These guys do an awesome job! I ve had 3 vehicles with them over the past couple years. This round, I went to their Spanish Fork location first because PC was too far out to schedule and we were very unhappy with the finished product. Paint was terrible, clear coat was a drippy mess. When I brought my truck in to the Park City location to voice my complaints, they were quick to make it right. Y all should send some of your competent staff to Spanish Fork and train them to preform to your companies standards. I was mislead by whoever took my initial call and stated that your quality is the same at all locations

This repair was a big job and thereforetook awhile. But, I am completely happy with completed work. A lot of little details were involved in this repair. The car looks as close to new as can be.I hope to never need such services again. But if I did, I would not hesitate to have Cascade Collision do the work.

I had a pesky problem with a tailgate window that would not close. Stopped in Cascade with no appointment or warning...and they not only fixed it, but wouldn't let me pay them for their not-insignificant time and trouble. Much appreciated and much impressed.

Based on the glowing reviews on here, I booked an appointment online to bring my car for a quote to fix some body damage. I showed up and a great associate helped me right away to go over the damage and discuss how to proceed. An entire month later, and I still have not received any quote, despite calling several times (never got ahold of the sales rep despite leaving voicemails) and texting with someone (who said they had sent it, and I asked them to resend it twice but never heard back). Frustrating customer service!

Had my car repaired. Service was excellent! The repair was great. I love that I got texts on a regular basis with status updates and when it was estimated to be completed. They were able to get it done a few days earlier than expected. Returned the rental car for me. All around an excellent customer experience.

Amazing work. I never leave reviews but this shop exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and communication throughout the process. They committed to a timeline to complete the work and even finished a day or two early. When you re without a vehicle, those days mean a lot. Would absolutely bring another car in for repair if needed and would recommend this shop to anyone.

The repair work, and the car itself look great, it took over three weeks to get the full repairs completed, which I thought was a little long, but again the car looks great! Had my old Jeep XK restored there. They do nice work better than most collision repair shops but not quite a full on custom shop. If you have a fender bender, this is your place. The people are AMAZING! Ask for Matt.

Rihanna at the front desk was polite, cheerful and helpful with scheduling me for an estimate. Appointment was within 24 hrs. Awesome.Day of estimate - service was great. Wonderful interaction and explanation of the issue. Extremely pleased with result. Would return.Thanks!

Super weak customer service. I made an appointment 10 days out via Allstate. I arrived at Cascade for a 'drop off' appointment after numerous reminder text messages from them to remind me. I also arranged a pickup driver to take me home. When I arrived at Cascade I was told they were booked out for 2 months. When I asked why I received multiple text messages from Cascade reminding me to 'drop off' my vehicle I was told that was 'the system' and I 'could have contacted us directly.'So I left.Cascade - fix the integration with Allstate so I don't think I have a drop-off appointment and I don't waste my/my partner's time bringing two vehicles for nothing.And train your employees (in Park City) on customer service and not to come into work hung over. This is the kind of place you WANT to give your business. Dave and team were great. We needed a side view mirror replaced on our Explorer. We showed up at our scheduled time, paper work was all ready for us, install took less time than estimated and quality of work is great. Cost was exactly what Dave said it would be. I was actually in an auto accident and had to have my car repaired. We chose Cascade's Park City location to work on our car. They were very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was given a couple of courtesy calls just to let me know how things were going (Thank you Sheryl and Jonathan). They were very organized and I never had to worry if they knew what they were doing. They worked with my auto insurance seamlessly. Our car was ready 4 days before their estimated date. First off, I just want to say I never write reviews, but I felt I must. I just picked up my car this morning, and WOW!!! It looks brand new!! the paint color matches perfectly! the gaps in panels are perfect! and the car was fully detailed!. I can tell these guys take great pride in their work and it shows. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with was so pleasant and I could tell they truly cared about my experience. I just cant say enough about how pleased I am with cascade collision. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.They have gained a customer for life and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any body work done to their vehicle. Thanks so much Matt and Sheryl you guys were great to work with. If you are looking for a excellent body repair shop I highly recommend cascade collision, they are the absolute best in the business!!!

I wanted to take the time to commend Cascade Collision on an amazing job well done. From start to finish, working with Cascade was an extremely easy and smooth process. I was in a minor fender bender accident, where I was not at fault. The process with the insurance companies was very stressful, confusing and frustrating, a long tedious process. Working with Cascade Collision was such a pleasant surprise. I spoke with Sheryl to setup my appointment. From the moment I called her, she was so knowledgeable about the entire process from both her side, the car rental side and the insurance side. She was understanding, patient and really listened and took the time to help me every time I spoke with her. I valued her input, as she works daily with many insurance companies. For the repairs, I worked with Derek, who was, as well, very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to inform me what the process would be like, updated me throughout the repair process on progress, followed up post appointment to make sure that the job was completed and up to my expectations. The car looked great and it was completed in a timely fashion as promised, sooner than promised. I truly believed that both Sheryl and Derek really had my best interest at heart. They cared that my experience went well and went as smooth as possible. Both were so pleasant and great at their jobs, offering a customized personal service, which is very rare these days. Cascade Collision, Sherly and Derek exceeded my expectations, I hope that anyone reading this in need of car repairs chooses them. Just a high class, five star, top notch experience. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time! They repaired my truck beautifully and in a timely manor. They went the extra mile and had the inside and outside cleaned and detailed. Honestly, my truck looks better now than it did before the deer hit it. I hope I never have another accident, but if I ever do I will be back! I highly recommend Cascade Collision Repair!!!

My car was rear-ended in an accident. Cascade Collision Repair worked with the insurance company to make sure all repairs were covered. I opted for text updates which was nice to know the status of the repairs. I also received emails with itemized totals. The work was completed on time and looks brand new. Sheryl usually answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. Jonathon was quick to respond with both email and text. Very professional organization.
