These guys were awesome from the moment I walked through the door. They got my truck in for repair(smashed tailgate) the same day. Was scheduled for a two week repair and had it finished in 5 days. They dealt with the insurance and the customer service was on point. I highly recommend for your body repair needs.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Very unprofessional. Took six months to repair the hail damage and repaint my truck. They also billed my for unauthorized repairs they performed on my truck. When I argued that, they took a little bit off the price but I still ended up paying a lot more then what they originally quoted me. When they said it was done and I picked it up I found multiple problems with it. From missing pieces to paint over spay on my windows. They removed an LED light strip and didn't reinstall it. Then apparently lost it. The manager even tried telling me I was lying about the light strip. Still ended up ordering me a new one but it has to get shipped to me in North Dakota. I couldn't nor wanted to leave my truck there any longer. My truck did end up looking good but the customer service and lack of integrity of the employees at this shop is pathetic. So bad that I complained to the service King corporate office. The area manager did what he could to help and he was very kind and professional. But even he admitted that he was embarrassed about the whole ordeal.

We needed advice on a bent piece of our trunk that was bent from a bike rack, and the staff was kind enough to take a look as soon as we arrived. She inspected the bent piece and gave us advice on next steps and a quick solve for the short term. Highly recommend.

I was under the impression I was bringing my truck in to get fixed. I had to make an appointment for a month later. Better communication and transparency up front that they are a month delay to even start.

Good, but not great.. cleanness is important, and at first glance, I wasn t impressed. Triston was helpful, and well received by me, thank you for your service. I do have a noise now in my car that wasn t there before the service. I am still waiting for service king to get back to me about this faulty noise.

I have taken a couple of cars here and from hitting deer. They do good work when insurance was involved but haveLittle interest working on painting parts otherwise. When I tried to get a truck grill painted they said no because of several BS reasons- can t warranty, didNot Buy the grill, against corporate policy, crying me a river after I dropped it off for a quick paint. Their so called policies are stupid, and lazy.Service: Painting

Estimator was thorough and cordial, received the estimate a couple hours after my visit. Set an appointment a couple of days later and had great communication with the shop via their text updates and even a call from the manager. Finished the work two days early and everything looks great! Well done!!!

Getting in an accident is never fun and can be such a hassle to sort out when it comes to fixing a car. However, every single step of having my car repaired at Service King was so easy and painless. Basically all I had to do was drop it off, and every detail beyond that was taken care of by Service King. I was updated every step of the way by text, my car was completed 3 days earlier than quoted and looked better than before I got in the accident. The frosting on the cake was getting into a beautifully repaired vehicle on the outside and to my total surprise a beautifully detailed car on the inside! My car has not been that clean since I drove it off the car lot, and I'm so grateful for that added touch. Everything about my experience was 10 Stars in my opinion, and I recommend Service King to anyone and everyone needing repairs or any service they provide. My vehicles will only go to Service King from here on out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

I had a fender bender. I smashed the back corner of my car. My insurance told me to take it to Service King. The repairs were o.k. But they FAILED to tighten ANY of the LUG NUTS on ALL of my WHEELS!! As soon I drove away it made a terrible noise. I didn't know what the problem was. It took them two times to try to figure out the problem. This could have lead to a serious safety issue. I could have gotten into an accident. I'm too nice of a person to complain to them. And I'm sure it was an honest mistake by a service man that forgot to tighten them all up. But, there's really no excuse when it comes to safety. Either you do the job right or don't do it at all. Go somewhere else to get your car repaired.Service: Body & Trim

I chose Service King twice mostly because of the lifetime warranty. Today they made good with a small issue at no charge, and not even a signature required. The quality has been great for going on 4 years between the two repairs. A+++ recommended, fast, high quality body work, and stand by their work.

I don't live in Park City full time but I own a place there so I rent a car when I come to town. Someone scratched our rental van while in a parking lot so I brought it in to see if they could buff it out for me. They did an amazing job and you could not see the scratch at all. They did not even charge me, they are so friendly and nice from the desk receptionist to the tech and schedulers. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

After being rear ended, I went to service king for repairs. The staff was amazing and the repairs were completed so quickly! I was so impressed with their services! When I picked up my car, they had basically detailed the inside. Great company!!!

It was my first time dealing with a collision repair and Service King was great! Initially they quoted me longer than I was expecting it to take but they did a fantastic repairing my car by the time I hoped to get it back. Their team keeps you looped in on the process. A big thank you to Tristin and Jacey! Fingers crossed I don't need to go back but should I get in another accident I would gladly use them again.

OK, if you're looking at reviews for auto repair, I'm sorry. Nobody wants to have a relationship with a body shop, but if you have to, this is the place! I was fortunate (?) enough to have two accidents within a couple of months last year, and Service King PC took care of me. Kind and personable people and they work with insurance and car rental places to get you taken care of. Even though both accidents damaged the exact same spot, you can't see any evidence. It looks like new. And, even if something about your repair doesn't meet your expectations, these guys will make it right so you leave happy. Seriously. It's bad enough you need something repaired, but you'll almost be glad you did, because these guys will make it right.

Brought our truck in yesterday after getting an estimate at a place down the road. Were told by that previous place we needed a sanding, re-painting job for close to $2000! 3 Service King employees came out to take a look offering various solutions and finally decided upon trying white vinegar and a soft cloth and elbow grease. We went home and did the job ourselves in just a few minutes. What an honest place, what honest, caring employees. All I can say is someday if we really do have a problem and need body work etc. we are heading straight to Service King! Also we are going to pass the word around! -Lori & Leo Scott

Our Allstate Insurance agent coordinated having our car repaired at Service King after an accident. Service King was professional every step of the way, sending text updates periodically to keep us apprised of the service being done and when it would be finished. I don t know what kind of insurance scam these people are trying to run but they had my truck for nearly a month and held it in a inspection & quality check phase for a whole day, clearly to run up the labor hours, because I got my truck back more taken apart then when I took it in. The gas fill line wasn t even connected to the body and my hood release lever is broken. 0/10 would not recommend.

They were amazing! I highly recommend Service King to anyone who needs collision repair! The mechanics and the service people were friendly and helpful. They even drove my repaired car back to my home because I can't drive due to a broken leg.

This center DOES NOT REPAIR TESLAS. Twice I have made an appointment because Service King is an Authorized Tesla Repair Center. My daughter put a small dent in my back bumper and I was sent there BY TESLA. After they gave me an estimate they wouldn't even put me on a wait list because parts are back ordered. I had to keep calling back only to be told no appointments several times..Then I had a real accident on my front panel and again I am sent to this location who did an estimate only to tell me they don't repair aluminum. Off I go to the SLC location only to be told that I need another estimate by them for both issues. Ok, but they do Tesla Estimates from 8-10 on Weds and Thursdays? The rear dent estimate was $4100 in SLC, but only $2010 in PC (too bad they don't actually repair Teslas).Then, the Park City SK has the nerve to call me over and over to schedule my repair? Well at least they vacuum in Park City. The SLC location is filthy, the floor is covered in leaves, seriously.

Tristan and the entire staff at Service King have gone way above and beyond in serving me & my cars on numerous occasions. I cannot refer them strong enough. They are top shelf when it comes to customer service and expertise. For real!

This place is wonderful. It was finished on the date they said, even tho they weren't sure until they got into it. Kept me informed each week and even let me leave it there for a couple extra days because of a trip I was on. Highly recommend. Still have parts missing, poor finishing details. They cut corners on repairs. Then paint the whole door panel, right over an existing chip! Really??Month's later- they have forgotten about the missing parts altogether-If you enjoy haggling with people all the time, these are the ones who do it day in and out.

i have a car they never got the part for, never called us back.Painted over a large chipped area that was there before, if they're going to paint the whole panel why not fix the nickel sized chip?
