They took care of the windshield, vacuumed the floor and washed my windows. Daniel went above and beyond to help with an incident that happened in the parking lot unrelated to safelite. Every staff member I spoke to was helpful and friendly! Will definitely go back when my windshield inevitability cracks again while living in Utah.

This is the first and last time that I will use this Safelite location. It s a very small single bay location in the same building as a car wash with very limited parking. The main issue with having a single bay is that you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment and this location services a very large area so they need a larger facility and I would recommend that they relocate out on Highway 40 to make it more convenient for the larger market. If you want an appointment at this location, you will need to wait 2 to 3 weeks, if you reschedule your appointment, you will need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. On my appointment day, I showed up as instructed 15 minutes before my appointment time, but they didn t start working on my car until 45 minutes past my appointment time. The two guys that were working there seemed professional, but not very friendly. The location is very convenient for those that live in Park City/DV but I drove 45 minutes because it was the nearest one to my home. The other complaint I have is every time a customer would drop in. They would stop working on my car to deal with other customers so the overall repair took twice the amount of time as it did in the past at the other Safelite locations that I ve been to. If you live in Park City, this is a very convenient location. Final comment, the morning after my windshield repair, I went out to my car to start it, and it was dead, even the remote didn t work, no lights, and I had to use the emergency key just to get in the car, the battery was so dead that I couldn t even jumpstart it, it took me 36 hours to recharge the AGM battery that apparently had been completely discharged the day previous while they were working on my vehicle. That was really a pain in the butt.

I had an appointment at 8am, I arrived (with my kids and husband in his car) and then they told me they couldn t do my car because it was snowing. The camera on the windshield can t be calibrated in the snow. I felt like it was very poorly handled without an apology, they didn t call me beforehand and instead let me drive the 20 mins with 2 cars to tell me in person. The lack of apology and communication was a bit shocking. Will not be going back.

Daniel is great! Awesome customer service, friendly and personable as well as great work we had two rock chip repairs and a windshield replacement. Definitely recommend.

Daniel is seriously the maniel. Every time I go in there, he knocks my customer service expectations out of the park. One time, I showed up on the wrong Tuesday, apologized, and turned to leave. He asked where I was going and told me he'd get it done anyway!

I recently had a windshield replaced on a Saturday afternoon. The guys texted beforehand to let me know that they had space to fit me in a little earlier if I wanted, so that worked out really well. The windshield looks like new and they were really nice. I d use them again.

I had the windshield of my brand new car cracked and Safelite Auto Glass replaced it. You would think, since I left five stars, that it went smoothly- it did not. Genesis sent a lemon of a windshield; therefore, Safelite was not able to install all my cameras and bells and whistles. On top of it all, the second replacement was 6-8 weeks out.I twas extremely upsetting that my car was going to be "messed up" for another 6-8 weeks, but Daniel's communication was outstanding. During the 6-8 weeks he would call, check in, give me updates on the progress of my windshield and ETA of its arrival. He even kept me up to date on where they were keeping the cameras to my car while we waited and would often call me on his day off or outside of business hours. He was always so kind and apologetic, even though it wasn't his fault. I would highly recommend Safelite and Daniel. You do not see this customer service anymore!Service: Auto windshield replacement

We have dealt with tens of windshield repairs over the decades, and have never felt to need to complain until this. Incredibly disappointed in the horrible job performed on the front windshield. The repair was done so poorly that it now looks like an even bigger rock smashed on the windshield and is permanently damaged. We asked the manager who said signing the waiver meant we had no recourse to complain or expect it to look good.Service: Auto windshield repair

Had a window broken out on my Jetta. Daniel and Kam at the PC Safelite helped me wrap the window, so I didn t have it wide open until my appointment came. Daniel was also able to get me in for the repair within 2 days. They started on my car as soon as I pulled up, job was done within 2 hours, and no issues at all with the new window installed. Very friendly guys and they got the job done right, quickly. Absolutely recommend.Services: Auto glass repair, Auto side window replacement

They did a good job at repairing my rock chips. The repair guy Kaleb couldn't even look at me to talk to me as if I can't own a nice truck. He kept looking at a guy next to me telling him about my truck. Even when I stepped in front of the guy he looked around me like I was in the way. I said, "Could you please address me when you are talking about my truck?" He rudly responded, "It's the same information no matter eho I tell." All while the Manager Taylor was laughing about how ridiculous the situation was.No, I won't be back with my truck.

The technician working on 6/1/20 was able to get me in early and finished replacing my windshield within an hour. He was friendly and professional. The total cost was $200 less than what my dealership quoted me. I wouldn't hesitate before returning if I need any work on my windshield again!

I would never go to Safelite just because horrible automated service and you can t talk to representative. I definitely discouraged anyone from using this place because it is extremely frustrating.

Do not under any circumstances take your car here. They were unable to fix a simple rock chip and made it worse. Customer service is very rough and unprofessional. Ended up having to have my entire windshield replaced because of their incompetence. (Or did they just purposely mess up chip repair to sell a whole windshield?) Absolutely go to Silver Mountain Glass instead!

The worst phone system in the world. Only a computer no matter what you try! Even when you get transferred to the "agent queue" it's still a computer, but this one hangs up on you! Fabulous...

Came in to get my window regulator put in place. It took a couple of appointments but staff was very friendly, patient and understanding. Daniel came and help me throughout and got the work done! Thanks again!

Brought my car in with a small chip that the service man couldn't even find because it was so small and had zero spidering. I left with a windshield cracked completely across and a extra hole he had drilled that is now also cracking out even more. Service man was nice enough to inform me that I now need a completely new windshield for $900. I would have been much better off never going to this safelite. There was no reason to crack my windshield more or drill another hole. Spent over $500 for a replacement windshield for a two year old truck. Went back two months later for repair of a tiny rock chip (1/3 inch; could barely feel it with fingernail) and they quoted me $39.99. See ya. Won't be back.

Come see the amazing midget man replace windscreens in way to tall of cars . Using horrible communication skills and the wrong tools in general you are guarantee to be frustrated to the point of strangulation. Guarantee.
