I really appreciate the team here at Burt Brothers in Silver Summit. They have always been honest, transparent and clear and fair priced for the four years I have been bringing my car here. Customer Service is fantastic with great communication. They always update me immediately with anything new that may come up and how long they need to do the work. I feel they go over and above to keep repair costs down with options to minimize the impacts wherever possible. I have tried other places on occasion but always come back. They have earned my loyalty and I can honestly recommend them to anyone who needs a solid maintenance team for their vehicle not just for tires!

Had an emergency tire issue and needed a quick repair. Monte did some magic and was able to accommodate me during tire swap season and I was on my way. Burt has been taking care of our cars for over ten years and we are very happy with the consistent levels of great service.

Love this location and staff! They have been my car service specialists for many, many years, and for all my vehicles throughout those years. They know me by name as soon as I walk through the door, and are always friendly and helpful.

Tom and staff are professional, kind and know their customers. The shop is always a comfortable and clean place while waiting for repairs. This visit was spontaneous as i had a trailer tire that was flat and needed fixing quickly. JD and Tom got me in at end of day and repaired the flat in 25 minutes. Free of charge because the tire was purchased at Burt Bros. Thank you!

Yet again the technician failed to calibrate the tire pressure monitors after swapping out the winter wheels and tires. This is the fifth time Burt Brothers has failed to properly perform this task despite highlighting this requirement on the works order. Another hour of my life I will not get back having to run back to the store to get the TPS monitors properly calibrated. Sad!

John, Monty and Joe are always so helpful and their mechanics always help me make my vehicle safe and reliable. Their credit card option is super helpful when in a tight situation and you need something fixed fast.Definitely recommend their services from oil change, tires or major repairs.

One of the best experiences I have had. Montie (service manager) and Salvador (technician) not only got us back on the road, but went out of their way to ensure everything was covered for the best cost. Spending time on the phone with our extended warranty (endurance is trash) and expediting parts to fix out truck. Other shops can learn a thing or two from these guys. 100% recommend. Thank you guys for the great experience and selflessness you displayed. Quality people with a caring heart.

Strongly caution against getting more than basic services here. Due to my most recent visit, I have a strong suspicion that this Burt Brothers suggests services that are unnecessary or flat out wrong. About a month ago they did a pre-trip inspection on my truck, and firmly told me that I needed a transmission flush and fill as the fluid was extremely dirty. I should not have agreed as the truck was running perfectly fine, but I trusted the technician and told him to go ahead. About 5 days later my transmission started having significant slipping issues. I took it back to this location and they inspected the drivetrain and told me everything was fine. The issues got worse and I did my own research, online and at other transmission shops, and discovered that a full flush and fill for my particular transmission would most likely do more harm than good. I can only assume the technician was ignorant of this and meant well, but it will cost me big time in the long run. Overall, this location is friendly enough and never messed up an oil change, but I will never be back. Better off finding a trusted and honest mechanic.

Unfortunately, like most of us here in Park city, don t have many options for car services. I had been going with Burt brothers for a few months now close to the year. Overall service and customer service has been very poor this last time I went for an oil change and a cab filter change. they didn t add a new oil change sticker which is super easy! They also didn t add the filter cap to my filter cab when they replaced. I called a few minutes after I picked up the car and let them know, and all they said was sorry we talk to these guys and have them be a little more careful and it s always been problems after problems after problems with them do not go here. The manager John is super rude.

Taking my daughter to work during an unexpected snow squall, my driver side windshield wiper-blade disintegrated. It s was around 5pm during Park City rush hour. Anxious to get it replaced right away I drove to Silver Summit Summit Burt Bros. Tom who knows me by name took care of me right away, replaced the viper and got me back driving home in less than 10min. Tom and the whole Silver Summit Staff are truly exceptional and the reason I always go back to them.Keep it up.Thanks

Great experience. I blew a tire and had to get all new ones. The rep actually told me about different ones that were same quality as what I had before but a bit cheaper. I mentioned that I did need the car back the same day since I was leaving town the next day. They were great to get it done right away. I appreciate the help here!

I picked up a large screw in my tire and I noticed it after my tire pressure sensor indicated a low tire. I called AAA and they put on my spare but I needed Burt Brothers to fix the tire and install the wheel. They were wonderful and I appreciate their professionalism. Thank you again

Burt Brothers understands customer service, never fails to impress. While I do check prices/service at other local tire shops, in the end Burt Brothers always has the exact tires (brand/type) that I want (I m very fussy) and get the job done properly first time. They get all my tire business, period.

Service was great! $40 to fix a flat. Most expensive tire repair I ve ever had. I brought the flat to front door and waited in a very complimentary waiting room. Very nice, but I won t ever go there again.

These guys are great! When a bolt through my passenger front tire required a new set all the way around Burt Brothers fixed me up in no time. Good people. Fair price!

Brought in 2 loose tires for flat repair. One only needed a new valve stem. Was quoted $46 for the repairs. When I came back to pick them up the price had raised to $78. Almost double what was quoted!! The reason I was given was the first cashier was wrong. NOT MY PROBLEM. $40 per flat repair is absolutely highway robbery. I will NEVER use Burt Brothers again!!!!!

I have been going to Burt Brothers in Silver Summit for over 14 years. Tom and the rest of his staff have always done an excellent job of taking care of me and my families auto needs. I am glad to give them a five star rating. I could not be more happy with their service.

I am new to the area and I visited Burt Bros over the summer for a nail in my tire - merely because they re close to home. I was so impressed that I returned this fall for a new set of snow tires and storage of my regular tires. I considered going to Costco or another big box store, but I love knowing they re nearby and I trust they will take care of my tires all season long. The team is professional and efficient. I definitely recommend the Silver Summit Burt Brothers.

Would have been 5 stars but I was a bit surprised and disappointed that during checkout i was told an amount and to insert my credit card when ready - without presenting me the receipt. I asked to see the receipt and was surprised to find a $200+ tire warranty was added, which I had removed prior to paying. I would expect to be asked if I wanted extra items prior to checking out.

Great company. Needed new tires plus repairs due to a travel mishap on I 80, and in our 3 day stay in Park City for Thanksgiving. Everyone bent over backwards to get the work done, and quickly. Had the tires I needed in stock. And took care of the repairs too. Highly recommend them!

Very helpful, plugged a leaking tire in my trailer. Hauling a tractor from Utah to Idaho. Tire sprung a leak. Stopped by and they took care of it for me no problem. Very grateful, great customer service!

The best service in the area. Diagnosed and fixed my vehicle much earlier than predicted. Montie was incredible, talk about customer service. Helped me deal with warranty issues and went out of his way to help me out. Give that man a raise. Technicians were all working very hard and you don t see that everywhere.

Thanks to all the guys at Silver Summit Burt Bros! From my first phone call to schedule an appointment for new tires to giving my pup biscuits and helping me look at summer and winter options! they also invited me behind the counter to go online to register for my Cottonwood s Canyon sticker!It was late in the day and they were still engaged in my experience and didn t rush me out the door! Burt Bros FTW. Not only were they able to get us in on short notice to replace a faulty headlight, but they were able to change the oil and service the car at the same time. Great service, excellent communication, and good value!
