Absolutely phenomenal results. Had a tire blowout and tore up the wheel well and fender. They made it look as good as new. I have had to call on Carters Coach Works several times, and each time they repaired my vehicle flawlessly. They interfaced with my insurance company and helped the repair process go as smoothly as possible, which really helped decrease my stress level. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The cars I have had repaired here I still own and have had no surprise problems down the road, Carters Coach Works fixed them all at first. I highly recommend them for automotive repair and towing.

Had our SUV fixed after a fender bender, and they did a great job! Very easy to work with and did a great job.

Great to work with, would recommend to anyone of my friends. When they noticed that the front bumper wasn't going to fit right and display the work they did on left fender, and door they replaced the bumper. Car looks amazing!!! Thanks to the great team work and great craftsmanship. Very pleased

I was sceptical when I took my truck to these fine folks for repair originally. They quoted me significantly less than other body shops and let's just say I typically get the theoretical "raw deal" when I get what I think is a bargain.I decided to take a chance and I couldn't be more pleased! They were kind, understanding and accommodating to my needs. In the end they did a amazing job repairing my vehicle and went above and beyond with customer service to ensure I was satisfied! I will be a return customer without hesitataion!

Carter s worked a miracle on my truck. They are honest and helpful. It looks better than I thought it could.I recommend Carter s to anyone in South Utah County in need of body work.They even washed my windows, inside and out.

I m just a Mom trying to keep my head above water while dealing with a child who has chosen to leave the straight and narrow path and take the scenic path through life. Due to this, I ve had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with Carter s Coach Works , not once but twice. Each time I ve gone in to get a car out of impound I ve left feeling like the skum of the earth, the lowest of the low, that if I had been a better parent I wouldn t find myself in this situation. The last time I dealt with them I had to get some things out of the car. I went in and removed the items. After getting home I realized I had forgotten to get the glasses out of the ceiling compartment. When I went back someone had been in the car smoking something. When I asked management about it, I was laughed at and asked how I could be so stupid and told that if my child wasn t doing drugs the car wouldn t be in impound. The man that I dealt with wouldn t even consider the possibility that someone could have actually been in the car. Overall, both experiences were awful. I personally would never choose them if I had a choice. If you re a Mom in this situation all I can say is good luck, grow a thick skin before going in. If you re in a situation where you can choose your towing company, well ..I ll try not to sink to their level and not say anymore.

They are so great, they got me in and my car fixed fast . The office girl is so nice and the mechanic was so great while we were waiting to be picked up he played with my girls and gave them candy. Definitely recommend them!

Carter's is amazing! They helped us find a quick fix for our car so we could get it driving.we plan to bring it back to get fully fixed up when we save the money up! They were so kind and helped work with what we could pay!

They did an excellent job fixing my car, window, mirror, matching paint on my 2001 Buick from an accident of a deer running out in front. Highly recommend them.

Carter's coach works is the best in Utah. Personal opinion! There is nothing better than a smaller shop localy owned. Top notch quality work, Reliable towing, and a honest business experience every time. I know alot of people hate on the impound fees. (Just like everywhere else). But when A buisness needs to be ran it needs to be ran. Cant expect a buisness to just hold up space in their lot and tow for free. If you got inpounded it was your fault. Not the buisnesses! Give carters a try. You wont be let down. I personally guarantee it! Thank you carters!! From me and many others. BOOYA!!!!!

The mixed up a $10 bottle of touch up paint for me. It matches perfectly. Don't waste your money buying the Mopar paint pens. They aren't even close. These guys took great care of me.

Nicki in the office is great, but I hope I dont have to have a vehicle towed there again. Our truck was pretty ugly before the wreck and the man that we talked to there let us know about it and was rude.

Got to be one of the closest "Tows" to the mess that is the rumble strips construction on I-15 in Utah County! Very prompt service - Treated my daughter very well after a very stressful blowout! Thanks a bunch guys!
