Would not think of nor consider going anywhere else for help with my vehicle. Whether it be for tires or engine work, Ron and his crew are the best in the business.A mix of knowledgeable about cyber and digital with a vehicle and good ole grease monkey work when needs be as well!

We ve been going to Ron and his crew for a few years now because they are the best. Doesn t matter the service I m in the there for, I know Ron and his guys take pride in their work and will take care of my vehicles. Definitely won t be going to anyone else.

Always totally awesome service from Ron and his crew. Even if there s a oops! Ron has been quick to rectify it. Been going here for 17 years and at this point I m pretty much not willing to go anywhere else for buying or mounting my tires.

UPDATE:Thanks to Ron Gordon s, my car has been great since they got everything fixed, Rack an pinion, new starter, Oil change, and it only took them a couple hours like 4-5 hours each time , Very fast!, We couldn t have picked a better shop to take my car, Ron s gave us the most affordable quote out of everyone else and were able to get us an appointment within a day or so, every time we called in. 5 stars I ll never go anywhere else my boss and my wife s dad recommended Ron Gordon s to me.

Been living in Payson for a while but have gone to Ron's twice now in the past month. New tires one go around. New shocks the next. Both times the price was fair. The work was quick. And they were super honest and up front with me on my questions. Very happy!

I ve been using guys now for about 5 years. Pricing is competitive and service is great. Cabe and Ron just helped me out it 2 cars with new tires in the same afternoon. I appreciate their knowledge on tires and the quality of their service. Thanks guys excellent job!

This place used to be so great after giving them our business for the past 10 years it s time to find another mechanic,I went in for an emissions test and an oil change only the emission test got done so a couple weeks later I decide to go get the oil change since my light had been on for a while now I go in and I explain that I need to oil change and that I also need my battery to be checked out because when the weather gets too cold my car won t turn on well as I m explaining this to the front desk guy he keeps repeating over me Oh I see, oh I see on and on ,I mentioned that most likely it s something to do with the cables since my battery is fairly new after waiting over two hours for the oil change and the battery to be checked out. I learned that they just checked the battery, but not the cables, and that it s my fault for not explaining myself very well mind that this is not the first time they don t listen to what I am saying so my service doesn t get done completely once again but it s obviously my fault because I m not explaining myself right.I understand you are very busy because you used to be really good but maybe if you took 30 extra seconds to listen to your clients this would have been a five star review, but instead you chose to not pay attention and lose a client you might not care because you are really busy, but we get our tires from you We get our oil changes from you our emissions, our stickers every year any service that our car needs we would go to Ron s tires.

Ill tell you what, if you need anything done too your vehicle exhaust related, blake is your guy. After watching him work on my truck for an hour im a firm believer hes the best on this side of the Mississippi. Dude knows his stuff and is just a stand up guy in general. Highly recommend and will be going back there in the future.

Quoted me 1hr waited for almost 2 and then they told me it would be another 90min. Ended up having my wife come pick me up and we left it over night. I just wish they would take the time to give an accurate quote and would communicate about delays.

We have given this tire shop several chances over the last 7 years of living here. Time and time again we are let down by either the terrible technicians they choose to hire or the frankly unknowledgeable staff behind the front desk. After being lied to during our last visit, that will be exactly that, the last visit.
