Hands down, one of the most helpful companies in the business. Not only did he come in a blizzard to try and get me out with a flat bed, but when that didn't work he drove all the way back in a blizzard to pull me out with his truck. Man is a blessing. I know a lot of people have mixed opinions on this place, but I'll never use another company if I get stuck in Park City. Can't stress enough how amazing it was to have him show back up after not being able to get me with the flat bed. Oh on top of all of this he never changed me more than what he said over the phone. If I could rate higher I would.

We are very pleased with Park City Towing. After 25 years of clearing the snow with no problem, our tractor slid off our driveway today while my husband was driving it.Without being able to use it we are totally stuck. When I called, Travis was very helpful and said Josh would be out shortly. Josh arrived quickly and tried very hard to extract the tractor but it was necessary to get a second truck with another winch because of the angle the tractor was on on the hill. Travis arrived quickly with the second truck and together they carefully and skillfully got the tractor back on the drive. Josh and Travis were both terrific. We are very grateful for their excellent service. Previously Andy came to our rescue when our car stopped running after some failed warranty work and he was wonderful too. Losers. Towing fee was 201, and then there was an extra 182 dollars of fees tacked on. Sad and pathetic little ghetto impound lot in the back of an industrial park. Waited 30 minutes in the parking lot before anyone showed up to get my car back at 1030 at night. I would ve understood paying half that but a 400 dollar tow for being parked somewhere for an only a few hours is bullcrap. Be real careful of where you park so you don t lose nearly half a grand dealing with these morons.

First, this review is long overdue. I have been assisted by P C Tow (Belcher's) throughout the years, since 1994, to the present date.This afternoon, Kortney phoned me within a few mins of hanging up with AAA. He went above and beyond, from the moment he phoned me to relay his ETA until he delivered and parked my and got me home. This kind gentleman opened the passenger door of his flatbed, held my backpack ("bag of rocks" as my friends' affectionately say), and, my carry-on. He told me to be very careful climbing out and down, and he seemed ready to give me a hand in case I slipped.

Good service. I wasn t expecting anything good from a tow truck company and they surprised me. They first told me that they were going to pick up my car between 2 and 3 hours, and they finally arrived in just 1 hour. The price was ok, $190 from Park City to SLC.

WOW SUPER FAST, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, and THEY LISTEN! Thank you Park City Towing! Daniel is AMAZING!!!My truck was over heating on my way to drop off my BFF. I called AAA - which that lady was RUDE as F- so I hung up on her! I was just letting my truck cool down when I see a tow truck pull up behind me - this guy was like an angel - asked "Did you call AAA" - I said "well yes I did" but I really hung up on her cause she was rude-LOL anyways- SHOUT out to Daniel and Brady! This company is awesome! Very trustworthy and fast! THANK YOU PC TOWING!

Unprofessional management, Malicious management, dosn t follow state law or procedures, steals property and threatens customers, fake reviews and steals peoples property.Another business in Utah that thinks it can operate with impunity and violate people s rights for profit. Good thing I record everything.

Had two jump starts in one day. Paid $150. Very overpriced and they can get away with being rude and expensive because they are the only game in town. The manager I delt with on the phone had no customer service.The positive was Adam - he helped me out the second jump start and he was honestly great. He is the reason for 2 stars instead of one. Thank you Adam

This review is about Tiffany. Specifically about my experience calling in and working with Tiffany who I'm guessing runs the phone during the weekend, and probably during the week.I called in trying to get some basic information on how things were charges for storage fees and she got extremely defensive and kept interrupting me over and over again even when I asked her not to. She called me combative just because I asked for her to please not interrupt me in the middle of when I was talking and asking questions to gain clarity and understanding for how things were charged.The tow truck driver who picked up my vehicle was extremely nice and gave us a lift to where someone could pick us up. So no issues with the tow itself or that tow driver, just Tiffany.Just because of my 5 minute phone call with Tiffany and how awful that was, I'm giving a 1 star, which is generous.Service: Car towing

I had a blowout on the freeway at 5pm on a busy Friday afternoon on US40. Kolton from Park City Towing arrived about 10 minutes after my call for roadside assistance. Kolton was super friendly and professional when he called me to get my exact location. When he arrived he got right to work and quickly changed my tire and got me back on the road. I was so grateful for the fast, professional, courteous help!

Knight in shining ArmourMy battery is flat, and I had no food in the house I called AAA and was told it would take an hour to get someone to come and jump start the carTroy from Park City towing was there probably within six minutes. I was astounded. And so friendlyHe not only jumpstarted the car but gave me a nice recommendation for late night food and other advice for someone new to the area !!Thank you so much Troy

I ended up stranded at work. Used my insurance coverage to get a tow. PC Tow was dispatched. Andy Russell was the one that helped me. He was fantastic. I was calling a friend to come pick me up because i didn't think I'd be able to ride in the tow truck with my dog. He assured me it was ok to do. He was informative and we had a great conversation too. He went above and beyond for me, in my opinion.

$380 for a tow, really? I know vendors like to screw people over in Park City, but this is absurd.

Showed up timely - however was verbally quoted $200 for a vehicle to be pulled out of snow which i was fine with. They billed for $400 + tax. They did not even need to use the wrecker and vehicle became unstuck by using our own tire chains to place under the rear tire. They were there no longer than 15 min. When I called to ask about charges They said it's just the way it is and when I pushed further the lady who I was speaking to was told to "grow a set of b***s" by an older gentlemen in the background. They could not justify the additional charges so I am disputing with my credit card company. Don't trust their verbal quotes - They don't stand behind them. As a small business owner it's frustrating to deal with dishonest local businesses. Check my reviews- they are almost all positive unless companies lie. Seems like other people have had the same experience (read reviews).

Tyson helped me with a flat tire (through AAA), and he was the kindest person. He changed my flat to the spare so quickly and had several recommendations on where to go to get it fixed. Thanks for making a bad situation a little better!

Creeps who tow your car out of the parking place that you pay for at the place you rent in the middle of the night. Meanwhile there are other cars that are in the lot without permits that they don't bother looking for. $313 for the pleasure of getting to know them and lot of hassle to boot.. Unapologetic professional pirates who extort money from you to get your car back. And the local law turns a blind eye to it. Great racket!Service: Car towing

Hunting trip convoy heading back to the rat race of life and one of the convoy drivers trucks blows a distributor cap. We all pull off the nearest exit to and my husband and I flip around and go back to see what was going on. To make a long day feel like it was never going to end we used my AAA to call for a tow. Tyson McInnes was dispatched to us. He was great with communication,updates, professional, got us off the interstate as fast as he could and great all around with communication and customer service. Thank you Tyson for being you, your professionalism and fantastic representation for the company you represent.

Park City Tow was a lifesaver for my friends and I this morning. We were road-tripping back to Seattle from Midway and happened to hit the largest pothole while turning onto I-80 West. We called AAA and they connected us with Andy (Andrew) from Park City Tow. While the accident was stressful, Andy was incredibly professional and helped make light of an otherwise tough morning. Very thankful for Andy and all the folks at Park City Tow for a great and timely experience.Service: Car towing

We called Triple A when our Sprinter van broke down, and they told us it would take around an hour for a truck. Trey from Park City Tow showed up within 15 minutes, with the right truck to haul the Sprinter safely to a nearby shop. He was super nice and professional, and even let our dog ride in the cab with us. Quality service at a very reasonable price, Trey did a great job and made sure we were well taken care of.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

When you give them your credit card and sign that piece of paper, Park City Towing can do anything they want. Without the dishonest charges, you can call down to Salt Lake City and they'll come up to take care of you. Amazing service today, they were able to get to us quickly, was knowledgeable of shops open on weekend who could fix our cracked radiator. Very polite driver!

Our family is in the middle of a large move and our vehicle broke down. Tyson was our driver and he refused to leave our side until he knew our family and pets were in a safe place for the night (even though that meant he had to stay with us for 5 hours). He went way above and beyond what is required, he kept our children entertained and showed them how the tow turck works and we truly appreciate it! I called local company to help me jump start my vehicle. They were unable to accommodate me and recommended these guys. I feel fortunate to have spoken with and learned from master Blake. He not only used two jumpers because battery was so dead he eased my stress as they are out of the specific battery for my auto. He shared 8 out of 10 people can just get a jump and are fine! I also learned that you have to charge the car a specific way and take care if your battery. He was on time, professional, a true master of his work and bonus a great guy!This company has there act together! The woman I spoke with on the phone was also really nice and helpful. Worst experience ever. First, they apparently argued with AAA as to whether or not it was a tow request meeting their standards ... for 2 HOURS! Ridiculous! When they finally engaged, it took only 10 minutes to arrive at my location. In the meantime I sat stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night. The tow truck driver, Tyson's, ignorance was exceeded only by his arrogance. With my key fob in his pocket, he inadvertently opened my electrically operated tailgate. Ignorant and unsophisticated as he was, he started to close it again ...MANUALLY. I called to him repeatedly to PLEASE STOP!!! It's not good for the pneumatic system to force it closed against the resistance of the automated system. Tyson, the "know-it-all" tow truck dtiver, assured me that he's done this "millions of times" and it never hurt the vehicle. How would he know how the longevity of the system may have been compromised by his arrogant incompetence? (those electrical/pneumatic tailgate shocks are several HUNDRED $ a copy to replace, BTW) Then, he threatened to withdraw the service and leave me stranded again if I didn't stop voicing my dissatisfaction with his behavior and incompetence. UNBELIEVABLE! Do yourself a favor:AVOID***PARK CITY TOWING***AT ALL COSTS!Service: Car towing

I contacted park city tow at the recommendation of the county sheriffs that had stoped to see what assistance could be offered. Once they showed up after an hour the driver who s name I didn t get told me it would be $100 more than I had been quoted and then asked me to release him of any damage he might cause will pulling out the car from the snow the car had slid into when I said I wouldn t do that he got into his truck laughing and drove away leaving me in 30 degree weather
