Our most recent vehicle had a quote from the dealer for a fix that would cost much more than the car is worth. Before giving up on the car we took it to AutoWorks. They worked strategically with us to basically make the car as good as new. Their customer care is excellent.

My first review of this place has seemed to disappear, so I am writing this again (I feel that strongly about it).I had a bad oxygen sensor in my minivan, but try as I might I couldn't not break it free (really hard to reach spot). I took my van to them and asked them to remove the oxygen sensor and put in the new one (which I had already purchased).Upon picking up my van they charged me the labor (expected) and then they added a surcharge because I brought the part in (I don't remember the cost now, but it was significant) and then they charged me a huge diagnostic fee for the oxygen sensor that they pulled out.I just wanted the sensor replaced. They overcharged and performed services that were outside of the scope of the repair. Even when I complained about the diagnostic fee they wouldn't remove it.I had used this company multiple times. They are overpriced, but this last experience was seriously dishonest on their part. They have lost a customer for life.

Such a friendly staff! Easy to communicate with. These guys had my vehicle repairs done in just a few days time and did a great job! This was my first time going here and I'll be sure to use these guys again in the future if anything should need to be repaired. Also looks great and clean in the shop.

I took my truck in to get $2000 dollars of work done. When I got my truck back they clearly forgot the oil change entirely and charged me for some battery work that didn't get done until I brought back my truck 2 days later to get the oil changed. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they gave me a free oil change to make up for it.

This was the second time I ve used AutoWorks Car Care. Honestly, the number one reason I choose them is the old fashioned friendly family service atmosphere they treat you with. Their quality work certainly is important to me, but it is to them as well. I believe the price of their service matches the work that they have done. Took my truck in to have transmission flush and service done. Had 2 transmission cooler lines replaced that were leaking. They called and said they had some issues with a linkage that had broke when they removed it but they had modified it and it was working and that it was ready to be picked up. Took truck home and crawled under to look at the modification. It was unacceptable and with what I just paid them I was disappointed. I called them and told them I was bringing truck back and that they needed to fix what they broke. After talking with Jackson they agreed to keep my truck and fix the linkage. They lent me a car to use while my truck was waiting for parts. With all that said . After being disappointed, I was impressed by how they handled the situation. They didn t argue with me . They said we will make it right and they did. I appreciated that. Thank you Jackson and thanks Nate!!

Fantastic experience! The owner Shaun was personally involved with seeing that my Toyota 4 Runner was thoroughly inspected and repaired, and that all work was done to satisfactorily. I ve been to Auto Works in Payson off and on over the years but after my last visit I have decided to take both of my cars there for maintenance and repairs. They are always welcoming, get routine maintenance done quickly and they even vacuumed my car and left a bottle of water in my car with a thank you note.

We were traveling on I-15 when our truck started spewing antifreeze. We were towed to AutoWorks. They got the truck in the afternoon, and by the next afternoon had a new water pump in so we could get on the road. Very fast and friendly service. I would use them all the time, but we live a couple of thousand miles away.

Clean waiting room with large windows and a young child section. The television isn't obnoxious and the commercials are all car maintenance educationals, which I appreciated. There is a complimentary snack bar.

Great customer service, honest and trustworthy! Korbin kept me updated about my car the whole time and when it took a little longer to get the part they needed, they offered me a loaner car free of charge! Shaun and his guys took really good care of us. They looked over the whole vehicle and let us know what should be replaced and what parts were starting to go bad, and then gave us the option to pick which parts to replace at the time. They didn t pressure us when making the decision either. I received almost daily updates about my vehicle and they worked hard to make sure it was completely fixed before calling to let me know that it was done. I will take all of my vehicles to them from now on and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Made an appointment on Monday took my car in on Thursday 8:00am heard nothing back all day so I stooped back by at 4:00pm. They said,' a technician didn't come in short a guy". No worries next day heard nothing all day No Communication called at 5:00pm for a status exact excuse. Why make an appointment should have said can't get to it for a couple of weeks instead wasted 2 days of my time and then owner ignored me and acted like it was my fault when I walked in to pick up my unfixed vehicle. I totally understand if you are busy, but you made the appointment and gave NO Communication people like to get updates. Suggestions communicate and a call Friday morning with a honest update so I could have taken it somewhere else would of made all the difference in the world.

I had an emergency issue and needed to get my car in right away for an oil change. They answered their phone right away and were able to get me in within 2 hours and fixed everything within an hour. They took the time to call with an update and I felt really taken care of. Overall excellent customer service and a very good deal, will definitely use again!Service: Oil change

Very friendly and experienced.I went to get an alignment done after I replaced my tie rod ends. The rear tires have always been cambered in, and I asked if they could correct that.Unfortunately, they were unable to do that. He explained to me the parts I would have to replace to get them in order again.I will most likely come back to them for the next alignment when I finish replacing the rest of the suspension.

Payson Auto Works has always been great. They have a good price for their o�l changes. And now they give you even more service with them. They vacuumed my vehicle for me. And also left a small bottle of cold water inside my vehicle, with a nice little note. Not only that, but I had bought some new window wipers from Walmart, a bit ago, and not installed them. They also did that for me. I appreciate the little things. The people at Auto Works are wonderful!Services: A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Jackson was a great help guiding my car problem to solution! I had a front end vibration during a cross country trip and they diagnosed a failing control arm and replaced it. I brought a car in a couple of years ago for an emissions test, they were fast and efficient and at the time I thought reasonably priced. However, I recently brought a different car in, recently purchased, to get an overall inspection and I was disappointed in the quality of service. They were quick, which I appreciated, and there check was very thorough, however the cost of the check was triple what I have paid other places for the same kind of service. It was determined I needed a timing belt replacement and the quoted cost of that service was double what I was quoted at 2 other businesses nearby for the exact same service (full timing belt kit replacement including water pump and coolant flush). When I asked for a cost breakdown, the numbers did not add up to what they had quoted me.I also was disappointed because 3 times, in three different conversations I asked if they could replace my blinker bulb and I got in my car and it wasn't done. I decided to just pick up my car and not go through with any repairs there, and when I picked it up the guy at the desk was a little condescending to me. Overall unimpressed with my experience and it was EXPENSIVE. Will not be returning.UPDATE: One of the things I had them check was my check engine light. They told me I needed to replace my timing belt. I took it into another place and had the timing belt replaced and still was having problems with my check engine light. I had this other place check my check engine and they found the problem right away and fixed it and I haven't had a problem since. Autoworks in their long list of things to fix hadn't caught this problem, and I still probably would have a check engine light turning on and off if I hadn't taken it somewhere else.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Started using these guys a couple yrs back when a dealership was unable to resolve moter issues after spending thousands$$ on one of my fleet trucks. These guys fixed it properly the first time having it in. They always call me before doing anything and go over the issues, cost and schedule. Recommend these guys no question! Shaun (the owner) was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and fixing it promptly. I had a crack in my radiator that leaked coolant ultimately causing my engine to overheat. I had it looked at by multiple places that all confirmed it needed a new engine. I called around to places to get it fixed and no one would get me in for even 1-3 months to take a look at it. Shaun had me deliver it to his place and they fixed it in about 4-5 weeks. This was awesome! The car runs great and they were very responsive. No doubt this was expensive but I wanted it to be done right. They also provide a warranty for their work which gives some peace and mind. Great place and friendly staff. Shout out to Eric for all the help with my calls!
