Had to replace the battery in my wife's car. Bought it two yrs ago in Springville. The Payson store helped me process the return, and upgraded my new battery to a 3 year. Then, he helped me install it! Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts for serving our community!

The person who helped me today, Randy, was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and kind. He was able to get me a new battery and replace it while I was on a lunch break! He even had to replace a piece of something (terminal/piece that connected to the terminal?) that was corroded by my previous battery. He gave me my options, answering my questions, and very patiently waited while I decided on which one to get. Very pleased with the service today.

I rolled in here at 9:50 pm. Right before they were closing. I live 90 mins away and on my way home all the lights on my dash lit up. I walked in and asked for help. Kaitlyn immediately came out and let me know it was my catalytic converter and that I was fine to drive home and no, your car will not blow up on the way.She was friendly, reassuring and didn't act at all annoyed that I showed up right before closing. I appreciated her SO much that night. Thank you!

We were on our way to capital reef in the rain, as our windshield wipers started to fall apart on us, we made a quick turn into O Rileys and bought new ones had no idea how to put them on and Ashley not only changed our blades for us but she was able to fix our windshield wipers and saved our trip! Thank you Ashley!! Swear she is an angel

This level of incompetence of this place is baffling. Called in and gave them the exact year make and model of the vehicle told them the exact part that I needed (not some wildly vague description of what it may or may not be, exactly what part I needed) they said they can have it in later in the day go to pick it up not only was it not even close to the right part but they said they couldn't find it. Learn from my mistakes go to Advance Auto parts they were able to look it up in less than 1 minute and had it to me the next day.

After having bad service elsewhere it was really nice to go into a place that wanted to help you. They tested an alternator for me and then listened to what problems we were having with the truck. They tried to figure out what the problem would be and told us if we could get it going enough to get it there they could run diagnostics and let us know anything else to help solve the problem.They asked if there was anything else and answered a question I had on another product. They really care compared to other places. Thanks for making me feel like I matter.

I went in this morning with a battery that I had to jump to get my car to start. Amber was really helpful and kind. She checked my battery and sure enough, it needed replacing. Tony went out and installed the battery (in the cold!) and then Amber ran a check to make sure my alternator was good. So helpful and I was so grateful! Highly recommend!

Ordered and paid for parts to be shipped down from Murray a trudgingly long drive of 53 minutes, ordered in may 10th with an expected delivery date of may 11, parts were a no show, called every day to a not here yet today the 17th of may one of the 2 parts is here. They promise the other one will be here tomorrow......I will believe it when I see it.

Traveling through from northern Oregon to St. Gorge our alternator failed, we were just able to get into the parking lot. These guys not only had the part , but charged the battery while I changed the alternator and held a flashlight when they had time . These guys really helped me, I was able to drive the remaining 4 hours in peace.

Store 3432 in Payson.Cooper and Sara did an outstanding job today. I work for a service company and travel all over Salt Lake and Utah counties. While we have an account at an O'Reilly near by, not every O'Reilly branch brings up every account on their computer. This allows the system to function faster. Cooper was persistent in trying to access the account, and Sara, who was quickly triumphant, was quick to help Cooper and I with our problem. I may never visit again but I highly recommend this store.

Probably the best auto parts store around, the customer service is outstanding and they're always friendly, the only complaint I have is they seem to have less parts in stock then other parts stores but they typically have then ordered in within a few hours but everything else about them outweighs it, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I've been to this store and many other auto parts stores in the past, usually the staff is pretty good, but o'riellys as a store is just a disappointment every time I go. Rebuilding an axle for my dad Silverado took me 8 trips and long conversations with the manager to figure out what parts we needed in their system, went once to auto zone and got the parts I needed. Went to drop off oil, they only take 5 gallons of used oil? It would destroy their business to take more than that? Garbage, unless you brake down in their parking lot drive to another store.

Dropped off rotors to be turned, asked how long and they told me 45 min to an hour. I told them I'd be back in an hour or so. When I returned an hour and a half later they hadn't started. The guy jumped right in and started turning them. I had another employee get me pads and a couple bother items and voiced my displeasure in the service. She checked with the manager and I was told no charge for turning. I didn't have time to wait so I just bought new rotors. Without me asking, she checked with the manager and gave me $15 off each rotor.

They always have what I'm looking for and they have a knowledgeable staff that helps me find what I need. Usually have to wait while they helped other customers but it usually doesn't take too long to get to what you need and get out.

It can be a hit and miss always a great experience when Robert is working not sure what happened to the gal named Barb she was amazing at what she did probably won't go back unless Robert or Barb is working everyone else needs to work on there customer service

O Reilly Auto Parts is a place where you can find wherever you need for your car old or new one. They have bilingual workers, nice employees, they always have an answer for your needs. Clean place and accessible parking lot. I buy motor oil, sparks, cables, filters and more.

It's an auto part store so I love it already. Compared to another near by retailer, the employees are more helpful than the one at the orange store.
