Best service I have ever had at a car mechanic. We have had our car for 10 years and taken it to multiple mechanics. It runs smoother after taking it to Hunter than it ever has. Reasonably priced. Great communication and he got it done in a timely manner. I will recommend to everyone.

They were able to fix my old dodge Ram 1500 when I spent months looking for a shop who would take it because it was an electrical issue, and most shops can t or won t fix electrical issues anymore.They had it fixed in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price.!Good people

Dropped by with possible brake/lug nut trouble. Kevin came out right then and took a look to see if there was an issue and answered my questions and gave me some advice. 100% would highly recommend. These guys are awesome! I've worked in the automotive repair industry and taken my vehicles to a lot of different shops. I've taken my truck to these guys a couple times for different repairs. They have always had great customer service, do great work and fast. Brian and Hunter take good care of you. They're friendly and help you to understand what's wrong with your vehicle without being pushy. The shop is located right off of main street so it's easily accessible. They do good work and are very reasonable with pricing. I definitely would recommend.

Efficient and straightforward- they got my rear brake pads replaced and oil changed within a good timeframe at a fair price, without needing to wait for weeks for an appointment so pretty much perfect! Legit Mechanics who seem very professional, hard working, and honest. Promptly answer phones, simple pricing that doesn t up-charge or surprise you to death, and no frills. Best price for an emissions test, too, so I ll be back soon! My kind of auto repair and service.

BEWARE!! they like to scam you out of money! They said they fixed the problem and they really didn t and still charged me!Update: Mckell Automotive has downplayed the situation and continue to make excuses and blame it on us! They charged us after telling us the lock switch was fixed and it wasn t at all. They fit us in just to charge us and not do anything!! We went back in to tell Hunter it wasn t fixed and he started cussing and acting unprofessional!!BUYERS BEWARE!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

When trying to register my car, my windshield wiper fluid failed my safety check. Another establishment wanted to charge me $300 to fix the pump. I had a recommendation for these guys in Payson. They squeezed me in so I could get it done. Found out the line was just backed up and they told me how to fix it. They didn t charge me anything. I was very impressed and grateful for the honesty and customer service. Financially it s been a rough year so to have someone not take advantage of me was very much appreciated. This is BY FAR the BEST place I've ever been to have my car fixed, this is now the ONLY place I trust to work on my car, they are so good at what they do and the owner Brian is the best most trust worthy guy around! I live in Pleasant Grove and still do whatever it takes to get my car to Brian. The staff is always very friendly and helpful as well, I 100% Recommend these guys to everyone.

WOW! Amazing Customer Service, Plus I was in and out of there with my emissions test in less than 8 mins. These guys really took great care of me and my SUV! I noticed in the little time that I was there that they totally know what they are doing and are sincerely personable.

I rely on McKell Automotive, Brian and his son Hunter have always treated me with the utmost respect. As I was waiting to get my oil changed yesterday a woman walked into the shop, told Hunter her check engine light had came on. He went to check it out for her, came back within minutes and informed her her gas cap was off and if the light came back on she should replace it. No charge to her. I've seen and experianced other companies who would have taken full advantage of a woman and some men to fill their pockets. I love their honesty.

These mechanics were so kind and quick. We were on a road trip from Ogden to St. George and our alternator went out in Payson. We called around to multiple shops and were told to they wouldn t be able to help us for a week. McKell told us to bring it on by and they would let us know from there. They checked to see if it could fix the wiring harness but it was the whole piece. Fairly priced for helping us out in a pinch. Thank you

I'm really happy about my decision to have my emissions done at this garage. The price was cheaper than any place I have been to, it was done faster than any other place, and even the on site renewal is cheaper than other places I've been to. My only complaint I can have is that please make sure that you close the hood completely, I ended up on the Interstate before I realized that it wasn't fully closed. Outside of that small thing this place was awesome! =D

These guys are great mechanics who aren't out to sell you stuff you don't need. I took my truck in for an exhaust leak, and they quickly found the problem and repaired it. When I got the bill, it was less than half of what I figured it would be. These guys deserve your business! Don't lay on your back in the driveway trying to fix that issue that has been bugging you for weeks. Just bring it here, and get it fixed right the 1st time.

McKell Automotive is reasonable and up front. Brian is great to work with and knows his stuff. I am a DIY kind of guy, but if I don't have the time, tools, or expertise, I always ask for their help. They've been able to do for me everything I've asked them to do.

I've been going to this place for over 20 years. It has changed ownership a few times, but I will say out of all of them, the owner is VERY informative, fair on his prices, does his job and does it very good. I had to have my entire exhaust replaced a year ago. He was the cheapest quote and the got it in and out that same day since it was my only form of transportation at the time and I couldn't afford to miss work. A few months later, I hit something that made my muffler start making funny noises, I took it in, he made all the adjustments and no charge, even though it was my fault. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The people at McKell Automotive are awesome! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They helped us get our car in shape to travel home for Christmas and didn't even charge. Great people doing great work with great care.

I went to McKell because my regular place couldn't get me in. I've found a new regular place. They were so fast and kind, and because it was a very minor repair, they didn't charge me.
