The crew at the Burt Bros. at Jeremy Ranch are very dedicated to providing excellent customer service and taking great care of their customers.We ve been customers for over 15 years and they have been nothing but kind and accommodating.My most recent experience was purchasing new rims for my truck and the experience was a A+!!

Fantastic service! I was in a huge rush and discovered a slow leak in my driver rear tire. Burt brothers got me in very quickly and out the door at no charge! Fantastic service again!

Absolutely amazing! We were driving through on a 1000 mile trip and had some strange issues. They got us in quickly had us on the road in no time and charged an extremely fair price. We appreciate you Burt Brothers Tire and Service!

The whole staff at BB PC is incredibly knowledgeable. They go out of their way to accommodate if at all possible. They have good pricing and are very honest. Never once have I felt like I haven t understood what my car needs. They explain things thoroughly and have always given me an opportunity to come back, never wasting my time or money. Thanks team!

My hood latch was inoperable and my truck was not usable for a road trip. They fixed the problem in one hour for a very reasonable price. They are very competent and fair. Great communication as well.

Just got home from dealing with them trying to scam my wife.She went in with a electrical issue. Burt Brothers told her the battery was the issue. The car had a nearly new Optima battery in it - they are best battery on the market, and over $300 for this one new. Burt Bros told my wife it was a "marine battery" that "modern cars can't charge it" and offered to replace it for "only $350." The battery was also within the Optima 3yr replacement window - free of charge - which is printed on the top.After we caught up, my wife explicitly told Burt Bros not to do anything. When we got there, they told me it was going to be $350 because they had put whatever junk battery they carry in the car.When I confronted the manager he claimed he had "misheard" my wife, and again that Optima batteries are not made for cars. In the end they made us pay $101 for a "Battery Diagnostic" - what a joke.Basically, they tried to steal the battery and rip her off at the same time.I was an ASE certified tech a long time ago - this is the kind of place who preys on people who have too little time or don't know cars (and should not need to with a decent and honest repair shop). I think "Burt Jokers" survives because of how convenient it is to PC residents in terms of location - and we have few other options.This is about the 5th time they have screwed up something on our cars, and the last time we will go in.

I never leave reviews, but these people, especially Cory Burt, are some of the most dishonest and bad people I have ever encountered.They hit my car with one of their customer s cars and then parked a car 5 inches from my driver side door so I couldn t see the huge dent or move my car. Then I see them move the truck next to my car into their service bay and I start walking over there because I was pissed at them for parking so close and blocking my door when there were 10 other spots open to either side. As I m walking past my car, I notice a HUGE dent. Like the whole door is dented in.They tried to tell me they didn t do it and said the truck they just pulled into the bay wasn t parked next to my car, which was a bold faced lie because I literally watched them pull out of the parking spot and drive it into the service bay. Cory Burt refused to give me their insurance information and said the only thing they would do is try to fix it themselves so I called the police and filed a police report. They hit my boss s car as well and did a horrible job repairing it so I did not want them touching my car.I have called Cory Burt around 50 times and he refuses to do the right thing. Our security cameras didn t have the angle where I parked. The other side of this is their customer s car they hit my car with! I m sure that s why they wouldn t give me their insurance because they would have had to tell their customer about it.

The staff at this location were so incredibly helpful. We got a flat tire driving up to park city which unfortunately prevented us from showing our out of town guests around the city. The staff were so kind and supportive and did everything they could to help us get out of there as soon as possible. The customer service was unmatched, Shoutout to Joe and his co-manager!

I am new to Park City, and a few months ago, I had my first experience getting snow tires. The service at that time was flawless and they made everything easy and pleasant. I just went back to Burts to replace the snow tires with my regular ones. Again they were great. It went quicker than expected. Thank you so much.

Brought van in after emerging from winter hibernation under 6 feet of snow. Engine had to be jumpstarted and driven to Burt Brothers. They did some magical maintenance on the starter battery at no charge since they installed it. Back up and running fine. Thought I was looking at a new battery! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!

These guys are awesome! Stopped in late morning because my brakes were making a new noise. They got me in for a brake check early afternoon and gave my brakes the all clear. No charge. So happy I went to Burt Bros in Park City rather than the Kia dealer in Salt Lake (who wouldn t take me anyway for a week!).

I had a slow leak in a tire. Stopped at the store I Park City. They were slammed with business. They called to Jeremy Ranch. I drove over and within 25 minutes they fixed the flat, did not charge me and sent me on my way. You have all of my future business.

It was literally the best experience I have ever had with any service based business. They fixed my puncture for free. They helped me find tires for the future without any form of hard sale. Just a terrific experience

I love coming to get our oil at Burt Brothers at Jeremy Ranch. I usually have a kid in tow and the staff are so kind and tolerant of having a kid running around. We usually can just walk in to get the oil changed. Good speedy service.

Went to have a nail plugged in my tire at 4PM on a Friday. They had it fixed and I was on my way in 20 minutes while I waited in their comfy waiting room. I will buy all of my tires at Burt Bros. and highly recommend you do too!

The guys at Burt Brothers were so great getting my car done same day. I had left my car there after being towed with a flat tire after hours. The next morning they were commuting with me and keeping me up to date. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

These are our go to guys anytime we are in need of vehicle maintenance whenever we are near Park City! They took great care of us. Had us in and out fairly quickly. Very professional and kind. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

I ve always had great service at Burt Bros. On Rasmussen Rd. They matched Discount tire s price. I was told it would be 2-3 days to put my winter tires on. I live 2 miles away, 10 minutes after I got dropped off they called me; they had already changed the oil, and suggested new air filter. Half an hour later I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. I have rims on. I do have rims on both sets of tires, which makes it quicker to change tires.

I came in with a screw in my tire, and needing a tire rotation. I was greeted quickly, and the service was done within 10 minutes. It was such a treat to have wonderful service, after stressing about what to do with my tire. Thank you!!!

Somehow picked up a small nail in one of my six new RV tires within twenty miles of Burt Brothers Park City. Got a convenient service time at Burt Brothers Jeremy Ranch. Showed up when they opened - was out in a half hour! Super service!

This is a great store, and I can t say enough positive things. We use Burt Brothers for tire changes, tire purchases, and have recently started using them for oil changes. They are good people, always willing to go the extra mile to help out their customers, and stand behind their products if something goes wrong. Can t recommend them highly enough.

I had picked up a nail in one of the tires in my pick up. I called Burt Brothers, and they said they could get me right in. They had the tire repaired in under 10 minutes. I went to pay, and they said no charge! I was very surprised, and very happy with the quick service!

Had a detached tire occur after hours. Had the vehicle towed to their shop and dropped off the keys in the drop box. They were gracious enough to get the work done the next day before the Holiday. I called to get an estimate and when I showed up to pay for the work, the total was less than the quote.The only thing that would have been nice is if they topped off the spare tire they put on. Not a big deal, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend this place.

Burt Brothers did an amazing job. I arrived after a 24 hour shift at the hospital with low tire pressure. They promptly found the issue (a nail) and fixed the tire. This was done within 15 minutes. I so appreciated being able to head home for some desperately needed rest with the problem solved. They were kind and accommodating!
