I just bought a new Chevy truck and had a such a good experience! Seriously couldn t believe how easy it was and I felt right at home.George Roderick took such good care of me from start to finish. Karl Malone Chevrolet of Park City is very impressive. The minute you walk into the dealership you recognize that something is very special. The decor is very relaxing and makes you feel like you re in a resort lodge. Every detail of this dealership has been designed to provide you with a relaxing and pleasant experience.The sales staff is very professional and they greet you as a welcomed family member. No pressure, no hype just friendly conversation. Your every question is answered in a pleasant manner and completed to a degree that is satisfies your inquiry. Purchasing a vehicle is a quick and no pressure experience. When you drive away in your new car you feel like you just had a wonderful experience at a resort high in the mountains.I highly recommend this dealership for all your transportation needs.

Great crew! Amazing to work with. This was my first time buying a vehicle in over 17 years, so getting a used (but new to us) 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe was super unfamiliar. On top of that, we travelled in from Denver, CO to pick it up from them.Dre, Kyle, and Mambo all made the experience super easy - Thank you! I've had a very bad experience with this dealership. This dealership is poorly run and I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. The dealership has a captive customer base, since there isn't another Chevy dealership within 30 min and thus they have no incentive to provide decent service. I've been brining my vehicles to this dealership for 10+ years; however, the ownership changed from Mike Hale to Karl Malone a 2+ years ago and the level of service has been poor since. After a poor service experience in January, I called and left a voicemail on the GMs phone asking for a a callback and I never received on. I leased a new Colorado from this dealership in July of 2023. I've had some warranty issues, but the most recent dealing with fixing adaptive cruise control and auto dimming high beams (the issue is a sensor(s)) has been an unpleasant experience. I left the truck with the dealership for 2 weeks in January and issue did not get resolved. During these two weeks I was not kept in the loop despite calling and asking for updates. I'd get the line, "We'll call you later with an update" and never received a call. I eventually had to take the truck back since I needed something to drive. Sick of the constant drop-off and pick-up, when I made my follow-up appointment I expressed my displeasure in the process and asked for them to have a loaner vehicle for me so I could just leave the truck until it was finished. The service employee agreed this was a good plan. I called 3 days before the appointment to confirm there was a loaner, and they said they would look into it and get back to me...again, no return call. Showed up for the appointment and no loaner was available. I need a vehicle to drive, so I was unable to drop the vehicle off and had to leave with a still unrepaired vehicle.

I had a great experience buying a truck from Karl Malone Chevrolet! Lloyd was an excellent salesperson and I d totally work with him again!! The GM was also excellent to work with! I d highly recommend buying an automobile from THIS dealership. I did not feel at all pressured and all were gracious with any changing of mind I had during the process. I finally got a great truck, with low miles, in the color I desired with a payment that works for me. I recently moved to Park City and the winters here are no joke! I feel very safe in my truck.

Just picked up our new (new to us) 2012 Chevy Tahoe, we worked with George for sales and Mambo for financing. It was painless. We live in Kanab Utah so driving 300+ miles we were alittle worried things wouldn t work out but George came through like a boss. Would highly recommend the guys over there at Karl Malone Chevy any day.

Our family made a driving trip from Minnesota to Park City, Utah. We broke a door handle, and on our second vehicle, we had a headlight go out. Upon arrival at our destination, we called Karl Malone Chevrolet. They were efficient, fast, and friendly. We were even able to leave one of our vehicles at the dealership for much of the week, which was very helpful, given that we were staying in the old section of town with a small, small driveway and tight garage.

Purchased a 2023 C8 Corvette last week from Karl Malone Chevrolet and the buying experience was a perfect 10 from start to finish. My salesman, George was wonderful to work with and provided me all of the information and details on the vehicle that convinced me that this was the C8 I wanted. George and the Sales Manager were extremely easily to work with and thus we came to a price agreement very quickly. I did finance a portion of the sale and the Finance Manager Federico was also extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I recommend you give this dealership the opportunity to earn your business.

What an experience! The team at this Chevrolet dealership is exceptional. My guy Ethan helped me figure out the difference between a Silverado and a Suburban. Now I feel like I'm a Chevy pro! Every one from Kyle, to Shinji, to George helped insure a seamless transaction. They even gave me a great value on my trade. I've bought many cars but this one was the best.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. Dropped my vehicle off the day before and asked them to do a few things. Was told it would take 2 hours tops and appt was at 8am next day. Got a ride back to the dealership around 4pm the next day to pick up the vehicle. They had no record of my service request and other notes i asked them to do. Finally someone found my information. Was a cluster to say the least and after talking to multiple people, and my ride over waited outside, they brought my vehicle up. They did not complete hardly anything i asked. Pure laziness

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP! They are the most crooked and shady dealership I have ever worked with. A co-worker and I leased cars three years ago from this location when it was Mike Hale Chevrolet and had a wonderful experience. When wanting to purchase the car at the end of the lease,I requested a final fee breakdown of the buyout from various employees. Each of them gave me a different buyout total and NONE of them would provide me with a printed breakdown, giving various excuses, such as, it was in process , that it was against good business practices , that they didn t have time and were very busy . My co-worker had the exact same experience. Accompanied my co-worker to finalize lease purchase after they were finally told to bring in a check for a certain amount. Upon arriving to scheduled appointment, no one at the dealership knew what was going on. After waiting a while, we were told that the actual final buyout price was $3000 more, but no one in the dealership would provide an itemized explanation of the additional costs. We wanted to take the paper with the new final price they quoted, but they refused and they actually had the nerve to tell us to leave if we didn t want to pay that price or they would officially trespass us. We have since purchased our leases directly through GM Financial and, including sales tax and registration fees, the mystery fees that this dealership added and refused to disclose didn t exist.(Update 2/24) Have since spoken to other dealers about the situation, who have said that Karl Malone Chevrolet has a shady reputation within the dealership community, and that what they were trying to do was something completely illegal. They wanted make us pay the current value of the car (since car prices have gone up a lot in the few years), and they would, in turn, buy out the lease from the finance company for the lower lease-end purchase price on the original lease contract from 2021. I really hope that whichever state entity that is over dealership license oversight sees this publication and audits their business practices.

Kyle was absolutely awesome! I was negative $4000+ in my trade in and i was paying about $560/monthly payments on my current car. He was able to get me into a truck that he could work with, get me the absolute TOP DOLLAR for my trade in! He dropped my monthly payments to $480/monthly AND i ended up being positive $500 in equity!! Kyle will forever be MY car guy, as well as my friend's and family's car guy!

These guys were awesome. They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute and got an oil change and alignment done super fast!Most of all, their friendliness were well recieved. They had a greeter in as soon as you drove in, were personable to talk to, and had a great lounge.Best oil change of my life . Thank you guys!

My battery in my Chevy suburban died in my garage. I called Karl Malone Chevrolet parts/service and asked if they had a battery for my vehicle and could they install it. They had the battery and when I showed up, they were able to remove and replace the battery in a timely manner and get me on the road. I appreciate they were friendly and helpful and I appreciate Scott in parts for taking care of the battery replacement.

Just purchased a 23 Silverado and George was incredibly helpful. Very friendly and is able to make anybody s experience a great one. Highly recommend going to this dealership even if you re just looking. That s what I did and I ended up getting into a newer truck. These guys know what they re doing and George made sure I was going to leave happy. Entire crew is super nice and all make you feel right at home.

The guys at Karl Malone chevy helped us out of a truck breakdown when we were 500 miles from home, and we're so grateful this is the dealership we broke down by. Cody at service was so friendly and helpful with our truck, squeezing us in to a busy schedule to help us out, and the other Cody for making it possible for us to drive home a beautiful new truck that we never imagined we could get! Cole was also so kind to us. The whole team really made it happen, they were honest and trustworthy, creative with our financing, and patient with us and our situation.

Great technically, great in communication, and always pleasant and professional.This last time, I dealt with Cody (in service), and again, he was a pleasure.I would even consider buying my next SUV here, because of their service department.
