We got a rock chip on our way to Moab and had to get it fixed immediately so it wouldn't spread in the cold and rain. We called about 10 places and no one wanted to stick around on a Friday night (understandably). They were super friendly and got us back on the road within 30 min, taking care of insurance and everything. Super efficient, great service, and incredibly personal.Give Kitty a scratch for me!

I used Payson Autobody and Glass to replace my windshield. After the replacement I noted paint chips and scratches all around the windshield from where metal tools were used to pry the windshield up. The mechanic broke numerous retainer clips for the trim. The trim pieces rattle and whistle at highway speeds because there is little to hold them down now. The rearview mirror was not installed properly and shakes when driving. I am good to my vehicles and am disappointed in the workmanship my vehicle received.

Payson Autobody is the best! They are honest and trustworthy, and do amazing work! Our van had a dent in the bumper, these guys got us in and out the same day! They also gave us a ride to our house while we waited! Great service!We have now used this shop 2 times. They are the best! My sons car was damaged and they fixed it! It was quite the job, but his car looks amazing!

I can't say enough about this company. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to make sure that I was taking care of quickly. When I came in the day before my schedule appointment to verify the correct windshield was being installed, the owner stayed late so that he could get the new windshield installed while I was there that night, instead of coming back the following morning.This is the type of service that I absolutely respect and they have earned my loyalty.Thank you for making me feel like my business matter to you.

Got a windshield replaced a little bit ago and when I got it back and checked it out the next day part of the cowl had been broken off. I was told that it was never removed or anything but after looking into it, it seems like it is a must to remove to replace a windshield.

Great pricing on a windshield replacement and they fixed my windshield wiper that hasn t been working and I had no idea as the pricing didn t change! Would recommend and will come back

I called every possible auto glass shop between Deta UT and SLC, at least 15 places, and this place had by FAR the best price and the quickest turnaround for a windshield replacement. Other places were minimum 2wks and this place was overnight, other places were $475-525 before taxes and I kid you not this place was $298 after taxes for a Subaru Forester 2004 windshield replacement. This was after a major crash so I was worried about install but Cameron was like, we'll make it work. Godsend.

Check on getting a windshield replaced over the phone took my info and said they would call me back, never called back. 3 days later stopped into the business to see about getting it done.They said they would get it done if I had the truck there at 4 they would have it done that evening and call me. No call. Called the next morning, it's not done. They said should be done by noon. 2 hours later they cal me and say they don't have the windshield for my truck. Not happy, will never go back.

I have had two separate rock chips in my windshield over the past year and went to Payson Autobody and Glass for chip repairs on both. Cameron and Lee were both amazing to work with. They were very fast on the chip repair and both repairs have held up for nearly a year without additional problems. One was large, but he was able to still fix it. They made the process with my insurance very easy to get the repair covered. I highly recommend Payson Autobody and Glass for any repairs you need.

This place is amazing! They re honest, give a fair price, and they do excellent work! Friendly staff, and I felt like part of the family business with the extra miles taken to repair multiple rock chips on my wind shield, and getting my bumper fixed. I highly recommend them for all automotive issues you may be considering them for! I haven t had a paint job, but I ve seen their work on other vehicles and they do an excellent and thorough job!

I called multiple shops for windshield replacement and Payson Autobody and glass beat everyone. They were friendly, helpful and honest. They even fixed up a rust issue for me. We ll use them again!

I called about 1 pm to see if I could bring in my Chevy Cruze that had a leak in the rear window. They said, bring it in, however it may be a day or two before we will have it done. I told them, no problem and took it in at about 2:30 pm. At 7 pm I got a call saying, your car is ready to pick up! Yes, they were still working at 7 pm at night. When I picked it up they described exactly what the problem was and the price was less than they had estimated. In today's world of customer service disappointments at every turn, I was delighted with Payson Auto Body and the great job they did for me.

I don t generally give reviews but Payson Autobody was awesome to work with and did exceptional work! They did a phenomenal job fixing my little fender bender and the paint match is exact. Cameron is thorough and very particular in what he does. He doesn t cut corners and was able to fix things that I didn t even know were wrong. We used a large outfit out of Orem for a different fix a few years back and it didn t last and was really terrible work so I decided to give Payson Autobody a shot and I am very pleased that I did! I will absolutely use them for any future work! These guys are the real deal!Service: Body & Trim

The owner really cares about his customers! He is personable, thorough, and an expert in his field! He saved me so much money on the repairs for my vehicle that other mechanics were going to charge me way too much for, and some of the repairs other mechanics at other locations were saying I needed, but I really didn't. Payson Autobody & Glass are honest, upfront, and extremely knowledgeable. I am a mechanic too, and I usually fix my own stuff, but the problem I ran into, I was unable to fix on my own. Cameron knew exactly what was needed immediately, he was right, and I'm grateful to have solutions and answers, and my car in well working order! I'm so grateful for the expertise, and skill at this shop.

Amazing!! They bent over backwards to save me money! And they also did a great job. My van looks as good as new!! They very friendly and easy to work with!!!! I'd definitely recommend them!!!!! I'll probably go back for a rock chip repair!!!

I needed some last minute work done and was able to get the work started very quickly and completed within just a couple of days. The color matching was superb and no corners were cut. They were affordable and the quality was excellent. I hope I never get involved in an accident again, but if I do for the repairs I'll choose Payson Autobody and nobody else.

This is a great shop with extremely fine customer service. They helped me receive a well done new fender, helped me with a few other repairs at the same time, which saved me money on the labor since areas were disassembled already and were good at allowing me to reach out when needed to find out more about the car. The only complaint if any is that I hoped to hear just a little more often about the status of the car. They provided a very nice rental at their shop and helped me when I was locked out by mistake. Also, it wasn't told to me that they had also filled in a small, but deep, rock chip in the windshield. I didn't notice it until driving and it was a considerate and it didn't seem to bother them to help. I think they kind of just had the mentality of doing good work and moving on to the next. They are busy, but I also saw a couple with a smile on their face when they were talking. Great service and good communication overall and especially willingcwith the insurance company.

I worked with Cameron to repair the tail light and back bumper of my Mercedes ML350. I was paying for the repairs out of pocket and he worked extra hard to keep the costs as low as possible without compromising quality. The damage was extensive and it was returned to me in better condition the before the accident :) I highly recommend Payson Auto Body and Glass for quality and prompt service.Service: Body & Trim

Cameron took our vehicle in because we had no air conditioning. It was close to the weekend. He knew I needed it fixed by Monday. He ended up working late til Saturday evening to get our vehicle finished! There are not many if any shops that would go the extra mile to get it done for me on a Saturday night! I highly recommend using Cameron for great service and a job well done! Abe .

Great service, great work & very fast as well. We took our truck in to have front end damage repaired & it was done the same day. If you're looking to get any work done on a vehicle, go to these guys. They are very personable, honest & friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Payson autobody And glass did an amazing job on my Honda Accord. They went above and beyond and made a really stressful situation for me a lot less stressful. Cameron took really good care of my car and worked with the insurance claim well. They fixed my tire, and whole passenger side of my car. They even made my headlights look amazing. 10/10. If you re looking for a good, honest business you should definitely go here.

Competent, honest, quick turnaround, overall very professional. I was very pleased with the overall service we received from this crew. The repairs were excellent, resulting in a car that looks brand new (at least where it was repaired). This company also goes to bat for you with the insurance companies. I will use their services again, but hopefully not too soon!

They did an awesome job with my 2012 Nissan Altima. I have had 2 repairs done by them and both were fast friendly and looked great. Will definitely continue working with them in the future for all my Auto body repairs.

They are seriously the best!!!! My 2006 dodge durango was in an accident and needed basically a front makeover. These guys took care of me and were so honest and helpful. They worked with the insurance company and I didnt have to do anything. They even replaced my headlights for free. My car came out of there looking brand new. The paint job they did was an exact match you would never know it was painted. The service was amazing, they kept me updated, and were very prompt. Even in their busiest time, they made time to work on my car. I was very satisified with them. They are good honest and reliable and know what they are doing! I will be coming back next time I need any work done!

I love Payson Autobody. The owner Cameron is first rate. I feel like a VIP when I come to the shop. I always take my vehicles here for all my autobody and glass needs. Very reasonable cost and turnaround time. Friendly service and honest professionals. I recommend them to anyone. Cameron knows his stuff and is very good at his job.

Highly recommend this place. Looks pretty busy, but got my new windshield in in about 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves, left my car in a safe spot afterward.

I absolutely loved my service today. I came in for a windshield replacement and expected to be there for 1.5-2 hours based on experience with other places. I was in and out in 20-30 mins. Professional and knowledgeable staff, really friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
