I went in looking for a replacement battery for my Volvo s key fob. There were two associates and they were both very customer centric and kind. The supervisor on duty, worked on multiple asks simultaneously while keeping a focus on the associate helping me with my key fob. It was the first time he had to work through end to end this type of project and his supervisor provided nudges and reassurance, redirecting when needed, for the associate to learn independently. It was actually really great to see someone allowing another to learn while providing a supportive accountability approach. The associate never gave up and in the end had a smile on his face knowing he learned something new.

Awesome place and awesome people. Saturday they are only open until 2pm. They have asked Google to change it several times.

Can you please update your hours correctly. Website says Sat till 6pm. Drove over. Closed at 3pm

Highly recommend! I had an issue with my snowblower in between storms ands they had a mechanic out to my house within 24 hours for a quick fix when everyone else in town as 2 weeks out. Will definitely do business with them again.

I am definitely going to keep coming here. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Regrettably I did not get the name I'm the guy who helped me but he did a great job at walking me through what I needed to get trailers on my lights as well as the hookups. I would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I are very appreciative of these folks! When our truck broke down coming up the mountain on 80 east these folks had what we needed. They stayed late to make sure we had what we needed and one of the young men even helped my husband to figure out what to do to get us on our way. We had a 1200 miles trip home to Missouri and theyade sure we were taken care of. These are good people and my husband will be letting his trucker friends know how great they were to us. I never got names but I thank the Gods for them.

Go here! Been to dozens of Napas, easily the best Napa manager and staff I've ran into. Edwin and the crew always go out of their way to help - even when I just need some tips, a tool rental or warranty replacement. Very cool and personable group here.Also, theyre the only real auto parts shop around.

The staff are very helpful, I needed body clips for my nissan juke unfortunately i was provided with the wrong part due to not having the original. The staff apologized for providing the wrong part and immediately got the correct part.

Worst napa in the universe. Less than 50% success rate on parts. Go elsewhere.

Need a part to help a truck that got stuck near Jeremy Ranch in a snow storm. Google says they re open til 6, but we showed up at 4:58 and they re already closed. Thanks for nothing! Guess we re going to Heber in this crazy snow.

Just about the only good auto parts shop in Park City. If you want more of a selection you'll have to either drive to salt Lake or to Heber.

Drove all the way there with 12 min. to spare and they must have closed early. The sad thing is they lost 2 sells because another car was in front of us. Close when you are suppose to please.
