Steven and his crew are phenomenal. They rejuvenated my Tesla with over 120K miles to nearly mint condition with a ceramic coating. After 3 days of driving my newly detailed Jeep up and down the mountain roads where I live, as you can see from the photo, it still looks amazing. I am so happy with the quality of work that Mercer Auto has done in detailing my Jeep that I will forever be a loyal customer. I want to give a strong shout out to Ronaldo and Orlando for the over-the-top customer service. As someone who works with clients I am so appreciative of their work ethic and their enthusiasm. I took my brand new car to Mercer Auto Spa for 3 services:- PPF on the front end of the car- 5yr ceramic coat- Ceramic window tintingOrlando and the team at Mercer auto spa did a fantastic job with my car. Really delighted at the attention to detail, and the quality of the work. They are reasonably priced, but don't let that fool you - they care about quality and customer satisfaction.The car looks amazing. Even better than new, which is how I brought it to them.This is the 2nd time I worked with Mercer Auto Spa, the first time I needed a repair on a tint job done by another company, and their customer service + job quality is the reason I returned, and will return again with all my future cars.Highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a great job, at a reasonable price.Services: Full body wash, Window tinting

Excellent. Orlando and his Team have detailed and wrapped trim on several of our cars as well as provided some small body trim repairs. The work was excellent and even better was their attitude and care overall for us and our vehicles. Orlando and his team at Mercer are fantastic! They all do an amazing job. We have a kit Cobra car that isn t a standard job and they were very conscientious about all the details.
