My son shopped around for weeks looking for the car he wanted as his first big adult purchase. Found it at Karl Malone Ford Park City. Can t tell you how amazing Federico Garcia. Rico was from them moment he greeted us as we stepped out of our car. Very kind and professional young man. I really appreciated that fact that he wasn t a pushy car salesman . He didn t give no fluff just very honest in his opinions and listened to everything my son and I wanted. He worked with us and made it happen. Not only did he find him great Toyota Tacoma but also a got him great deal. It was everything my son was looking for in his first car and then some. Hats off to this location, Rico and his whole staff for making my sons first car buying experience an amazing one. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great deal and an even better buying experience. Definitely returning to Rico for my next car.

In January of 2024, we went to Karl Malone Ford to"look" at a used Super-Duty. We ended up BUYING the 2013 F350 Lariat. The buying experience with our salesman Justin was second to none! Fair negotiations, followed by a smooth transaction, and we drove away happy customers. Some warm and dry weather followed a few weeks later, and we noticed an oil leak. We contacted the dealer, and they resolved the issue at no charge to us. They even gave us a loaner until the repair was made. Fast forward another couple weeks, and we started experiencing the dreaded "death wobble"! The stabilizer was replaced, as well as tightening the rear airbags. We were informed that the extended warranty did not cover these repairs. The service department explained the situation, and the salesman Justin and the dealership went above and beyond to make things right! Karl Malone Ford has been an absolute great place to buy a vehicle from! THANK YOU!! We will be back!

Bought a 2022 RAM 1500. Excellent communication. They seemed to work as a team. Answered all the questions I had. Took care of the Titling and helped me out with questions after I got the vehicle. No hidden fees and the deal we made was what I got.

While it was welcoming, pricing was non negotiable. When I asked for the carfax and the service history he told me I could get a copy and then never gave it to me, I like the car okay but it was priced high. My salesmen was polite and helped me for the most part, though I feel like I was signing papers before I even knew what was going on. They did let me take a sweet ride to lunch. I do think I would recommend them but tell the person to be firm and consistent with what you want.

I recently stopped in to see if I could be interested in a bronco as my Audi lease was coming to an end. I wasn t entirely sure I wanted a bronco but knew I needed a 4-wheel drive vehicle. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Lucy. She was pleasant, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the bronco and answered every question I threw her way. (I had A LOT) Needless to say I fell in love with one of them. Once we started talking and going over numbers it became clear that financing was the way to go. I have never financed only leased so I was a little nervous. Lucy was very patient and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. I have to say that this has by far been my best experience with dealing with the car buying/leasing process. 10/10 recommend this dealership and 11/10 recommend working with Lucy!

We had a great experience buying a pickup truck for our son. Claire was fantastic! Helped us find the perfect truck at our price point. This was the first dealership we visited, then after visiting a few more the same day, we came back to see Claire again and made our purchase. Very helpful and accommodating and not at all pushy. Derrick was super helpful with the financing end. Definitely would recommend!

Would give a no star if possible inconsistent story on recall situation got the keys to pick car up and door was left propped open. Air box and filter on seat no battery in car. Mechanic then put battery back in car and called it good battery left unbolted. Constant back and forth after was told car was ready to pick up..... battery was fine started right away after attempt at an upsale on a battery.

Claire was awesome. She organized the entire thing remotely, while we were in St.George, so when we came up to Park City to finish the process, it was a very speedy ordeal. The used F150 truck we got is awesome and feels brand new. Great experience, will use Claire again in the future.

Couldn t be more pleased with my experience in purchasing my truck. Justin went above and beyond. They earned my business for the future, and as a local, it means a lot to have an honest, dependable dealer right here in PC. No need to go to valley. Competitive pricing, great service (Kyle and Alex are awesome) and an all around a heck of a team.

Great car buying experience! Sam was attentive and very personable. Met us outside as soon as we arrived even though we were over an our late from our original ETA. It was a refreshing low pressure experience compared to most of the mega dealers you typically hear about. Quick easy and we didn t leave with any unanswered questions. Would definitely buy from Karl Malone Park City again even being over 2 hours away!

I could not speak more highly of these guys. I came in to look at a few different cars. I had no clue what I was looking for and or what my ideal price point was. Justin sawyer spent several hours with us and listened to our needs. He helped us land on the perfect vehicle after driving 6 different used cars. The whole sales process was easy and I never felt like I was just being sold. They listened and were genuine from start to finish. Sam helped wrap up our purchase as Justin had to let his GIANT dogs out . I will recommend these guys to anyone.

We drove from Colorado to purchase a truck because their prices were so much better. Lucy helped us work out an amazing deal and made sure we were taken care of. We just bought a used truck from them. They bent over backwards to make a trade in work, I know it wasn t easy. Had some trouble with the truck we purchased, was surprised they took the truck in, and corrected the issue with no hesitation. I worked with Justin to buy a used truck. He was incredibly knowledgeable and by far the most honest salesman I ve worked with. I didn t feel pressured once and there were no games or hidden problems. Their prices are super fair as well. I couldn t be happier with my experience here. I ve never walked away from a car buying experience feeling this positive.

Bought a used truck from Park city Karl Malone Ford. I know its used and as is, but when they say they have done a inspection and everything on the truck is good to go and you take the truck home and shortly after the whole front end needs rebuilt for $3,500 and they send me a check for $350. Doesn't help the me. I know it was sold AS IS. But you think they would stand behind what they sell or there word that its good to go. Now i got a truck i cant safely drive my family down the road until I spend the $3,500 to fix what should have fixed before they sold it.EDIT: got the truck to the shop for the work and now all my brakes and rotors need replaced! SO don't believe there used car check list. This has been a great experience. NOT

Buying a car has to be the last thing I want to do!! It was made easy with Sam. He was accommodating let us drive whatever we wanted. And even went the extra mile called the previous owner of the car I purchased to get the extra key. We will be back in a few months to shop for a truck.

Absolute incredible vehicle buying experience here! Ace was a phenomenal person to work with throughout the entire process. I bought my vehicle from out of state, all online. I was very skeptical to do so but Ace made the entire experience seem less! I got all of my questions answered promptly and my needs were more than met. My daughter bought a used Tesla bottle 3 from these guys. We were treated like royalty, never hassled by anybody and just enjoyed every single person in the showroom while we were visiting and they were getting the car ready for us. They went and put snow tires on it for us so we could drive back to Washington State safely.We appreciated that they played no games and we're just straight shooters from a to z with us.I would tell anybody. I have been in the automotive industry, has a mechanic and I have worked at dealerships for many years and these guys are just A1

We had the best experience at Karl Malone! Simon Estrada was our sales person and I can honestly say he was the best car sales person ever. His follow up and attention to detail was beyond awesome and I would buy cars from him over and over! The finance sept was also epic and Rico in the paperwork dept was awesome too!
