Huge shoutout to Ben for getting my truck diagnosed and putting aside some time to get it done quickly! Was able to print off my codes and went into detail about everything with me explaining what certain things means and how I can treat the issues! Highly recommend Overson Auto Repair for anything!

In a time that was challenging and hard for me and my family they stepped in and got my van fixed. Friendly, honest, and just an overall pleasure to work with. I truly would recommend Overson auto repair to anyone and everyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

I have an older car and when it started having troubles a few other mechanics threw out diagnostic quotes without even throughly looking at the engine. Contacted Ben and he came to my house to correctly diagnose the real issues with fair and accurate quotes. Ben was able to fix the issues in a timely manner with great communication every step of the way. He also taught me several tips to do to keep Little Bertha as healthy as can be and back on the road. He has been Highly recommended to my family and friends for his expert knowledge, fair honest pricing and overall great personality. This mechanic is awesome! We drove several hours to hopefully pick up a vehicle in Payson and called to see if we could bring it by to be checked out here. He was willing to come out to us where we were planning to meet the owner, and he wouldn't accept payment for his time, although it was offered a couple of times. Very nice, seemed very honest, and just so willing to help and make sure we just got a good deal on our vehicle! He did a thorough job checking everything out and letting us know what would need repairs and, ultimately, how much it would cost us. Super helpful! We are so glad we found him!

Tyler and Ben offer excellent service! Our van broke down and they were able to come to us, diagnose the problem, and replace our alternator on the spot. They are very knowledgeable and gave us a good price. We will come back to them for our mechanical needs.

I couldn t have asked for a more honest and efficient mechanic! I was told by another company my transmission needed to be replaced and when I had Tyler look at it he told me it was only the Linkage, saving me thousands of dollars.I was treated right and fair and I will return to Oversons for all of my repairs. He also mentioned they do pre purchase Inspections which I thought was awesome considering we are looking to purchase another vehicle.

We love Ben. He has been the best mechanic we have ever used. He comes to us, diagnosis and fixes our cars In a timely manner. He is friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he is doing. He is also very good at explaining diagnosis to a woman that knows nothing about cars. We recommend him and will use him again!

My wife s vehicle died on her while she was at work. After having the battery checked at the local auto parts store, they recommend we changed the starter. I even bought the part and when I couldn t find anyone to come help same day, Ben came through! He arrived at 6 pm and before he got to work he did a diagnosis and found out that our problem was not what we thought and what the auto parts store had told us.Ben was quick, professional and very knowledgeable! He even gave me some tips to fix a few things on my own and safe money! He not only saved the day but saved us hundreds of dollars! My wife and I are both teachers and this was such a relief! Tyler and Ben have helped me out a couple of times to diagnose my vehicles issues at my home. They're fantastic at what they do! Quick, efficient and effective service! These guys are the best! They helped us out when we broke down on our way back to SLC from a trip to St George. They came right to us and took care of us quickly and were so friendly and awesome! I highly recommend these guys if you need a fair, friendly and trust worthy mechanic

Wow!! This is all I can say about Overson Auto Repair! Ben is an amazing mechanic! I have had all of my vehicles maintained by Ben. My water pump went out on the freeway and they drove to me to repair it in the parking lot of a restaurant. Ben has always been kind and honest! We had a mechanic take advantage of us before and helped us get our car back before it was taken to the impound lot. I can't say enough good things about Overson Auto Repair! Ben and Tyler are phenomenal! Had an AC problem that ended up having a quite few more complications than your normal replacement (which everyone knows how uncomfortable No AC can be) and Ben and Tyler have proven they are more knowledgeable, adaptable and capable of taking care of your auto needs. grateful they were able to take care of a problem that other mechanics have put bandaids on for that they actually solved!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Overton Auto really got us out of a tight spot but ended up making us glad that it happened just so we could find a reliable mechanic. He was respectful, kind, explained everything thoroughly and honestly. He inspected our battery, and some noises thar we had going on with the car and didnt even charge us for driving out there and making the diagnosis. We are definately planning on going back to him for future repairs.Service: Battery

The best of the best. If you need real technicians and diagnostics look no further. After multiple towes and auto shops telling me nothing was wrong with my car, Ben and Tyler listened to me, and took the time to figure out what was wrong. I wish I lived in the area to have them regularly work on my car but they were able to fix my van in a Walmart parking lot and get me safely back to Washington. These guys are top notch!! Customer service at its best! They are all about getting you back on the road. Broke down on the Interstate and ended up in the McDonald's parking lot. Dropped what they were doing and diagnosed a failed water pump. Got to work getting parts and getting back on the road. Thank you guys for everything.

Ben worked a same-day alternator replacement miracle that allowed an Easter weekend vacation to continue. Excellent service, very personable, glad to know Ben and Overson remain available in Payson and the surrounding areas, for the many times in future we'll be traveling through.

My experience with these guys was great. They replaced the engine in my car and found a great replacement at a great cost. They were able to stay under the estimate which was great and I had my car back in a very reasonable time frame. Communication was stellar.
