Not the best experience I have ever had!!I know a lot of places struggle to find and retain quality personal. That being said wow just wow. Don t tell me you can do it by a certain time if you can t do it by then.They were repairing some damage on the right side of my car. Witch included taking off the bumper. I asked them to repair some paint damage on the drivers side while they were doing the other repairs. To help keep the cost down. And so it could be painted all at one time. (More cost effective).When I went to pick it up they didn t completely repair the paint on the drivers side and wanted me to pay more money because they would need to remove the bumper. My response was are you kidding??? You had the bumper off once!!!So I said no I ll just take my car somewhere else for repairs!!! So went to pay next problem they don t accept cash!!!!! Are you kidding me now!!!They then agreed to fix the paint at no additional cost to me. Won t use them again!!!

I had a minor issue with my paint from a previous repair from several years ago and CKM took care of it without a problem. Standing by your work and their lifetime guarantee with no hassle makes this business truly outstanding. I've taken 3 different vehicles for work here and I am very impressed. STAY AWAY FROM GERBER COLLISION IN UTAH! Management overseeing all of Utah is messy and wishy washy and disorganized. They tell you what you want to hear and go back on their word. They take risks to open doors for risk of injury to employees at the expense of getting cars in and out quickly. Don t trust their work. Numbers are the only thing that matters here. Not quality!

Great local prices and talent! Thank you! I brought in my 2013 silver Subaru Forester for some small paint and dent repairs due to being hit in a parking lot. CKM was great from the start. I popped in one afternoon for the estimate which was quick and very reasonable price. Then I booked the apt. right there for drop off while I was out of town in two weeks. My car was in the repair process first thing on Monday from a weekend drop off, then I paid over the phone to pick up the night I got back. They did a perfect and wonderful job! I would recommend to everyone as I've never had a no worries/ no hassle car repair in my life before this visit!

The other body shop in Park City quoted a price that was 2.5 times higher and a time frame that was 10 days longer. I took it to CKM instead, and they did a great job and finished on time. Highly recommend - Cost less then estimated! I need a minor dent/paint repair on the front corner of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They quoted a price of approx $1,200, and after I dropped my car off, next day they called and said they thought they could do it for less. They were able to get it done with a simpler solution than expected, and it ended up at $960. Amazing service. Jason restored my faith in humanity (and fixed my truck). He is a kind, creative problem-solver, and he treated me with respect. As a woman, it can be intimidating walking into a body shop or automotive place, but Jason was affirming to me and self-aware. This summer we bought a fixer upper boat that probably needed more work than it's worth, but what else do you when it's 2020 and you want to fish. Cort at CKM was great to work with. He looked over the boat, gave suggestions and they went straight to work. They did such a great job I had them work on my truck as well! I would recommend these guys 1000 times over any other shop. Top noch!

CKM repaired a dent in the front wing. The quote was online and easy to do. They picked the car up from my house. The work looks great and it cost significantly less than the quote! Convenience and integrity. A great combination. Definitely recommend them.

CKM has done body work on all of our cars including my BMW X3 on two separate occasions. Today I stopped in and needed a rivet for the back quarter panel of my daughters car since she was driving back to college tomorrow. I arrived 20 minutes before they closed & Cort Sessions, the manager, installed the rivet himself. Truly superior service. Honest and reliable. I wouldn t trust anyone else in Park City!

Had a small dent in a quarter panel after a very low impact, slow speed collision. Did some research and went out and got two estimates. Extreme difference in the two. Decided to go with CKM, the much lower estimate. Not just because the estimate was almost $3000 less, but because they didn t make the small dent seem to be so extreme and difficult to fix. The other company I checked with, wanted to tear the car apart and quoted me for about 40 hours for painting and repairing the minimal damage. They couldn t even get me in for weeks. CKM took the car immediately and had it done on schedule a couple days later. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

CKM did a lot of good work on my husband's truck, so I brought in my car to get my bumper fixed because I had hit something. Jon simply pushed in my bumper, and it clicked to lock position. So, I didn't need to replace my bumper. CKM not only does outstanding, professional work, CKM is honest and gives trustworthy appraisals. My husband and I highly recommend CKM.

I recently took in my 2012 Ferrari FF for repair of the underside of the front bumper (pulled up to close to a curb). The guys at CKM quickly assessed the damage, quoted my a very fair price and had my car in and out in short order. Quality of work is excellent. They even removed a minor dimple in my fuel tank cover. I would highly recommend CKM.

I recently got into a pretty bad accident with my Subaru Outback. I had extensive front end damage. CKM was AWESOME to deal with! They worked easily with my insurance company and got the work done quickly. This is my first big accident and I was very nervous on how the whole process would go but the CKM staff was really nice to me and they did a GREAT job on my car. It looks perfect!

Chad and John at CKM Collision are THE BEST human beings to work with! Professional, courteous, always on time, fairly priced and detailed, precise workmanship. These two are professionals. Experts at their craft with equal part skill and art which is what it takes to get the job done as good as the original. But most of all, they are just good guys. I would only trust my vehicles to them.

CKM did a excellent job with our 2016 Chevy Suburban. Bid price ended up being cheaper then expected and was done one day earlier then planned. Would have CKM work on all my cars!

I highly recommend CKM. I got in a fender bender and was leaving town a few days later. Although my truck seemed fine, I was nervous to drive it in case something was wrong that I couldn't see. CKM communicates horribly with customers and will up charge them due to mistakes in their product management system:- Replacing a bumper and splash shield took over one month and it was 30% more expensive than the original quote.- Their communication system was broken and they kept telling me that they updated me with repair process of my car, but I never received any of these messages.- They told me they had parts in stock, but would call me back hours later saying that these parts had become 1.5x more expensive or that they bought the wrong parts.- They changed my car ready date x3 times. On the last time, they told me my car would be ready on a Friday. I (not them) called Friday afternoon, asking where my car was and they apologized for not telling me earlier it would take the weekend to fix the car.- They made verbal commitments to blend my fender paint, which they did not do.- When I called to complain, their customer service was defensive and antagonistic and created more frustration than understanding.They are the cheapest repairs in town, but expect the cheapest service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sad to write a review about a business, but CKM Collision failed to deliver my vehicle on time, and ran over by $800. Thus I had to get a rental for the weekend, which cost another $300, so the total run up is $1100. I asked for a refund, and refund was refused. CKM Collision suffers from the problem that most autobody repair people suffer from, information asymmetry. They can charge as much as they want because the customer has no knowledge of the parts, or costs. They are liars and cheats, and will show a cheap rate only to screw you down the line. Take your business to another autobody shop that will require you to pay more upfront.Service: Body & Trim

From the moment I first spoke with Jon I knew I would have a good experience. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with treated me with respect. I was able to understand them and the process that took my Nissan back to like new condition. I was especially pleased with the paint match! Red cars seem to fade quickly and the paint match perfectly. Thanks guys!!

CKM is the only shop allowed to touch my cars. My wife was rear ended in our 2006 accord. The damage was pretty extensive and I didn't want the car totaled. Chad and crew rebuilt the rear end flawlessly. There were no signs of damage afterward.

Mark at CKM collision and auto repair is a true professional when it comes to customer service. About 6 months ago I brought my 2003 Subaru Outback into the shop for some minor noises. They looked it over and told me there was nothing major. In fact the noises just went away. They did not charge me one cent to check my concerns. They just built my confidence in them. Yesterday, I took my car in for another reason, fuel smell coming in through the heater after being left in the cold overnight. It had been happening for awhile and I was ready to get it fixed. Mark called to tell me what was wrong and exactly what it would cost. He also informed me of another problem he had found but told me, that since both parts were pretty pricy that I could just wait to fix one or both. I certainly appreciate his honesty. I chose to go ahead and fix both. This is one business that is absolutely necessary in Park City. Honest, reliable and professional. Thank you CKM!

I have been to a few different body shops here in utah. I have to say these guys were the best. They were professional. I was able to get my car on time and it looked brand new when I came to pick it up. I couldn't even tell it had been in a accident. If you want the best body work come to these guys. Very impressed

Absolutely amazing! I needed a brake/tail light fixed and looked up these guys. I walked in and was greeted with very friendly service, he came and looked, took everything apart and had everything fixed and put back together within about 10 minutes and charged me little to nothing! Fantastic service! If you need anything come here! I will that's for sure!

We've had to take our car here three times this year. Each time John and CKM Collision have worked quickly and well, and they have worked to save us money. If something bumps into your car, or if you've got some rust, this is the place to go!
