Amazing service!! Everyone here is so kind and helpful! We were traveling long distance and ended up with a hole in our tire. The gentleman working in the garage made time to patch our tire to help us on our way! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you again!

I almost never write internet reviews - but I had such a great experience with Fads Auto that I had to share. I was traveling and experienced a serious mechanical issue on I-15 on a holiday weekend. I was able to limp my truck to the shop and Dave helped me out with the parts, tools and knowledge to get me back on the road in just a few hours. Thanks again Fads!! Highly recommended.

NAPA Auto Parts in Parowan has an awesome mechanic (Dave), they have a garage and do repairs as well as sell parts as a traditional auto parts store. I originally called needing a referal just after July 4th weekend for a mechanic that could do a quick front brake pad and rotor replacement in Parowan. Totally my bad for letting my pads go to far, I could hear metal on metal while braking! Shyanne answered the phone and was so kind. She put me on hold to check with their mechanic Dave to see if he could fit in a repair on the first day back from a long weekend. I was in and out of cell reception as I was driving through the mountains from Colorado to Brian Head. She was so nice! When I lost reception, she was nice to understand and CALL ME BACK! I didn t even know they did repairs as well as sell parts! My call and talk with Shyanne was a blessing in disguise! She said when I got to town if i could leave my truck, my new front brake pads and rotors could be done in a few hours in the same afternoon I called for a referral! Repair cost was fair as well! Hagen was also outstanding! He was so nice and helpful when I was waiting to see if my truck was completed. He gave me some great tips on downshifting and brake use while going down mountain to save my brakes in the future. Another great confirmation on my choice was when I waited in the parking lot prior to bringing my keys into to Shyanne, I bumped into a local resident that stopped by the store. You know when full time local residents are customers, your in the right place! NAPA auto parts and REPAIR is my new favorite go to for anything I need for my truck while in Utah!

Best service! Such a lovely family owned store, had an issue with 2 tires while driving and they helped us figure out what we needed and also installed everything without us even asking. Best customer service I have had in a very very long time!

Always a good experience with Dave, he gets the job done right and doesn't doop you on price. A truly honest mechanic. I will never take my car anywhere else again. The best! Thank you Dave!

Fantastic! Camping up at Yankee Meadows and was overheating, stopped by on a Tuesday to see if they could squeeze me in and they were able to get me in Friday AM. Needed a new clutch fan and thermostat, owner took care of promptly. Price as always with NAPA Mechanics very reasonable and fair.

This was the most honest business man ever. We had a blow out on our trailer out on the 15 hwy. He came and put the spare on, brought my trailer back and fixed the propane line that broke due to the shredded tire, then filed my emptied propane tanks. He charged me a fraction of what i would expect.I would always go to him for any parts or work he is very honest.Kristina Quebman and Family.

Helped us out of a jam when our classic car broke down near the highway. No one had the parts for a vehicle as old as ours. They were able to connect us with a local place that had what we needed to at least get going again. We were frustrated, tired, overheated and a bit grouchy. But the counter guy kept his cool and helped out as best he could. In the end our vacation weekend in Brianhead still ended up being pretty great.

I called today asked about a part said i was going to be there to pick it up shortly i drove from panguitch lake got there at 430 and they were closed either fix your operation hrs online or stay open until 5! Lazy sob left early. Napa in cedar city gave great service.

Always friendly and offer service that is honest and fair. Parts maybe a little expensive but that's only part of being a small town and semi remote. If u want things cheaper then live in a congested big city.

I was lucky these guys were so close when my battery died while I was driving to Vegas. They had the battery I needed and put it in for me too! They re awesome!

These guys patched a tire for me--same day--at a very reasonable price. No one there was wearing a mask, which was disappointing to see. The exterior is pretty cluttered.

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I was having a bad day because i got a flat on my way from Los Angeles to Salt Lake, but they helped and fixed it up and it ended up being a great day
